Seth Gilliam Arrested for Driving REALLY Fast, Possessing Marijuana

For someone who plays a priest on television, Seth Gilliam did not have himself a very holy Sunday. The actor (who starred on The Walking Dead Season 5 as Father Gabriel Stokes and who is also known for his role on The Wire) was busted over the weekend for going 107 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone. According to TMZ insider, Gilliam admitted to police officers that he had consumed three beers and a shot of liquor. After searching his vehicle, police also found a joint that was hidden in the arm rest. He later recorded a .107 blood alcohol level. The incident took place around 2 p.m. in Peachtree City, Georgia, with authorities not caring about Gilliam’s hilarious excuse for nearly doubling the speed limit: That he was driving a Chevrolet Cruze rental car and is used to a Jeep. Gilliam was taken taken into custody (for speeding, DUI and marijuana possession) and tossed into Fayette County Jail. He was eventually released after posting a $9,818 bond. Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith: It’s Over! (For REAL This Time!)

After two years, 200 fights (many of them recorded) and one child together, Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith are officially dunz-o! No, seriously, for real this time! Jenelle and Nathan have broken up in the past (sometimes even with restraining orders!) but sources close to the reality star say this is legit. The Teen Mom 2 cast member is already planning to “start seeing other people,” apparently. So … expect her to find a new fiance by 2016. Jenelle does not waste time. He’s an a–hole, but she’s been through worse.” Griffith was arrested for domestic violence back in March, but in a statement to police, he maintained that he had actually been attacked by Evans. Jenelle dropped the charges and the case never went to trial. Nevertheless, Griffith promptly moved out of the home that the couple shared, as per the legal terms of the restraining order against him. Even that didn’t mark the end of the romance, though: The insider claims Griffith found a new girlfriend “within two days” of moving out on Evans. When she found out, Jenelle reportedly hit the roof (big surprise) and that’s when she officially called things off with the father of her son Kaiser. She hasn’t experienced any second thoughts about it, either. Jenelle is reportedly eager to move on, the insider says, but the MTV spitfire is having trouble because “her standards are so high now.” Wow. Too bad the source of that amazing quote is anonymous. Nicole Richie And Joel Madden Divorce Rumors This is kinda sad… Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are said to be having serious marriage problems — so bad that source claim they may be making a divorce announcement any day now. According to In Touch Weekly reports : In Touch has exclusively learned that Nicole Richie has taken the next step towards ending her four-year marriage to rocker Joel Madden. A source exclusively shares with In Touch, “Nicole recently met with one of LA’s most prominent divorce attorneys and is weighing her options.” The source explains that months of bitter arguments over things like their busy schedules and parenting their kids — daughter Harlow, 7, and son Sparrow, 5 — have proven to be too much for Nicole and Joel. As In Touch previously reported , the couple have been “spending more time apart because all they do is fight when they’re together.” The last thing she wants is a public split with the children involved, but she’s desperately unhappy,” the source shares. Nicole stepped out in LA without her wedding ring on April 24 — and again while running errands on April 26. “It’s better for everyone right now if they just stay apart because it’s really not working anymore,” the source continues. “It’s very obvious to friends that a divorce announcement will probably be happening soon. Last week, photos showing rapper Tyga with Kylie Jenner’s name tattooed on his arm surfaced online and made the world wonder: If the relationship was more serious than previously thought; If Tyga had finally lost his damn mind.  Many theorized that Tyga had gotten the ink in response to recent shots fired by his baby mama and ex-fiancee, Blac Chyna. Just last week, Blac posted a text conversation in which it appeared that Tyga was begging her to take him back. Needless to say, this probably didn’t sit well with Kylie, and sources say T-Raw got the ill-advised ink both as both a sign of his commitment to his 17-year-old girlfriend, and a final eff-you to the jilted Blac. “Tyga getting Kylie’s name on him was the ultimate diss and ‘screw you’ to his lying ex,” an insider tells Radar Online. “Tyga saw how distraught Kylie was after Blac posted the fake conversation between the two and wanted to prove to her that she’s only one. “There is nothing that Blac Chyna can say or do now that can one-up the fact that Tyga has Kylie’s name now on his body for life.” The feud between Kylie and Blac has been going on for several months now, but the insider describes the Tyga’s tat as “the ultimate diss” to Blac “the nail in the coffin” for her beef with Kylie. Kim Richards Requests to Leave Rehab … to Visit Dog

The drama with Kim Richards is never ending. After Kim Richards was arrested , The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member interviewed with Dr. Phil about her relapse into alcoholism. First, Dr. Phil offered to pay for Kim’s stint in rehab , but Richards initially declined. However, she changed her mind a few days later. Since checking into rehab, she has blamed everyone else for her problems, including Dr. Phil. After demanding a private room, Kim Richards is trying to ditch rehab . Raise your hands if you’re surprised … anyone? “She pitched an absolute fit!” a source tells Radar Online.  “She wanted to leave for a few hours to go home and check on Kingsley.” Kingsley is Kim Richards pitbull that has attacked a few people, including her niece. What makes this really eff-ed up is that Kim wants to check on her dog who is being cared for by her ailing ex-husband, Monty Brinson.   Monty is battling terminal cancer, and Kim wants to visit her freaking dog??? “Kim even asked a staffer if Kingsley could be brought on the premises to visit!” the source states.  “She was told no, it wouldn’t be permitted, and she threatened to leave again. She is fighting the process.” Monty, who has a good relationship with Kim, has been calling The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star since she checked into rehab. The insider says, “Monty has assured Kim that Kingsley is being taken care of, and is getting enough exercise.” Kingsley’s attack on her niece has been a serious point of contention between Kim and her sister and fellow RHOBH star, Kyle Richards. Kyle’s daughter, Alexia, was bitten by Kingsley in November.  The sisters haven’t spoken in months because of the attack.  At least that’s what Kim said during her Dr. Phil interview: “She actually texted me after my arrest for the first time in five months.
