Britney Spears has closed the book on another chapter of her life she’d just as soon forget ever happened – she settled with former bodyguard Fernando Flores, who’d been battling Britney over sexual harassment allegations for years. Flores claimed he saw Britney Spears nude a lot, and that she abused her kids. According to court documents, Spears and Flores have settled his lawsuit. Flores alleged that Spears would intentionally drop a cigarette lighter in his presence, then bend over to pick it up, “thereby exposing her uncovered genitals.” Then the clown turns around and sues her for this privilege. What a country. Spears adamantly denies all of the allegations – in particular that she mistreated sons Sean and Jayden – but still paid a modest amount to settle the case. Britney is still under conservatorship due to an unnamed medical issue , so the deal will have to be approved by a probate court, but that’s just a formality. Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star K. Michelle is not afraid of Memphitz Wright’s threats to sue her and is standing by her story the music producer beat her. K. Michelle accused Memphitz of beating her on VH1 this season. “I’ve always been told that the truth shall set you free. I stand behind my story 100 percent,” K. told TMZ. “I came on the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta show mainly because I wanted to give a voice and bring light to a very serious issue.”
Pop star Britney Spears and Jason Trawick, her agent-turned-fiance, open up about their romance (briefly) in the October issue of Elle magazine. Asked who made the first move, Jason said,

The Britney rumor was published by Us Weekly , which also proclaims Bachelorette Emily Maynard was caught cheating on Jef Holm in this week’s issue. We’re finding it hard to believe either story even a little bit, at least as it stands now. Says a source close to the singer/soon-to-be X Factor judge: “There’s no truth to any second thoughts about their wedding. They’re fine and both look forward to working again when The X Factor gets started.” “They’ve had a great summer.” Speculation about trouble between Spears and Jason Trawick swirled recently when she was photographed outside court without her engagement ring. But, according to the source, “she was not wearing her ring because she took it off during an Elizabeth Arden [photo] shoot and Jason was holding it.” “He simply forgot to give it back until later that day.” Perfectly logical. As far as walking down the aisle goes, the insider says, the two aren’t in a huge rush, and she’s beyond thrilled for when they do. “Even though Britney has been married before, she looks at her wedding to Jason as her real wedding and is so, so excited,” the source says. Was Tom Cruise totally blind-sided by his divorce from Katie Holmes? Looks like the actress may have planned the whole thing in secret! E! Online is reporting that Holmes used a secret disposable cell phone to contact her lawyers about the divorce plans. Not only that, but the actress apparently purchased the Manhattan apartment where she is now living with her daughter Suri before the divorce news broke. With their divorce settlement agreed upon very quickly, this is all looking to be very calculated on the part of Holmes. Holmes even spent part of every month in New York for the last two years, a requirement to obtain residency there! Did Tom know about the plans, and the two decided to keep it from the media together? Or did Katie hit him over the back of the head with it after everything was already in motion? Kris and Bruce Jenner have a lot to celebrate with the arrival of Kourtney Kardashian’s baby girl this week, but a new report says they are on the rocks. The couple’s 21-year marriage is “on the verge of collapse,” according to the National Enquirer, after Bruce caught Kris cozying up to Todd Waterman . Waterman, of course, is the woman she had an affair with while married to the late Robert Kardashian, and who she recently made contact with again. This was documented on the current season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians , but Kris appeared to have cut off contact. Not so, the Enquirer says. The 62-year-old Bruce was reportedly devastated when he walked in on her composing an email to her ex, then meeting him for a secret rendezvous. “She told no one, but she did go out with Todd, and it was an electrifying date,” said an insider with a gift for superlatives as well as Kris Jenner scoop. “Kris walked out of the restaurant where they’d met looking like the cat that ate the canary. It’s so obvious that she still carries a torch for him.” After being busted signing an “xoxo” to Waterman, Kris made excuses claiming she needed final closure, but Bruce wasn’t buying it and stormed out. “He believes, ‘Once a cheater, always a cheater.’ He can believe that Kris has had the audacity to keep in contact with Todd,” explained the friend. “Cheating is a deal breaker for him, so their marriage is on the brink.” Bruce is still reeling from his wife’s tell-all memoir, Kris Jenner…And All Things Kardashian , in which detailed “wild crazy sex” with Todd Waterman. In a recent episode of the family’s hit E! reality show, Kris “bumped into” Todd, now a Hollywood animator, at a Los Angeles-area tennis club. She gave him a lengthy hug and swapped contact information … that much we all saw on TV. But sources say it’s actually worse than it looked. “Bruce would feel totally betrayed if he actually knew the length and breadth of Kris and Todd’s current relationship,” says the insider ominously. “They had continued to feverishly e-mail each other, flirt and text. I think Kris is covering up a lot of secrets and lies. Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Harshman claims that he’s been leading on The Bachelorette star Emily Maynard, and urges her to make a run for it. If she even chooses him, that is. In any case, “Arie’s in it for the fame,” at least according to Cassie, who claims “Arie has dated hundreds of women and travels all over the world.” “Clearly, he doesn’t need help finding a date or someone to fall in love with. The whole idea of Arie Luyendyk being on The Bachelorette is a joke.” “He hasn’t really raced much since 2008, and I know with certainty that his only motive for going on the show was for the fame and attention.” Cassie Harshman – not to be confused with Cassie Lambert, The Bachelorette producer he also dated – began dating the 30-year-old in late 2009. He ended up moving in with her and her two young children from a previous relationship. Arie and Cassie broke up for good in December 2011. “He wasn’t the best father figure to my children,” says Cassie, something Emily may want to take note of, she says, given her seven-year-old girl. “Let’s just say that Arie has some growing up to do himself.” A previous report claims he was filmed on The Bachelorette telling Emily that Cassie miscarried his child; if so, this was edited out of the broadcast. “If that happened, I’m mortified that Arie would share such painfully intimate details of our relationship while the cameras were rolling,” Cassie says. “What happened is one of the hardest things a woman can go through. I’ve moved on, but Arie using that to elicit sympathy from Emily is horrible.” Cassie Harshman’s interview with Star/Radar should be taken with a grain of salt, of course. Britney Spears walked off the set of The X Factor on Monday after a drag queen showed up doing an apparently awful rendition of Spears’ “(You Drive Me) Crazy.” How come? Spears explained today that she was just following the instructions of Demi Lovato.. who is incidentally 11 years her junior. Lovato – who herself reacted unfavorably to a rap about bath salts this week – apparently told Spears during the performance: “Let’s go.” Spears then followed orders, departing the the set and returning later to tell the performer that she liked the tribute – but it wasn’t X Factor material. For her part, Lovato said she felt bad for the singer, who was apparently on the floor crying after the performance because he thought he nailed it. Sorry dude. Not the case. It does take some guts to dress in drag and perform a Britney Spears song in front of Britney Spears. But you should probably go into it expecting a walk-off. Or at least a great deal of mockery.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, there’s no place in the world for dumpy sweatpants on a hot chick. It’s just a waste. That being said, I’m actually alright with these shots of Mila Kunis . I know that goes against everything I believe in, but the woman is so gorgeous that she’d probably look good in a garbage bag. Especially if she’s going to wear that garbage bag as low as she’s wearing these sweatpants. They need to make low riding sweatpants that are also tight in the booty. Gold mine!
