Apparently, Future caught wind of Wendy’s shade and took to Instagram to respond, writing “Thank God I’m richer than Wendy Williams.” We don’t even know what that means, we just know that it’s coming from the ultimate shady place. Future turns 35 years today and what better way to honor the spicy Scorpio than to acknowledge his contributions to the culture. Although he’s done a lot musically when it comes to hip hop and pushing the culture forward, he’s left a larger imprint by how he moves in his personal life: very low key, yet very lethal. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they got a call to Porter’s Toluca Lake home around noon Thursday. According to emergency dispatch audio the call came in as a patient in cardiac arrest. A source close to Porter tells TMZ she’d been suffering pneumonia for several weeks, but no official cause of death has been released. The couple began dating in 1994 and share three biological children, son Christian, born in 1998 and twin daughters Jessie James and D’Lila Starr born in 2006. Diddy has also maintained a father role for Kim’s son Quincy Brown, who was the product of her relationship with R&B singer Al B. Sure. Diddy’s rep Cindi Berger confirmed her death via TMZ stating: “Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter. I ask that you give the families privacy at this time.” This is just awful. We can imagine how difficult this must be for Kim’s family, particularly with the holidays right around the corner.

Splash News Just one year after Nicki Minaj ‘s brother Jelani Maraj was convicted of raping his 11-year old stepdaughter, his defense team has aired suspicion of jury misconduct, which forced the judge to order an inquiry. According to Newsday , the Judge wrote in a statement, “There is a need for the Court to conduct a hearing to determine the nature of the material placed before the jury and whether that material created a substantial risk of prejudice to the defendant.” The defense alleges that one juror told other jurors that if Nicki Minaj did not show up to testify then Jelani was guilty. Some jurors also talked about the case against the judge’s instructions and noted how they couldn’t “wait for him to be found guilty.” Other jurors reportedly read blogs and watched The Wendy Williams show where the talk show host slammed Jelani for being guilty. Despite the inquiry, the judge still felt that evidence was “more than legally sufficient” to prove Jelani as guilty. The new hearing is scheduled for November 15.
