Ouch! “A network representative says the show will continue to air on Thursdays, filling the 8 p.m. slot with an unknown number of episodes (four of the show’s eight shot episodes have aired). Last night’s hour showed some ratings growth for the first time, climbing a tenth of a point to 6 million viewers and a 1.3 adults 18-49 rating. But it wasn’t enough to reverse the show’s fate.” So, to try to get a ratings boost, the show is going to have two of the angels make out. Which two? Click over to find out. While it may be fun for us to watch, it probably won’t help the show. Oh well.

Clueless actress Stacey is officially divorced from her husband Emmanuel Xuereb. A judge finally granted her divorce from the man she claims beat her up on multiple occasions. Stacey Dash filed for divorce in January 2010, the same day she filed for a restraining order against Emmanuel. Dash claimed that Xuereb had hit her in the face, head and body during their two-plus years of marriage, but she was afraid to report it to police. In any case, the marriage – which was Dash’s third – is officially over now.
The internet was out of control yesterday after hearing that Meagan Good may be replacing Stacey Dash on VH1′s “Single Ladies.” Meagan is putting a stop to the rumors, as she told Global Grind that she has not been contacted to be a part of the show. Meagan told the site: “They haven’t contacted me..and if they do I’d only be coming on as recurring, (like I was on The Game)..I’m not ready to be a regular on a show, although I am developing a show myself I might star in.” Seriously Meagan, like you would turn down a check?? At some point yesterday, the blogosphere got all excited over rumors that Meagan Good would be filling Stacey Dash ‘s “Single Ladies” vacancy. The rumors were a little vague: it wasn’t clear whether Meagan was being brought on to play Valerie or if a new character would be added to the mix for her. And of course, non of the parties involved had addressed it. Until today, when Meagan responded. “They haven’t contacted me..and if they do I’d only be coming on as recurring, (like I was on The Game)..I’m not ready to be a regular on a show, although I am developing a show myself I might star in.” Sorry Slide… Source
We finally have a statement from Stacey Dash about whether or not the alleged on-set foolery we’ve been hearing about is the reason she’s no longer on “Single Ladies!” … Or a new layer of confusion to add to the whole thing. Because Stacey’s saying she never got fired ; she quit. “I truly enjoyed playing Val on ‘Single Ladies’, but I have decided to leave the show. I have to be back in LA with my children right now and the ‘Single Ladies’ shooting location makes that impossible. I wish VH1 the best of luck with the show and in maintaining the strong fan base we developed in season one.” And VH1 does seem to have any qualms with that statement. “VH1 respects Stacey’s decision and her commitment to what she feels is best for her family. We thank her for all of her hard work in making ‘Single Ladies’ a success right out of the gate, and we wish her nothing but the best in her future plans.” Sounds like a settlement cum confidentiality agreement to us… Source
