Lindsay Lohan knows all about doing things strictly to get the attention of dealing with the paparazzi, but feels one shutterbug has crossed the line. Having just moved to a more secure location by the Betty Ford Clinic after being stalked by Sam Lutfi (or someone), now she’s got more problems … According to Lohan, a “psychotic” photog seems to live outside her digs. He’s there EVERY day and doesn’t miss a beat when she ventures out. Poor girl just can’t catch a break . Lindsay is so upset, she’s asked her lawyer to go to court and get a restraining order against this dude and several others, but so far nothing’s been filed yet. TMZ sources confirm there is indeed a guy who follows her everywhere she goes, running up to her car, yelling at her every time she comes to a stop, etc. He drives a Prius with tinted windows. Nice to see that even the seedy underworld of celebrity gossip media feels the urge to reduce carbon emissions.

ESPN to Erin Andrews Stalker: Pay Up You Perv!

Creepy Michael David Barrett stalked Erin Andrews last year. He ended up costing ESPN a lot of money in extra security costs for its employee as a result. Money the network wants back. ESPN wants the perv who shot the peephole video of Erin Andrews nude to cough up more than $300,000 to help pay for the mess he’s caused everyone. Andrews, a sideline reporter for ESPN and current Dancing with the Stars hopeful, received an unrelated round of death threats earlier this year as well. DANCING HEAT : Erin Andrews’ profile has only grown since the incident . According to federal documents filed yesterday in California, the network claims they have to cough up a ton of cash to pay for extra security for Andrews. ESPN also claims they incurred losses “from assisting the government in its investigation” and demands Barrett pay back every cent of the $327,442.27. Michael David Barrett pleaded guilty to one count of being a dirty individual stalking Andrews last year and began serving a 30-month sentence May 3. A hearing on the ESPN matter is set for June 7.

Crazy Stalker Threatens to Murder Erin Andrews

It’s not easy being a gorgeous ESPN sideline reporter. You may get paired with Maksim Chmerkovskiy on Dancing with the Stars , but you’ll also get nakedly peeped at by a shady dude in the hotel room next door to you. Now, news has broken of an even more dangerous situation involving Erin Andrews: multiple sources confirm that a man from Virginia has been sending threatening emails to her since September. Andrews and her attorney, Marshall Grossman, only recently discovered the messages existed, as they were sent to The Dan Patrick Show (an ESPN program) and kept from Erin until this week. The emails focus on the case of Michael David Barrett , who was sentenced last month to over two years in federal prison for secretly shooting nude videos of Andrews. “He refers to Barrett in his e-mail in a way to make clear to us that situation had some influence,” Grossman said, adding that the FBI has been notified. Security on Dancing with the Stars will be increased for Andrews. Why? Just look at how scary and disgusting a few of the emails are: “Dear Dan: I hope Erin Andrews gets murdered in L.A.” (3/29/10) “I hope she gets shot in the face. I would love to see if she can dance away from a hail of gunfire. That would really make my day.” (3/26/10) “I would love to get close enough to her to show her my suicide vest.” (3/14/10) We’ll keep readers apprised of this revolting story as more revelations come to light.

Judge to Audrina Stalker: Get a Shrink!

Zachary Loring is not a fellow you would term, say, normal. A judge pretty much told Audrina Patridge’s stalker as much. Amazingly, you go off on one profanity-laced tirade in open court and you end up a prime candidate for a psychiatric evaluation. Who knew? Well, besides DMX? That’s precisely what happened to the dude harassing Audrina Patridge after his judge-directed verbal lambasting resulted in a suspension of his criminal case. Zachary Loring is stalking this. [Photo: PacificCoastNewsOnline.com] Zachary Loring, who’s been loitering at the home of Audrina multiple times, tried to enter a guilty plea to one count of felony stalking The Hills star. He tried . His attorney then objected, and after the judge sided with the lawyer and refused to accept the plea, Loring absolutely erupted, tearing the judge a new one. Always prudent. He also went off on a judge last month too. Immediately after the flare-up, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge William Ryan suspended the hearing, ordered Loring to undergo no less than two evaluations. He was then returned to police custody, where he is being held on $150,000 bail. A competency hearing is set for April 13. We wouldn’t bet on him passing.

Erin Andrews to Peephole Stalker: You Violated Me!

“You are a sexual predator, a sexual deviant. They should lock you up.” With these words, ESPN reporter Erin Andrews tore into Michael David Barrett, the stalker who pleaded guilty in December to following her to at least three cities and shooting nude videos of her through hotel peepholes without her consent. “You violated me and you violated all women,” Erin said told the total creep and now convicted stalker, who was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison for videotaping her. The Illinois insurance executive gave a tearful apology for the peephole video of Erin Andrews nude , but it fell upon deaf ears and was harshly rebuked by his victim. In fact, Andrews urged the judge at the hearing to levy an even harsher sentence against Barrett and said that she now fears for her life every time she enters a hotel. After the sentencing, she said, “Thirty months isn’t enough.” NOT ENOUGH : Erin says the perv’s 30-month sentence doled out yesterday may not be long enough for his creepy behavior. We find it hard to argue with her there . Michael Barrett , who has until May 3 to surrender, was ordered to have supervised probation for three years after his release and is prohibited from contacting Erin. He will not be allowed to stay in a hotel without approval of a probation officer and if he accepts employment somewhere, Andrews will be notified by the court. You can watch Erin Andrews in less creepy fashion beginning next week, when she joins the cast of Dancing with the Stars. Last week, we sized up her chances .

Zachary Loring, Audrina Stalker, Goes Off on Judge

Zachary Loring, the lunatic Audrina Patridge stalker facing felony stalking and three misdemeanor charges for showing up at her home, appeared in court this week. It was an appearance unlike any the judge will ever see again. Having violated a restraining order against him for previously delivered violent letters and drawings to The Hills star, Loring made one thing very clear Tuesday: He’s better off in jail, or in an institution, than on the street. Audrina’s all smiles despite being stalked. [Photo: PacificCoastNewsOnline.com] First, Loring tried to contradict his own lawyer’s plea of not guilty. The judge told him to be quiet, after which the accused stalker flicked his tongue and flipped the bird . The attorney repeated his objection to the presence of a camera in the courtroom, while at the same time Loring asked either the lawyer or the judge this: “How many donuts did you eat to day? You have bacon sprinkles on that?” Definitely original and a good way to appear sympathetic before officials. It got worse. Zachary Loring complained the court was “wasting [his] f*%kin’ time” and began pretending to jerk off into the camera. Classy, very stable fellow, this one. Tila Tequila Pretends To Be Stalked

Lying about pregnancy is sooooo last week. The new attention-grabbing fad? Inventing a stalker! Isn’t that right, Tila Tequila? With buzz dying down over her fake baby , the extraordinarily troubled celebrity has resorted to a new story in order to remain in the news: someone is supposedly stalking her. Police cars were summoned to Tila’s San Fernando Valley house yesterday, as they responded to a distress call from the reality TV star. She claimed there was a man in a car sitting outside her property and that he had been there for two weeks. In a stunning turn of events, though, officers searched the scene and found no trace of anyone. But Tila insists she’s telling the truth. “There’s been a psycho stalker and he’s getting closer to my door and tried to get in,” she lied to Radar Online. “He’s been sitting in the rain for days trying to say hi to me. He put his eye up to my door and was trying to peek in.” Hmmm… we wonder if he saw her making love to her baby daddy in that case. Last April, Tequila claimed someone broke into her home and posted messages on her Twitter account. Police were suspicious because the messages were actually coherent and full of truth, but no arrests were made.
