As of now, the specifics about his arrest are unclear, but Herbo was taken reportedly taken into police custody yesterday in Atlanta, Georgia. Fulton County sheriff’s records show G Herbo was arrested on Wednesday but the circumstances surrounding his arrest were not immediately available. The report on the situation doesn’t give many details, but it does include a mugshot and the location of his arrest. The rapper is said to still be in custody as of Thursday morning and there is no timetable as to when he’ll be on his way out. Her criminal past was cited for her being denied entry into a mental health program, instead of a possible jail sentence. Reports TMZ : We broke the story … the ‘Love & Hip Hop’ star submitted a petition in her child abuse case to allow her to get treatment for a serious mental illness, which she claimed she was diagnosed with around the same time she was charged with child abuse in Georgia. Tommie got her answer — no can do. According to a new legal doc obtained by TMZ … the Assistant District Attorney determined Lee’s criminal history and background — along with other evidence, facts and allegations — “make her an inappropriate candidate for an accountability court.” Back in January, Tommie was indicted on multiple child abuse charges and she’s facing up to 54 years in prison if she is convicted. A ridiculous mom went ballistic in a mall after she was told that, no, her small child could not pet the service dogs. The woman's bizarre meltdown was caught on video. But she didn't stop with an angry lecture. She went crying — literally — to mall security. A woman named ML Leigh, who is decidedly not pictured here, shared a video to Facebook and provided context. “Had this crazy experience yesterday at the mall,” Leigh's post begins. She found herself in a situation “where some lady asked if she could pet the dogs.” “People ask us all the time,” she laments. “So I just said, 'no.'” “All the dogs are working,” she explains. “So it’s my go to answer.” As it should be. Service dogs should never be distracted by other people because they have literal jobs to do — sometimes, these jobs are life-saving. “And they walked away,” Leigh narrates. “No big deal right?” Leigh reveals: “This lady went out of her way to come back with her child.” “And,” she writes, this woman proceeded to “yell at us for saying 'no.'” Apparently the woman chided her for her answer “and for not saying, 'nO iM sOrRy ThEy’Re TrAiNiNg.'” We love that she adopted a Spongebob meme to convey her tone of mockery. “And,” Leigh writes, the woman insisted that “we should 'have a sign or something.'” While that's an absurd request, Leigh makes it clear that she has already done so. “You mean the 20 patches on my dog that say don’t pet?” Leigh asks rhetorically. She then accuses: “Entitlement these days is real.” There we have to disagree with Leigh. This kind of weirdness has always been around. It's just that now we all have cameras an an internet with which to share our different tales of it. Leigh recorded the encounter, which also included another woman. “They even got mall security,” Leigh announces. She marvels at the fact that they contacted security “because we said they couldn’t pet the working dogs.” “Security said that the lady was crying,” Leigh reveals. We have to wonder if that woman is always like this, or if she was just at the end of a crazy day. Regardless of possible explanations, there is no excuse for her behavior. “So much harassment,” Leigh laments. “For just saying no.” “This video is public,” she writes. “And is shareable.” The video ended up going viral. “There was no common sense here,” she concludes. Despite a lot of whining about service animals, they serve a vital role. Some provide comfort for people with sensory issues or PTSD. (For example, a service dog can help someone distinguish between delusional experiences, unimportant background noises, and emergencies) Others monitor people for seizures or for blood sugar levels and begin barking if they detect a serious medical problem. They must never be distracted from doing their jobs. But even if these weren't service dogs, if someone says “no,” just go “okay” and keep moving like a normal person, you weirdo.

From Newsweek : Britney’s Gram Podcast hosts Barbara Grey and Tess Barker claimed Spears’s conservatorship, money and health, could be reasons why Spears was checked into a facility without her approval. Legally, it’s a possibility that Spears’s father, Jamie Spears, has ordered his daughter to get help even if she wasn’t initially receptive. Spears has been legally confined to a conservatorship since 2008, though she has tried to fight it, and was found mentally unfit to hire a lawyer, according to Britney’s Gram podcast. The voicemail from the anonymous person claimed Spears was not taking her medication, which caused her father to pull his support from her Domination Las Vegas residency. The show was canceled in the first week of January, Spears announcing she was heartbroken but had to take time for her father’s deteriorating health. Spears seemingly broke another giant rule: she’s not allowed to drive a car under her conservatorship, but was seen driving with boyfriend Sam Asghari. The unnamed caller claimed he had quit Britney’s team two weeks prior, and his identity was said to be confirmed by Grey and Barker. If you don’t know what a conservatorship is, it’s a guardian appointed by a judge to manage the financial affairs and/or daily life of a person may be mentally or physically ill or of old age. A #FreeBritney hashtag is now trending on Twitter. But, Spears and team, Sam Asghari, Jamie Lynn Spears and Kevin Federline have not confirmed any of the claims made by the Britney’s Gram podcast. Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville doesn’t make many headlines these days. That’s not surprising, given that Brandi was fired from RHOBH way back in 2015, and life after reality fame usually isn’t very kind to those who have been chewed up and spit out by the Bravo machine. But Brandi has never been one to relinquish the spotlight without a fight, and so, she’s clung to relevance in the usual ways — snarky comments about her former co-stars, a sporadically-produced podcast, etc. Of course, none of that has helped Brandi retain household name status (if she ever reached such heights to begin with) and these days, it seems she’s very much in danger of fading into obscurity. The good news is, Brandi is once again garnering major attention on social media this week. The bad news is, it’s all because of some unflattering photos and her facepalm-inducing response. The images below appeared on Twitter and Instagram earlier this week. They appear to show Brandi during a night out, and as you can see, she looks somewhat worse for wear. Glanville quickly took to Twitter to offer an explanation: “I’ve been VERY open about Suffering from depression and having recently switched antidepressants,” the mother of two wrote. “So please please stop these negative comments unless you really just want to send me over the f–king edge. I’m sad and ashamed isn’t that enough?” She later added: “Sorry for my tweet I just realized the only people I owe explanations to are my family. “I’m not 25 my body isn’t perfect and I got wasted i’m sure it’s happened to plenty of you however you don’t have people taking your picture and putting on the internet.” Sad stuff, to be sure, but did Brandi really think she would lessen the negative attention by revealing that she’s in the habit of binge drinking while experimenting with new psychiatric medications? That’s simply not a good look at any age, and not surprisingly, Brandi received even more blowback from her explanatory tweets. And here’s how she responded: Brandi Glanville Begs For Compassion “I’m telling you I’m embarrassed,” Brandi tearfully admits, as she pleads for compassion. She also admits to struggling as she watches her friends enjoy lives with their “perfect husbands.” (You may recall that Brandi’s ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian, left her for LeAnn Rimes following a very public cheating scandal.) It’s hard not to feel sympathy for Brandi, but many Instagram users commented that they don’t feel bad for her in the slightest, as Brandi has rarely shown compassion to others who are suffering. It’s a complex situation, but we say a good rule of thumb is to always ease up on those who appear to be suffering. Here’s hoping Brandi will eventually get whatever kind of help she needs.

The father said, “He was upset. He thought he was in trouble. When I explained to him I’m not upset with you, I just want you to know that the things that happened here wasn’t OK.” The lead pastor as well as Dempsey posted a video message on Facebook apologizing for the incident. He even mentioned that the message of Easter went too far.
