The Blast obtained some statements from Wintrust Bank showing that they notified Kelly’s landlord that his account with them is currently negative thirteen dollars. Kelly also had two Bank of America accounts that held 44,595.58 and $110,056.64 respectively for a grand total of $154,527.22. Of that amount, all but $625 was taken by Robert’s ex-landlord to pay his embarrassing amount of back rent. This landlord is playing NO games. They have subpoenaed Sony Music, ASCAP, and several other banks where R. Kelly has money stored in order to get the bread they’re owed. Robert isn’t going to have a dime to his name by the time he (hopefully) goes to prison. Blessed be!

Lori Loughlin is ready to fight, people. The polarizing actress is apparently willing to risk her freedom and whatever is left of her reputation by denying she did anything illegal when helping her kids apply for college. That’s right: Loughlin just pleaded not guilty in the admissions bribery scandal that has captivated a nation. Lori and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, entered not guilty pleas to all charges in court this morning: conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and honest services mail and wire fraud, along with conspiracy to commit money laundering. They entered said pleas via documents submitted by their lawyers. The charges, as you must know by now, stem from the allegation that Loughlin and Giannulli engineered their two daughters’ way into college through very unethical and illegal means. They were indicted in mid-March for supposedly paying a middle man $500,000 . This middle man then bribed an official at the University of Southern California to pretend that Loughlin’s kids were athletic recruits, thereby lowering their admission standards and allowing them to be accepted into the semi-prestigious school. Over the past several days, numerous outlets have reported that Loughlin didn’t take the federal charges seriously at first. Hence why she chose NOT to sign a plea deal similar to the one signed by Felicity Huffman. Huffman, the other famous name associated with this scandal, did plead guilty last week, did issue an apology and did take responsibility for her actions. As a result, she likely will not end up in prison for more than a few months… if she gets sentenced to jail at all. But Loughlin has thus far bristled at any notion of any sort of deal. Previously, the U.S. Attorney out of Boston gave all of the parents charged in this scheme an ultimatum: Either accept a plea or the case would go to the Grand Jury and additional charges would be filed — and this is exactly what happened to Loughlin and her husband. They now could be sentenced to 40 years behind bars . Does this seem likely? No. But if there really are recordings of Loughlin arranging to make her bribe, and if she is eventually found guilty, it seems very easy to believe that she’ll face real prison time in the end. How great would that be?!? “At this point, [Loughlin] is getting complete clarity and she’s scared and in terrible shape,” a source recently told Entertainment Tonight, adding: “She has been in complete denial and thought maybe she could skate by. She refused to accept any jail time and thought the DA was bluffing. She was adamant she wouldn’t do any jail time.” Conversely, after Huffman agreed to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud, she said the following: “I am in full acceptance of my guilt, and with deep regret and shame over what I have done, I accept full responsibility for my actions and will accept the consequences that stem from those actions.” Loughlin is playing a very different legal game here. And a very dangeorus one as well.
On The Wendy Williams Show this morning, the woman sitting in the large purple chair addressed the hot topic on everyone’s mind during her latest Hot Topics segment: Her very own divorce. Fans have been wondering for days whether Williams would actually go there — but it’s been made pretty evident of late that she had little choice. The affair her husband, Kevin Hunter, has been carrying on for years finally went very public a couple weeks ago, back when his mistress supposedly gave birth to his love child. Combined with Wendy’s relapse, admission to a sober living facility and subsequent divorce filing , the star has been in the news for a myriad of awkward and negative reasons over the past month or so. And she finally acknowledged as much earlier today. “Now my business is your business… it’s kind of funny,” Williams said on air, referencing the irony that she had made a living out of turning the business of celebrities into her talking points every day. “Turnabout’s a fair game, I get it. My business is your business,” she added. Williams filed for divorce last Thursday, but her show on Friday was taped beforehand. So this was her first chance to really talk about her decision to split from Hunter after 22 years of marriage. She never mentioned her estranged husband by name, but she did speak openly about all the personal obstacles she’s been trying to overcome in 2019. “Everybody has things in their life that they’re embarrassed to share with the world, or they’re frightened to share with the world, or they’re not ready to share with the world,” Williams told her audience, adding: “And addressing my sobriety, my addiction head on, has really helped me sort out every single compartment of my life.” We’ve often taken issue with how Williams hurls other stars under the bus on air… … but we do applaud her for how she has handled this ongoing difficult business. “I’m moving out of the sober house in just a few days, you know,” Wendy also revealed about a month after telling the world she had been living in this sort of facility. “It’ll be Wendy on her own.” She elaborated about this situation as follows: “I have to tell you, you know, I’ve been dealing with issues with addiction, alcoholism, and I have a whole new life that I planned for myself and my son. “Believe me you, when you lay in a room with no TV and four gray walls all day … this is my life in the sober house, it’s one of the best things, honestly, that could have ever happened to me.” Again: we appreciate the honest here. Hunter has allegedly been sleeping with Sharina Hudson for nearly a decade. Williams had vaguely talked about that rumor in front of her viewers in the past, never really denying it, but emphasizing that she’d always remain in her marriage. But it all became too much over the past few weeks. “Thank you to everyone for respecting the family’s privacy during this time. Kevin is supportive of Wendy and they are working through this process together,” a personal representative for Williams said post- divorce filing . “No additional comment will be provided at this time.” Later on Monday’s show, Williams hurled a little subtle shade at Hunter and Hudson having a baby. While talking about The Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson’s new relationship, she said the reality star isn’t having any more kids and is “dried up, in a good way.” “I mean that in the best way,” she continued. “Women who’ve crossed through menopause, the one thing we never have to worry about again is that. Because I don’t know about you, but my diaper changing days are over.” Williams then sipped her tea again and added, “moving on.” Not exactly the harshest shade in the world, we know. But what else is there for Williams to really say at this point? She she says right there, the best thing she can do is just to move on.
Just a few weeks ago, Aaron Carter threatened one of Michael Jackson’s accusers in a shocking video. However, after he’s had time to cool off and think about things, he appears to have changed his tune — dramatically. Aaron has now revealed that he has his own untold “experience” with Michael Jackson. TMZ caught up with Aaron Carter to ask him about the chilling Michael Jackson documentary, Leaving Neverland . His interviewer wanted to know if he thought that the doc should be pulled from streaming and buried. “I mean, to be honest, after seeing everyone’s story unfold,” Aaron begins. He admits: “I was a little aggressive when I talked about it at first.” That is a bit of an understatement. It wasn’t so long ago that Aaron told TMZ that he wanted to punch Wade Robson over his words in Leaving Neverland . Aaron continues, making it clear that his view has softend considerably since he shared his heated words. “I mean,” he says. “Everyone has their own stories.” “And,” he observes. “Everyone has their own situations.” “So,” he admits. “I can’t really take away from that.” We think that he’s saying that he has no right to silence someone who is speaking out. Especially when he has come to realize that he cannot disprove their claims with his own experience. “I don’t know,” Aaron affirms. “So I can’t be like ‘I was there.'” Unless it’s on a specific date, you can’t testify to witnessing someone not molesting a child. But Aaron is going further than that. “In regards to that situation,” he reveals. “I actually have my own experience.” He is referring very vaguely to something “that happened with Michael.” “So,” Aaron promises. “I’mma be talking about that in the future.” The TMZ interviewer addresses the subject as delicately as possible, asking: “like … abuse?” “You’re just gonna have to find out when I talk about it,” Aaron replies. Aaron adds: “I’m doing a book about my whole life,” “And,” Aaron continues. “I think it’s appropriate to [write] about my experience with Michael.” But then he adds a line: “I’ll always have his back.” Is Aaron planning to come forward with a claim that Michael Jackson sexually preyed upon him when he was a child? Coupled with the line about having the late singer’s back, he could be suggesting that he forgives Michael for whatever alleged offense. Or, as some fear, is he promising to share his own “experience” as a sort of buy-my-book clickbait . He could be planning to address a situation that could have looked to others like something inappropriate, but was innocent. But we won’t know whether he’s coming to MJ’s defense or leveling an accusation of his own (or both, somehow) until the book comes out. Poor Aaron Carter has had a number of major obstacles in his life. His parents are widely believed to be among the worst sorts of “stage parents” one can imagine. At a young age, Aaron was catapulted to mega fame, but doesn’t have the luxurious fortune to show for it. As an adult, he has had an often strained relationship with his brother, Nick. Combined with concerns over his mental and physical health and some of his more outlandish statements, a lot of people worry about him. According to previous reports, Meri Brown is sick and tired of being a Sister Wife. According to Meri Brown herself, however, she has either taken some medicine or found time for a few naps or these previous reports were false… … because she says everything between herself and Kody Brown is all peaches and cream these days. On Sunday’s Sister Wives: Tell-All special, Kody and his quartet of wives looked back on the relationship issues that prompted Meri to seek out a relationship with a woman online masquerading as a man a couple years ago. You remember that catfish scandal , right? It was humiliating for everyone involved. But Kody said on TLC yesterday that the discovery of this awkward dalliance led to where the pair are today — and that is actually a very positive place. “What we’ve had to do is discover our new baseline,” Kody explained to the host, elaborating as follows: “Every marriage has a baseline, and it gently changes through the years for most people. “Well, Meri and I had an abrupt change. Different culture, Different religious values, we might have just [gotten a divorce], but we’re fortunate enough to be blessed to be a part of a family that is its own culture. “So we continue to move forward working on that, steadily moving in a direction where we’re just fully mended.” Just last month, Meri took off on a cruise without Kody, posing with a number of handsome men and certainly acting like a single person who was pretty darn psyched to head out and mingle. She’s been pretty open in the past about her frustrations with the ongoing arrangement. But Brown sounded a somewhat different tune on this Sister Wives special. She said she “looks forward” to healing their rift, sounding a little less optimistic than her controversial husband and adding: “I don’t feel like we had an abrupt change, I really don’t. I feel like the realization of it was probably abrupt, but I think that it was like moving in not a positive direction for a really long time prior to the realization.” Kody agreed. He said that he and Meri had been on an unhealthy path for a long time, but sounded excited about what he billed as a “new beginning” for the couple, stating of that catfishing scheme and all other issues: “The past is gone.” Is it, though? Lathan, 56, who was one of the two men who were shot and wounded during the March 31 shooting has been in jail since Monday. One of the terms for most California parolees is that they have no interaction with felons or gang members. Due to Hussle’s affiliation with the Rollin 60’s Crips, it is widely believed that Lathan may have violated his parole that way. Lathan had served 20 years for murder before being released on parole. “Gov. Gavin Newsom should order the immediate release of Kerry. His arrest sends a horrible message to parolees trying to integrate into society and for [corrections] officials to label Hussle, who was a Grammy-nominated artist entrepreneur, gentrification fighter and philanthropist, as a known gang member is a slap in the face to his family and our grieving community,” community activist Najee Ali told The Los Angeles Times on Friday. Then, tragedy struck. Lathan, Hussle and another man were standing outside of The Marathon Clothing store when Eric Holder approached them. After a brief verbal confrontation between he and Hussle, the two shook hands and Holder left. He then later returned, opening fire, hitting Lathan in the back and shooting Hussle numerous times. Hussle died at an LA area hospital. Holder was arrested on April 2 and has been charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder in the killing. A public memorial service was held Thursday for Hussle at the Staples Center followed by a long procession through the streets of Los Angeles, culminating in a large gathering on the newly minted Nipsey Hussle Square where The Marathon Clothing Store is located. “The Marathon Continues,” was an underlying theme throughout as the streets of South Central L.A. filled with well wishers, fans and more. He was laid to rest in a private ceremony in Hollywood Hills on Friday. Jones was facing five felonies after a car he was a passenger in allegedly was chased down by cops, with guns and drugs found in the vehicle after it was searched. Reports TMZ : According to court docs out of Coweta County, GA — where Jim was facing 5 felony counts and a misdemeanor from his June 2018 arrest — Jim was sentenced to 2 years probation and a $1,500 fine, plus minor court costs. We’re told 3 of the 6 charges were dropped, including a felony drug charge and 2 felony counts of possession of a firearm. The other 3 charges will go away if he stays out of trouble while on probation — all part of a plea deal. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jim has to stay off booze and drugs for the next couple years and report to his probation officer in GA to get the remaining 3 charges dropped from his record. All things considered, he should count himself lucky. We’re willing to bet Jones stays out of trouble because those felony charges carry years in the bing.
