OTR2, Jay-Z, and Beyonce’s co-headling world tour has exceeded expectations. Billboard is reporting that the Carters’ co-headlining event racked in $253.5 million. That’s around $144 million more than what the original earned in 2014. Jay and Bey kicked off the tour with 18 stops in Europe, followed by 30 more in North America after the couple released their Everything Is Love album. The nine-track album won Album of the Year at the BET Hip Hop Awards. Bey and Jay’s tour, which featured special guests DJ Khaled and Chloe x Halle, reportedly sold 2,177,000 tickets over its four-month run, with each show grossing an average of $5.28 million. In just Atlanta’s two-night stop of the show, they grossed $14.1 million. Who would’ve known??? The tour ended earlier this month with a final show in Seattle. Beyonce said she was happy to share this last show with fans. Now she can get some rest, love on her kids and count her money with her hubby! Congratulations to them. Did you attend any OTR2 shows??? Sadly, he has another battle to fight—leukemia. Reigns announced on Monday that he’d been dealing with cancer for 11 years of his life and now, it’s returned. Kicking off WWE’s Monday Night Raw he said, “When I was 22 years old, I was diagnosed with this. And very quickly I was able to put it in remission. But I’m not going to lie, that was the hardest time in my life. I didn’t have a job, I didn’t have any money, I didn’t have a home and I had a baby on the way.” He made it clear, however, that he plans on getting back in the ring soon. “I want to make one thing clear—by no means is this a retirement speech,” he said. “I will beat this and I will be back, so you will see me very very soon.” Following Reign’s emotional announcement, John Cena and Mick Foley tweeted out words of support . ‘Courage – strength in the face of pain or grief.’ You have given us your everything including a courageously vulnerable moment. More From Josh Shortly after that scandal went public, Josh was busted using an affair-facilitating website to try and cheat on his wife. What a guy. 4. Consent? The Duggars Don’t Know the Meaning of the Word! Perhaps behavior like Josh’s is inevitable in a culture as relentlessly patriarchal as the one the Duggars live in. In 2016, Michelle Duggar penned an open letter in which she basically said women need to have sex with their husbands on command, even when they’re “exhausted” after a long day. “Anyone can fix him lunch, but only one person can meet that need of love that he has, and you always need to be available when he calls,” Michelle wrote. 5. A Heavy Hand Not only have the Duggars advocated extreme corporal punishment such as blanket training, a police report from the Josh investigation noted that Jim Bob and Michelle admitted to hitting their kids with some frequency. 6. Speaking of Hands … Remember when Jim Bob and Michelle got all handsy on a mini-golf course so they could demonstrate the joys of marriage to their kids?
