Cuba Gooding Jr. is back in court after another woman has accused the actor of touching her inappropriately. According to published reports, an unnamed individual claims that Gooding touched “intimate parts” at a Manhattan nightclub last year. The latest accusation follows two other incidents of groping against the actor for which he was charged. Charges include “grabbing a woman’s breast” at a bar in New York City and “pinching the buttocks” of a woman at a nightclub. As previously reported , Cuba Gooding Jr. appeared in court last month pleading not guilty to a four-count misdemeanor indictment charging him with inappropriate conduct involving two women. Prosecutors revealed in court that they want to use allegations from another 12 accusers against him to assist with showing his “character” during the trial. “Defendant’s past behavior shows that he routinely approaches women while at bars or nightclubs with whom he has limited or no prior interaction, and touches them inappropriately,” prosecutors argued in court papers obtained by Vulture . “His prior acts demonstrate that his contacts with their intimate parts are intentional, not accidental, and that he is not mistaken about their lack of consent.” The uncharged allegations against Gooding include forcible biting, licking, and kissing on some 12 occasions since 2001. Gooding is not charged in relation to these other 12 accusers, and a judge will decide later whether prosecutors can use their allegations in court. Gooding pleaded not guilty to the third charge of groping. The official charges for the incident are the same as the previous two including, forcible touching and third-degree sexual abuse. Appearing as a recent guest on the Domenick Nati Show, Kailyn was asked which Teen Mom cast member — present or past — rubs her the wrong way. Who does Lowry just hate the most, basically? “My least favorite cast member? I would say is Farrah,” she responded. This is not exactly stunning, of course. Last summer, Lowry scoffed at the notion of Farrah headlining an anti-bullying campaign, something Abraham had actually been tapped to do when she agreed to an exhibition boxing match. “I think there are much better influencers,” Kailyn said back then in a rather epic understatement. She later said she wanted to flat-out fight Abraham , although no match ever materialized between the pair. Asked what it is about Abraham that prompted Lowry to label her as the absolute worst, Kailyn said in this new interview: “Anytime I’ve been around Farrah she just doesn’t treat people like human beings. In the very near future, Joe Giudice probably won’t be an immediate member of his own family, not after he and Teresa file for their inevitable divorce. But the polarizing ex-reality star just joined a very different, much larger family: He’s now a member of Instagram. The 47-year-old — who was released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody on October 11 and flew to Italy while he awaits a verdict on his deportation appeal — joined the social media platform last Thursday, sharing a snapshot at the time of himself from his Bravo interview with Teresa and host Andy Cohen . Fast forward to November 3 and Joe posted another new and interesting photo to his account. When Cohen later asked Joe if he thought Teresa was faithful to him while he was behind bars, the former replied: “I don’t think she was.” And when the photos of Teresa and and a younger man from late last year were mentioned, Joe seemed surprised, saying: “I didn’t know you were on a beach with him,” to which Teresa replied: “I told you that,” insisting he was only a friend. Teresa, meanwhile, is set to fly to Italy in a few days with the couple’s four daughters, Gia, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 10. In this same interview, she confessed that she wasn’t sure things will be between them when she sees him for the first time since he was in jail. “We’re both two different people now,” Teresa said in the interview. “I’m not the same Teresa I was and he’s not the same Joe. Last Thursday, yes on Halloween, trouble came to paradise as Demi Burnett and her fiancee Kristian Haggarty both announced that they were calling off their engagement. Farley dumped Carpinello when she first saw the footage (captured by Jersey Shore cameras), but now they’re back together, and it’s a whole mess. But before that debacle, Jenni was dealing with even more intense drama as a result of her divorce from Roger Mathews . What initially appeared to be an amicable split has devolved into a nightmare of a protracted divorce, complete with revelations that Roger was abusive to Jenni during the final months of their marriage. Abbott To Stop His Execution Amid New Evidence Rodney Reed is scheduled to be executed in Texas on November 20th. He’s been on death row for 21 years for the 1996 murder of Stacey Stites in Bastrop, Texas. Police claim Reed assaulted, raped and strangled Stites, but he has ALWAYS maintained his innocence . The case has drawn significant media attention, with Reed gaining support from a number of public figures including Kim Kardashian , Dr. Phil and Shaun King all rallying for his execution to be stopped and another suspect to be thoroughly investigated. In 2010, while Snow was serving a sentence for forgery at a DeWitt County, TX prison when he made a deal with Fennell, who was seeking protection from other prisoners, according to the affidavit. At the time Snow was a member of the Aryan Brotherhood gang. According to CNN reports, Snow’s affidavit states he was in the prison yard with Fennell when he began bragging about killing Stites: “Jimmy said his fiancé had been sleeping around with a black man behind his back,” Snow wrote. “Toward the end of the conversation Jimmy said confidently, ‘I had to kill my n*****- loving fiancé,’” he added. “My impression was the Jimmy felt safe, even proud, sharing this information with me because I was a member of the Aryan Brotherhood. I think Jimmy assumed that his confession would impress me and earn him credibility with the Aryan Brotherhood.” SMH. Snow claims he didn’t know about Reed’s case until a few years ago when he saw a photo of Fennell along with an article about Reed while he was jailed in Texas’ Hays County for a different offense. He says in his affidavit that that is when he realized Reed had been imprisoned for the murder Fennell confessed to him. In the meantime, Fennell’s attorney, Robert Phillips, said Snow is a career criminal and his claim is not credible nor in the “world of reality.” It’s worth noting that Jimmy Fennell served time in prison for rape years after Stites murder, but his attorney notes he’s since been released and has converted to Christianity and been helping people with drug addictions, Phillips said. Fennell, who is a former police officer, was identified as a suspect during the police investigation into Stites’ killing, but he was never formerly charged. Reed’s attorneys filed an application for clemency last week as they attempt to block his execution. According to CNN reports , Bryce Benjet, a senior staff attorney at the Innocence Project and Reed’s lead counsel, said evidence clearly shows that Reed did not kill Stites. “Mr. Reed’s execution is less than one month away, meaning Texas is frighteningly close to executing an innocent man,” Benjet said in a statement. Between the medical and scientific evidence, and multiple new, credible witnesses, the original case trial has been completely deconstructed and disproven.” In the meantime, Reed’s supporters are asking for Texas Gov. Greg Abbott to intervene and stop his execution.
