Ohio State University may have a new head coach of the football team, now that Ohio native Urban Meyer has been contacted about the job. Current head coach Luke Fickell was named interim head coach earlier this year, after Jim Tressel’s abrupt resignation. But Fickell has had a challenging season. The Buckeyes are usually at the top of the Big 10 conference and national championship contenders. This season, they’re not even ranked. The news about Meyer comes after the Buckeyes’ loss to Penn State University. According to ESPN , Meyer has denied that he’s going to Ohio State and said, “I’ve not been offered any job, and I’ve certainly not accepted any job.” Notice how he didn’t deny having talks with the school? Meyer currently works as a broadcaster for ESPN, but is best known for his success as the head coach at the University of Florida. The Gators won ove 100 games and two national championships under Meyer’s decade of leadership. He resigned in 2010 to spend more time with his family. Get more details about Urban Meyer’s possible move to Ohio State here . RELATED POSTS: Should Joe Paterno Have Been Fired From Penn State? SMH. Jerry Sandusky needs to be locked up for a long time. Because the abuse has been referred to using blanket terms we wanted to really break down how nasty and damaging this sicko’s actions were. Here’s a victim-by-victim break down of the grand jury report courtesy of the New York Times : VICTIM 1 He was 11 or 12 years old when he met Sandusky in 2005 or 2006 through the Second Mile, a charity Sandusky set up to help disadvantaged boys. The coach gave the boy gifts — golf clubs, a computer, clothes — and often had him stay at his house in a basement bedroom. Sandusky would crawl into bed with him, have the boy lie on top of him and “crack his back,” pulling the boy against him and then rubbing his back. The grand jury said Sandusky performed oral sex on the boy more than 20 times in 2007 and 2008 and had the boy perform oral sex on him once. VICTIM 2 A boy, about 10 years old, was seen naked in a locker-room shower at Penn State with Sandusky in 2002 by Mike McQueary, then a 28-year-old graduate assistant and aspiring coach. The grand jury report said McQueary saw the boy “with his hands up against the wall, being subjected to anal intercourse by a naked Sandusky.” VICTIM 3 A boy, about 13, was invited by Sandusky in 2000 to his home for dinners, to go on walks and to attend Penn State football games. They exercised together and then showered. Sandusky patted him, rubbed his shoulders, washed his hair and gave him bear hugs. The boy stayed at Sandusky’s home, where Sandusky blew on his stomach, rubbed the inside of his thigh and touched his genitals. VICTIM 4 A boy, 12 or 13, “was repeatedly subjected to involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and indecent assault at the hands of Sandusky,” the report said. Contact took place in 1996 or 1997 in the locker-room shower and in hotel rooms. Sandusky gave the boy dozens of gifts — sports equipment, clothes and passes to sporting events — and threatened to send him home from the Alamo Bowl in San Antonio when the boy resisted his advances. VICTIM 5 A boy, 7 or 8, was invited in 1995 or 1996 to Sandusky family events and football games. When the boy was 8 or 10, Sandusky would roughhouse with him, then say they needed to shower. At one point, Sandusky, naked, pinned the boy against a wall in the shower, then placed the boy’s hand on his genitals. The boy slid away, and Sandusky never touched him again. VICTIM 6 When the boy was 11, in 1998, Sandusky was driving him to the university and put his hand on his thigh in the car. At the university they wrestled and Sandusky said they needed to shower. He lathered the boy in soap and bear-hugged him from behind. After the boy’s mother reported the incident to the university, Sandusky told investigators that he was wrong and that “I wish I were dead.” VICTIM 7 A boy, about 10, was invited in 1994 to numerous events and sleepovers at Sandusky’s. After a couple of years, Sandusky began putting his hand on the boy’s thigh while they were driving and on at least one occasion put his hands down the boy’s pants, though never touching his genitals. Sandusky bear-hugged him, cracked his back and shared showers. VICTIM 8 An unidentified “young” boy was seen in the shower with Sandusky at Penn State in 2000 by a university janitor. The janitor said Sandusky had pinned the boy against the wall and was performing oral sex on him. We are absolutely sickened by the fact that both the janitor and McQueary witnessed Sandusky sodomize young boys, reported it and this guy was still allowed to be on the Penn State campus and around young boys for YEARS after this happened. Everyone who knew anything about it and was in the power to do something and didn’t, should be fired. The mother of one of the victims did an interview with Good Morning America Friday and we’ve posted it below: More On Bossip! What Did WE Do?! Penn State President Rodney Erickson took a new step yesterday to ensure no scandal affects his university ever again. Erickson announced the appointment of an “Ethics Officer,” telling the Penn State community via email that the goal is to “revisit all standards, policies and programs to ensure they meet not only the law, but Penn State’s standard.” No individual has been named to the position yet, but Erickson says this officer will oversee all officials and report back to him. “Never again should anyone at Penn State feel scared to do the right thing,” Erickson said, clearly referring to Joe Paterno, Mike McQueary and others associated with the football program who failed to report child abuse allegations to the police, a development that resulted in Paterno’s firing . Penn State takes the field at home today against Nebraska.

Actor removes tweet supporting fired Penn State coach, admitting he didn’t know ‘rest of the story’ involving child sex-abuse scandal. By James Montgomery Ashton Kutcher Photo: Dr. Billy Ingram/ WireImage Ashton Kutcher is apologizing for a controversial tweet he wrote following the ouster of longtime Penn State football coach Joe Paterno, who had come under fire in recent weeks due to an ongoing child-abuse scandal that has rocked the university, community and highly respected athletic program. In the hours after Paterno — who had served as head coach of the Nittany Lions for 46 years — was fired by Penn State, Kutcher took to his Twitter account to criticize the move, writing “How do you fire Jo Pa? #insult #noclass … I find it in poor taste.” Of course, after that tweet earned him thousands of rebukes from fans, the actor deleted it from his account and admitted that he wasn’t aware of the full story when he wrote it. “This is an insane story, I just heard Paterno was fired, getting the rest of the story now …” he wrote. “Fully recant previous tweet. “As an advocate in the fight against child exploitation, I could not be more remorseful for all involved in the Penn State case,” he added . “As of immediately I will stop Tweeting until I find a way to properly manage this feed. I feel awful about this error. Won’t happen again.” Kutcher is a co-founder of the DNA Foundation, an organization that aims to “help end child sex slavery.” Paterno and Penn State University president Graham Spanier were let go during an emergency meeting by the school’s board of trustees Wednesday night, just hours after Paterno announced he planned to retire at the end of the football season. The announcement of his firing led to student protests and rioting in downtown State College, Pennsylvania. The drama stems from an ongoing investigation into child sex-abuse accusations filed against former PSU defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky and perjury charges against two university officials. Since news of the scandal broke, Paterno had come under increasing scrutiny for how he responded after learning of an alleged incident involving Sandusky and a child in 2002. After learning of the incident from an eyewitness, Paterno reportedly told the school’s athletic director, but not police, according to prosecutors in the case. Sandusky, a PSU coach from 1969 to 1999, has been charged with 21 felony counts of sexually abusing eight boys over a 15-year span.

When are these fools going to be a little more discerning of the hoes they associate with and keep around them? Philadelphia Eagles star Michael Vick is caught up in a naked photo scandal and RadarOnline.com has exclusive details. A woman claiming to have a “full frontal” picture of Vick is shopping it around to various media outlets in an attempt for some financial gain. However, Vick’s camp exclusively tells RadarOnline.com that he has better things to worry about — but doesn’t outright deny that the photo exists. “The only thing Mike has on his mind is his date with the Chicago Bears this evening,” his rep Rick French [told] RadarOnline.com [yesterday]. “The rest of what this woman is claiming isn’t worth dignifying.” According to one website the woman contacted, she told them the photo was easily identifiable as Vick because the unique tattoos “that appear all over his body including his signature super man tatoo [sic].” The woman claims the photo was taken less than a year ago in a hotel room in Dallas, Texas. “He is in the bathroom of the hotel room the night before the game taking the photos of himself,” the woman claims. “It is from the neck down with all tattoos visible.” Forgot about that little detail, huh Mike? SMH at both of them. Source

Once again, another story coming from the Sunshine State! An inmate in Lake County claims the food in prison is so bad that he considers it cruel and unusual punishment. Eric Harris, 34, filed a lawsuit against the state, claiming the amount of soy in prison meals is higher than the amount recommended by the FDA. Harris is serving life in prison for sexual battery on a child. He claims the soy-laden meals are causing gastrointestinal cramping and threatening the health of his thyroid and immune system. “Then don’t eat that,” said Taxpayer Loretta Yeager. “Can’t they have something else to eat, substitutes? They have other vegetables and other things. Don’t eat it.” Gretl Plessinger, a spokesperson for Florida’s Department of Corrections said inmates are given a meat mix of 50 percent poultry and 50 percent soy. She said they are also always given an alternative choice that includes sources of protein such as beans or peanut butter. “We use soy products because they are healthy number one, and they are less expensive than the alternative,” Plessinger added. Taxpayers in the state of Florida pay around $47 million to feed prisoners. Plessinger said if the Department of Corrections cut out all the soy it would easily double that cost. The Weston A. Price Foundation, a group that calls itself a leading voice on the dangers of soy, is offering some support to Harris. Foundation President Sally Fallon Morell said, “Even the most ardent supporters of soy admit that one should not eat more than 25g of soy protein per day, but the men in prisons are getting far more than that.” “We’re paying taxes for these people to house them so they can sleep and eat and probably get medical care too,” she said. “So no, I have no sympathy at all.” Florida prisons switched to the soy and meat mix in 2009 to cut costs. The state now spends around $1.70 a day to feed each prisoner. The prisoners eat around 2,700 calories a day. This guy is doing life in prison for sexually abusing a child….sorry no sympathy for you, homeboy!! Suck it up and eat that soy!! Source
