My name is Tyler, I am 16 years old and I live in southern California. On Easter weekend I was dragged against my will to Big Bear California with my family to spend the weekend up in the mountains. On April 7th, 2012 after my family and I went to the zoo we went to the Vons to pick up a few groceries. As I was walking to meet my parents at the cash register I glanced into the aisle way and saw someone who I swore looked like Selena Gomez. When I told my parents of course they didn’t believe me but my mom insisted on me going to take a picture. Well I went to go find her again but I think I startled her….and she walked away. My mom saw her again in another aisle and this time there was Justin Bieber. I had never thought I’d be as starstruck as I was at that moment. The body guard told us no pictures please and Justin explained to us that he was enjoying his time off and I respected that . May I mention that Selena Gomez is stunning without any makeup on. As we were leaving the store, the couple also happened to be walking behind us, and Selena realized it and said “hi again!” . Granted I was still starstruck that I was even standing 24 inches within the hottest celebrity couple, and my parents conversed with them for a little. My phone unfortunately died in the store, and I had wanted a picture so badly, so Justin, as kind as he was finally agreed. We all went in between the two cars and snapped the photo, with “Big Bear Blvd.” in clear sight behind us. To be completely honest, the couple was very down to earth and super sweet to take a picture considering it was their vacation time. Its amazing how starstruck you can get, and the fact that I can say I just casually ran into them is what makes part of My Bieber Experience such an amazing one.   -tumblr: missmewhenimgonee Follow this link: My name is Tyler, I am 16 years old and I live in southern…

Hey I’m Grace from New York and September 8th &…

Hey I’m Grace from New York and September 8th & November 17th were the best days of my life.  On September 8th, my two other friends and I heard Justin was gonna be in NYC so we decided to try to meet him.  He was at the store Dolce and Gabbana, so we found it.  As we were walking to the store we see Alfredo Flores going into the store .  We start running for our lives, but we didn’t catch up to him.  Then we waited in a line for an hour to go into the store, girls were running out of the store screaming “I met Justin! I met him!”  So me and my friends got really happy.  When we got in, he was doing an interview so they said he couldn’t meet anyone, and that we should just leave.  After being pushed in the small store with many girls, I see a little girl walk out with an IPhone, and I look at the picture and she is with Justin, so we stayed. There was a stage at the front of the store, so we decided to go to the stage, but all of the sudden we see Scooter Braun and we talked to him and he remembered my friend from a Tinychat! I got a picture with him!  He was so nice!  We asked if we could meet Justin, he told us he wished he could let us, but the security guards won’t let him, but he said to stay because Justin was coming!  We were right next to the stage, but somehow we got the the back of the stage, which we weren’t aloud to be, but we stayed.  Then Asher Roth came out and we got to meet him and talk to him!  He was so sweet!  After waiting for so long, we saw Justin walk down the stairs with his crew coming towards us!  I got to touch his jacket and stand right behind him while he was saying Thank You!   Then I turn to my right, and I see Alfredo and talked to him and got a picture with him!  And Scooter, Kenny and Usher were right in front of us!  Then  Kenny turned around and said, “Girls, I will let you stay back here, but you just have to stay quiet!” And then he touched my shoulder and said, “I understand you guys are happy, and we want you too be!  But don’t cry!”  They were so sweet!  If you look at this video you can see us behind Justin! Then Justin left, and we were so happy! We didn’t think he was coming back, so we left.  As we were outside, I turn and see Ryan Good and Ashley Benson!  We got to take a picture with them!  It was an amazing night! Then, we heard Justin was coming to NYC for Pencils of Promise , so we went again.  We stood outside in the cold and drizzle for an hour, waiting for Justin. The guards told us he wasn’t coming, but we knew he would stand us up. There was about 15 girls, so it was a small group. We all saw Justin taking photos at the walkway, and he started coming towards us. I was in the front and he started shaking everyones hands in the front!  I looked him and the eyes and he shook my hand with both his hands! Luckily I was taking a video and got a shot of our hands!  His hands were so warm!  It was amazing!  Never say Never…because dreams do come true! – @graceebeliebs Excerpt from: Hey I’m Grace from New York and September 8th &…

First off, I just wanted to say that I can’t believe…

First off, I just wanted to say that I can’t believe I’m actually writing my own Bieber experience. Never would I have EVER thought that I would come anywhere close to even having the slightest story. That being said, Thursday, November 23rd 2011  is when my Bieber experience took place! As soon as I heard that Justin was going to be on The View, I did everything I could to get two tickets, one for my mom and one for me. I’ll never forget just how excited I was receiving the conformation email from The View staff. I couldn’t believe it. I was SO excited and even though my mom will never admit it, I know she was too . Anyways, our seats ended up being within inches of the stage and the round table. The set looked SO different than it appeared to be on the television and it honestly felt like I was living a dream. How was I lucky enough to be part of a LIVE studio audience, about to watch Justin Bieber perform, on one of the most popular television shows? A few minutes after the hosts came out, Justin came out through the archway and that’s when it hit me. I was in complete shock and was just SO grateful to be there. Justin did a cute little pose and made his way over to the couch where he sat with the hosts. He did his interview and eventually my section was allowed to get up and surround a round stage where Justin would be performing. I luckily was in the front, ON the stage! It was crazy. Before Justin performed, he warmed up a little and was just so smiley. He was standing RIGHT in front of me. Eventually he performed and Mary J Blige came out of no where and surprised him. It was SUCH an amazing performance and looking back on it I feel so incredibly lucky to have been a part of the audience. I’ll never forget it! -@xsamanthasays Original post: First off, I just wanted to say that I can’t believe…

Crotchless panties at a children’s store? We kid you not! A children’s store in Colorado has been forced to pull its range of crotchless underwear for children after sparking outrage among local parents. According to Colorado 9 news , the store Kids N Teen, which is located in a mall recently came under fire when when a mother named Erin French visited the store and discovered several pairs of crotchless thongs displayed near the selections of kids’ merchandise. “[The store has] cuddly little backpacks, and pretty little princess dresses,” French told the station, after she made the discovery. She captured video of the panties with a cellphone camera. The owner told the station that the store sells mostly kids’ products, but that a small portion of the merchandise is geared toward teens. The shop has since pulled the panties from shelves. Steve Jobs And Music: The Revolution Will Be Digitized

Late Apple co-founder almost singlehandedly brought music industry into the future. By Gil Kaufman Steve Jobs Photo: Justin Sullivan/ Getty Images Few people can legitimately claim to have changed the course of history. Apple’s Steve Jobs is one of those people. The pied piper of the digital revolution and co-founder of Apple Inc., started in his parents’ garage in the mid-1970s, died Wednesday at the age of 56 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. If Jobs had only co-founded Apple — the technology company with the highest valuation on earth at the moment and the one that taught the world to use a mouse, touch a screen to make a phone call and store a lifetime of music on a pocket-size device — that would be enough. But Jobs did much more than that. He changed the course of history with a series of science-fiction-like leaps that left his competitors in the dust, scratching their heads at how they went from having him in their rearview mirror to sprinting just to stay 10 steps behind him. Tell us how Steve Jobs changed your life. There had been any number of MP3 players on the market in the years before Jobs unveiled the iPod in 2001. But none had the signature elegance and ease of use that Jobs brought to his version of the portable digital-music device. From the iconic rotating wheel, simple scrolling menus and clean design of the first iPod, to later iterations such as the miniature Shuffle and the finger-swiping iPod Touch, Jobs pushed his design team to ever-greater heights of innovation. Like Kleenex, iPod became the shorthand for an MP3 player, a badge of honor that people wore proudly, signified by the 2001-style white earbuds that became ubiquitous on college campuses and subway trains and in gyms. As the devices got more complex on the inside, like a technological Willy Wonka, Jobs made sure that they got simpler and more elegant on the outside, always counting on intuition to win out over bells and whistles. And while iPods soon became the category killer when it came to MP3 players, it was Jobs’ next brainstorm that took a slumping music industry beset by illegal downloading woes and plummeting album sales and gave it the first ray of hope in years. The launch of the iTunes Store in 2003 took the traditional music-industry model and turned it completely on its head. Remember Steve Jobs’ many innovations by flipping through this photo gallery. For generations, a handful of major record labels had a lock on the distribution of music. They paid to have albums pressed, sent them to stores and dictated the prices. But after making a deal with Jobs to have their music appear on this new virtual platform, the labels quickly learned that they were now partners in their own game with a man whose vision for their business didn’t always mesh with their own. Until just a few years ago, Jobs held firm that downloads on his store should be priced at 99 cents each, beating back efforts by the labels to offer more pricing tiers. There was something about that round-looking number that seemed to appeal to him — and to the millions who gladly plunked down a dollar to get their daily fix. In the interim, the iTunes Store become the #1 destination for legal music downloading, holding between 70 and 80 percent of the market and consistently beating back efforts by retail giants and computer rivals to grab some of the digital gold. Piracy was (and still is) rampant, but enough people had been convinced by the ease of use and smart interface of the store to turn to the light side of the force and pay for that Black Eyed Peas hit or that Beatles classic. President Obama, Nicki Minaj, Bill Gates and more remember Steve Jobs. As of February 2010, the iTunes Store had sold 10 billion songs while revolutionizing the way every new generation buys, interacts with and experiences music. Yes, some claim the store has created a world of musical grazers, fans who pick and choose the hot hits one or two at a time over buying entire albums. But it has also trained a constantly wired generation to legally download music on their iPads, iPhones and a myriad of other devices, providing a rare bright spot for a music industry that has seen record sales, and profits, cut in half since a 1999 peak of $14.6 billion. With the recent introduction of the iCloud, Jobs did it again, waving his wand and giving his adoring minions the ability to access their music anywhere in the world. Think back to when MP3 players held 100 songs just over a decade ago. Now imagine having thousands, tens of thousands, potentially millions of songs at your fingertips from your backyard to the rainy jungles of Brazil and the mountaintops of Nepal. We may not have those jetpacks we were promised, but Steve Jobs did his best to ensure that, at least when it came to music (and movies and apps and games), the future was now.
