Dirty Secrets Men Hide Don’t you want to pretend that your man is just a perfect angel? Well that requires you to suspend belief. Big time. There are some things that (almost) all men think, say or do that they’d hate for their wives or girlfriends to know about. So they come up with ways to gloss over the truth so everyone will be happy. And ladies, it’s best if you just accept it and go along with the stories. Otherwise, you may be totally disgusted.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Reunion show finally concluded Monday night with visits from Dana Wilkey, Kim Richards and the house husbands. If you missed the previous two reunion shows (yes, it’s a three-part affair) and all the drama therein, follow these links for recaps of Part I and Part II . Then, join us as we recap the nude photos, conspiracy theories, and alcohol abuse right here in THG’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills +/- review … What does Taylor say would give her great solace? The possibility that her husband was murdered. What?!? Minus 20 . Okay, she doesn’t come out and actually say the words but that’s what she’s implying. Then she regales us with tales of Russell. Every week her stories become more horrific. This time she tells of Russell secretly recording her and forcing her to take a polygraph test to prove she wasn’t cheating on him. Then there’s a story about Russell assaulting both Taylor and her friends and trying to drown Taylor in the pool but she somehow convinced her friends not to press charges. Some friends. Minus 15 . Brandi voices that these stories don’t make sense to her and Camille agrees that the stories are simply horrifying. So is Taylor telling the whole truth and she was just too terrified to leave or are we missing Russell’s side of the story. I suppose we’ll never really know. Moving on from the appalling to the laughable, Dana makes an appearance. Minus 10 . Dana’s always annoyed me and what’s up with the whole Dana / Pam thing? Which is it? Classy as ever, Dana wears heels that say “F**k You” and give the finger with a diamond on it. She thinks they’re hot. Minus 12 . Money can’t buy good taste. Thankfully Dana gives us some insights into her obsession with money. She grew up poor until her mom died when she was 15 and was shipped off to her dad and abruptly thrown into one of the richest schools in the country. Suddenly Dana’s behavior starts to make some sense. Plus 9 . Of course her wannabe behavior is simply unattractive no matter what the reason. On to the hunkiest house husbands in all of Beverly Hills, at least according to Andy. Ken, Mauricio, and Paul all take a seat on the couch.
‘It’s about the stories,’ singer/songwriter tells BBC News of his upcoming album. By Rob Markman Frank Ocean Photo: MTV News It all starts with the stories for Odd Future vocalist Frank Ocean . Now that the California breakout singer/songwriter has completed his first tour, he has his eyes set on his first major label release. Ocean sat down with BBC News to talk about the impact of his 2011 free Internet album Nostalgia, Ultra and what fans can expect from his first major-label album. “On this record, on this latest body of work I’ve been doing, I think it succinctly defines me as an artist for where I am right now, and that was the aim, just to make something that represents where you are at that time,” he told BBC News on camera. “It’s about the stories. If I write 14 stories that I love, then the next step is to get the environment of music around it to best envelop the story and all kinds of sonic goodness.” While little is known about Ocean’s next LP, which is due out on Def Jam this spring, the anticipation has been steadily building. After releasing Nostalgia, Ultra, the then-unknown saw his fanbase grow by leaps and bounds thanks to soul-drenched ballads like “Novacane” and “Swim Good.” During his Fall 2011 tour , however, Frank performed two new songs slated for the still-untitled album: “Super Rich Kids” and the bouncy and bassy “Disillusioned.” Whether they make the final track list remains to be seen. In just a few months, the OFWGKTA singer shot up from music’s underground and began working with superstars Jay-Z, Kanye West and Beyonc
Michael Jackson’s lasting advice to his only daughter was simple. “He said, ‘If I die tomorrow, always remember what I told you.’ I took his advice, and I remembered everything he told me,” Paris Jackson, 13, told Ellen DeGeneres. The King of Pop shaped Paris’ life in fundamental ways, from her desire to pursue acting to far more important lessons, she reveals in the interview, airing Thursday. Here’s a clip of Paris Jackson on Ellen: Paris Jackson on Ellen “My dad was in the movie Moonwalker; I knew he could sing really well but I didn’t know he could act. I saw that and I said, ‘Wow, I want to be just like him,'” says Paris. The female Jackson recently scored her first film role. A family rep confirmed she has a role in the upcoming fantasy movie Lundon’s Bridge and the Three Keys. “We would do improv together,” she adds. “He would give us little scenarios. He would go, ‘Okay, in this scene you’re going to cry,’ and I’d cry on the spot.” Paris also talks about wearing a mask as a child, which she admits was odd. “I’m like, ‘This is stupid, why am I wearing a mask?’ ” she says. “But I realized the older I got, like, he only tried to protect us. And he’d explain that to us, too.” When she enrolled at the prestigious Buckley School, she appreciated it. “I have a normal childhood. I’m treated the same,” she says. “When I came to [school], they didn’t know who I was. I was like, yes, I have a chance to be normal.” All in all, Paris seems like a smart, grounded, well-raised young woman. For all the negative things said about MJ, he was apparently perennial Father of the Year.
Sara Leal has a message for all those wannabe mistresses out there: It’s just not worth it. No matter how hot the married man is. This 23-year old rose to infamy, of course, by sleeping with Ashton Kutcher in San Diego a few months ago, a transgression that gave her a lot of press and led to the actor’s divorce from Demi Moore. “It was insane. I had no idea what I was getting myself into,” Leal now tells Fox News, via The Daily Mirror , of the one-night stand, adding that she lost her job and her family didn’t talk to her for weeks as a result of the fling. Kutcher allegedly told Leal and her pals on the night in question that he was mostly single, a status this blonde never questioned. “I don’t watch television and I read very few magazines. It never crossed my mind that he was married,” she says. “But then he said he was separated, which still doesn’t make things okay, but I wasn’t thinking clearly.” Sara admits the sex-capade was “stupid,” but asks: would other women in her position really do things differently? We’ll never know, but Leal says the worst part of the ordeal took place when friends sold photos of her partying in Las Vegas to the tabloids. They don’t represent who she is, the trained yoga instructor says. “Those made me look bad and everyone who knows me on a personal basis knows I am not a crazy slut party girl.”
In the supermarket tabloid world, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may be married … but that doesn’t mean all is well in nuptial paradise. The relationship is hanging by an imaginary thread, in fact, as the latest issue of OK! Weekly claims Rob is pleading with Kristen to remain by his side and ignore rumors that he cheated on her with actress Sarah Roemer. “Rob’s in total panic mode at the thought of losing Kristen,” an insider alleges . “He’s desperate to keep her and is virtually groveling on bent knee.” This same source says Stewart has always feared she’d lose Pattinson to an admirer and has “never been able to relax the whole time she’s been with him,” constantly fearing the worst: infidelity. The actor’s supposed plan to prove his feelings? Purchase an inscribed, personally-designed diamond ring for his girlfriend and propose. But… wait. Aren’t they already married?!? (See first link, above). These tabloids really need to keep their stories straight.

Magazine editors are increasingly looking to place their stories at studios — for what it’s worth: “‘Hollywood is essentially in the business of not making movies,’ said Henry Finder, editorial director of The New Yorker . ‘They only make a movie when they run out of reasons not to make it. [… B]ut if I’m trying to get talent attached it might be easier for me to say, “Hey look, Brad Pitt, there’s this really cool story that was in Vanity Fair or Rolling Stone ” — it’s going to be based on that.'” Great! It beats Ouija . [ WWD via The Awl ]
