A drive-by shooting in front of a crime-ridden apartment complex in Washington D.C. this morning left 13 people injured , the youngest of who was 17 years old. Detectives are looking for information on two vehicles seen around Tyler House – which is located on North Capitol Street/New York Avenue – around 2:10 a.m. The eight-story, subsidized building has been the scene of many crimes over the years. Fortunately, this time around, none of the wounded are in critical danger. D.C. police chief Cathy L. Lanier says no motive has been determined yet, though Fur Nightclub (located a block away) has been the source of numerous recent complains, with patrons gathering in front of Tyler House after the establishment closes for the evening. “A whole lot of people with cash in their pockets come out onto the street, and the guys from Tyler House are waiting for them,” says Commander Andy Solberg. That’s when you get the holdups and that’s the source of the shootings in the neighborhood.”
The Denver Thong Bandit – a dude wearing a thong – has been seen running around and exposing himself in some of the city’s neighborhoods. Here is a police sketch of the alleged perp: Officials said the flashing suspect was first spotted at the end of last summer, but he’s been “quiet” for several months, only to surface again recently. Warmer weather and all probably helps. However, there have been four reports of the man exposing himself over the past two weeks, renewing concern that the Denver Thong Bandit is back. The underwear color has changed over time, officials said. Initial reports were of a man wearing a pink thong, but he has reportedly switched to black. Police are taking him seriously, too. “We’re looking for an individual who we have titled the ‘Thong Bandit,’” District 1 Commander Paul Pazen told 9NEWS. “He is fully clothed somewhere in the mouth of an alley, will disrobe down to a thong and expose himself further in front of female citizens in northwest Denver.” Denver Police are on the lookout across the city and region. Demi Moore didn’t merely file her own set of divorce papers this week, a little more than two months after Ashton Kutcher did the same. The actress insisted on spousal support from her estranged husband, an unusual request that is unlikely to be granted because Moore is far wealthier than Kutcher. But insiders tell TMZ that Moore doesn’t expect the support to be included in any settlement; she’s simply “really hurt” by Ashton, believes he was a “bad husband” and is seeking whatever retribution she can find. Kutcher did not ask for spousal support in his documents and sources say neither side is likely to receive any. But despite a bit of acrimony clearly existing, lawyers are in the middle of a negotiation and this case isn’t expect to go the route of Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries. It will be sorted out in the near future.

Gary Thompson, says he rakes in 60,000 to 100,000 dollars a year begging. But his sob story is a sham, and he admitted it to LEX 18. Since our story first aired about Thompson, complaints have poured into our newsroom. “It’s offensive;” “It’s disturbing;” “It’s just plain sad;” those are some of the comments viewers have shared who say they believed Thompson, and gave him money. He is in a wheelchair, because he has difficulty walking, but his speech isn’t slurred and his arms are fully functioning. Thompson is not the man he makes himself out to be. “I appreciate you guys busting me,” Thompson says as he laughs. “Yeah, I’m really good at it, really good. I clear about 100,000 dollars a year doing this.” Thompson goes on to tell us, “I am normal, it just helps to be mentally handicapped.” Dozens of you have come forward, telling us about Thompson, that he “approached you,” and that you “gave him money.” Thompson has now been exposed, but he doesn’t seem worried, or remorseful. We caught him on camera trying his act again, after we busted him, right outside police headquarters. It doesn’t look like he’s going to stop this anytime soon: “Hey I love y’all!” Thompson says, looking right into the camera. “Keep paying me! I’ll see you on the street!” On another note, Thompson used to be a millionaire. His mother sued Honda in 1993 after he was injured in a motorcycle accident. He got 2.4 million dollars, money he says he blew. Thompson has pleaded guilty to charges twice this year. Penalties are a 50 to 100 dollar fine and a maximum of ten days in jail. Police say to arrest him, an officer has to catch him in the act. What an azzhole!!!!

Let me start off by telling you all a bit about myself. My name is Stephanie (@detroitbelieb) and I have been a belieber for 5 years. My first concert was back in 2009 and I won free tickets to a concert with him and Iyaz. Then in 2010 I went to his My World tour and I had the VIP package, where I got to sit front row and go to his sound check. I didn’t really get to meet him though. So when the Believe Tour was announced and I found out that there was a meet & greet package, I was determined to get it. I stayed home from school and got tickets for me and my best friend Claire. We were more than excited. We were counting down the days until our concert from 182 days. Now fast forward to that day. Claire and I got all cute and ready together with our other two friends who were going to the concert. When we finally got to the venue we started waiting in the line and we were the third group in line. When we were waiting to meet Justin we saw Aretha Franklin and her grandchildren who were in front of the line. After waiting for what seemed like hours they told us they were moving the line because Justin was running late . They lead the line to some backstage area and then we were waiting for another hour. Then we saw Kenny! He said that he was sorry about Justin running late and that he moved us down here to let all the other fans in which is understandable. When he was done talking he pointed right at my dad who was standing with us with a straight face and said, “Hey! I wanna see a smile from you!!” My friend and I were freaking out because KENNY JUST TALKED TO MY DAD AND POINTED HIM OUT OF A CROWD! Finally when we were about to go in to meet Justin I started getting really nervous. I could see his outline from outside of the black curtain which make me freak out even more. Once we walked in, Claire gave him a hug and I did too. We smiled for our picture and then as I was leaving he grabbed my hand and I looked into his eyes and I said, “Thank you so much. I love you so much,” and he looked into my eyes and said, “You’re welcome, I love you too. Enjoy the show.” I basically melted on the inside. As we were walking out I waved to Pattie but she looked busy. Then right when I walked up the steps we saw Alfredo! We ran up to him and asked him for a picture and he was so sweet. Fast forward – now we were in our seats and the concert started. It was absolutely amazing! During ‘Take you’ he pointed right at me and lowered his sunglasses! Me and Claire were dying! During ‘BAAB’ he touched me hand. My favorite part of the whole show was when he sang ‘Believe.’ It was so powerful and I just started to cry because of how long I had waited for this moment to happen and I was living it finally. The next morning after the concert I got on Twitter right away and I was definitely in post-concert depression mode. I was just so happy that that whole experience happened to me. Little ole me. If I can tell something to anyone who haven’t met Justin yet, it is to just never give up. Never stop trying to meet him because one day it will happen. I never thought I would have a picture of me and my idol but now I do and I have all the memories that just make me so happy everything I think of that day. Thank you to Justin. A 20-year old woman visiting Manhattan from Australia was sexually assaulted early Sunday morning, police report, and authorities are now searching for the culprit. According to The New York Post , the victim had left nightclub Lavo in a taxi but quickly exited the vehicle after an argument with the driver. She was then dragged into an alley near East 58th Street between Park and Madison avenues, although the young lady could not recall the exact location when questioned by police. But she did describe the attacker as middle-aged; approximately 6’2″; 190 pounds. He was also wearing dark clothing and a skull cap. Police has released the above sketch and encourage anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
