If you pay attention to the sad wreckage that is their lives, then you’re probably aware that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are not exactly killing it financially at the moment. In fact, they’re pretty much flat broke. The past year has seen countless reminders that the McDermotts are in seriously dire straits: At one point, Tori was sued by creditors after accruing multiple six-figure debts. Dean almost went to jail for unpaid child support. The couple was forced to sell their mansion in tony Calabasas and move their five children into much less-posh digs in Encino. A 17-year-old named Kyle Steven Bahner has been arrested for filming two of his fellow students having sex in a school bathroom. What was probably an impulsive decision could cost him big time and reshape his future for the worst. If convicted, he could spend years behind bars, as the video below will explain. Kyle Bahner is a Georgia teen who attends Harrison High School. It was at school, during lunch hours, during which he allegedly entered the men's restroom and overheard the tell-tale signs of sexual activity. What should have been an amusing anecdote to share with his friends became something else, as she held his phone above the stall in which the sex was taking place. There, he recorded two fellow students, a 15-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy, having sex within the stall. He reportedly recorded all of this without their permission. To make things worse, he then distributed that video to a number of friends via social media. That, folks, is a crime. On a scripted teen drama, something like this might happen When the assistant principal learned that this video was being spread, Cobb County police were notified. According to the warrant, Bahner told administrators: “I took a video of a guy and a girl in a stall because I don't see how they should let that happen and I was showing it to my friends.” He is charged with eavesdropping surveillance, and has been released on $5,000 bail. If convicted, he could face 1-5 years in prison. A number of people are blaming the victims for this. To be clear, though having sex on campus is almost certainly against school rules, they were clearly trying to avoid being seen and did not in any way invite being recorded. (While not everyone engages in it, sex in bathrooms is a pretty normal occurrence in high school) Additionally, a lot of people are asking why he has not been charged with child pornography. After all, a number of teens have been charged with that hefty, life-ruining label for taking photos of themselves . The answer, quite frankly, is that the video did not show anyone's genitals. At least there's that. As you can see, Twitter was full of misinformed outrage among other responses. While it is totally normal for someone to have the impulse to share what they are seeing, it is not appropriate to film people having sex and distribute it without their consent. Especially when the students are minors. For that matter, if you're alone in a bathroom, a mirror selfie is fine. Beyond that … nobody needs to be photographing or recording anything in bathrooms. Bahner has also gotten into trouble with the school for this incident. “This incident has been thoroughly investigated by school administrators and school district police. In addition to the criminal charge, appropriate action has been taken in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct.” Well … that was vague, but that's appropriate. Bahner, like his alleged victims, is a minor.

True, Kylie’s only 20 and they haven’t even been dating for a year, but they have a child together and both seem committed to this relationship. Now that Travis has reportedly proposed to Kylie only for her to shoot it down, those same fans are wondering: why ? HollywoodLife reports that Kylie isn’t ready to marry Travis , as he found out to his chagrin on their trip to Miami. “When Kylie and Travis were on their trip he spontaneously asked her to marry him, but she turned him down, for now.” Oh, that sounds incredibly awkward. But she’s reportedly very happy with him and even open to marriage … eventually. “Kylie definitely wants to marry Travis, but she also really loves how things are the way they are.” This may come as a surprise, since Kylie decided to have his baby, but she apparently has some realistic and mature ideas about “She knows she rushed into this relationship, so she’s trying to slow it all down and enjoy every single stage.” That sounds healthy. Again, they’ve been dating for less than one year. Per this report, Kylie’s getting some much-needed advice from her family members. She’s always been said to be particularly close with Khloe. “Plus, she gets lots of guidance from Khloe [Kardashian] who is encouraging her to wait on the whole wedding thing.” Kylie and Khloe have a special bond, perhaps in part because they both once thought of themselves as “ugly ducklings” (though neither were ever ugly) until their radical body transformations. The only time that it’s smart is if there are legal reasons (someone needs a Green Card, someone needs to not be compelled to testify against the other in a court of law, someone needs health insurance) … or perhaps if a reality series is paying you enough. Again, and we cannot emphasize this enough, but extrapolating from Stormi Webster’s February 1st birth date, Kylie and Travis had been dating for perhaps one month when Kylie conceived. Maybe they would still be together even if they hadn’t brought another human being into the world — Kylie loves with her whole heart. But getting engaged to someone you’ve effectively just met is a recipe for disaster. That said, there’s no reason for Travis and Kylie to not continue their happy and healthy relationship. You don’t need a piece of paper or a special ring to be a family. And, of course, no delay precludes them from getting married in the future. When Kylie feels that the time is right. Brooke Rosendale, a fifth grade intervention specialist and volleyball and basketball coach in Ohio, was been sentenced to three years in jail. The ruling came down on Wednesday, after Rosendale pleaded guilty to a sexual relationship with a 13-year old female student. According to an arrest report (obtained by People Magazine), the Riverdale School employee engaged in sexual contact with the unnamed teenager in January and February of last year. The incidents did not happen on school grounds, the document states. Based on this same report, Rosendale (who was convicted on a charge of third-degree felony count of sexual battery) was not the teacher of the girl with whom she slept. Instead, the two met via the school’s extracurricular programs. Rosendale, who resigned her position one months after this inappropriate relationship ended, must now register as a Tier 3 sex offender going forward. She also must pay $225 in restitution to the family of her former student. In court, Rosendale’s attorney, Peter Halleck, said his client has accepted responsibility for her actions and has expressed remorse to him on multiple occasions. However, Hancock County Common Pleas Judge Reginald Routson, the judge who oversaw the case, came across as skeptical that Rosendale truly understood her actions. “You stepped across a line, a taboo that cannot be violated,” Routson said, according to court records. He added: “There cannot be any sort of relationships between teachers and students and you betrayed a very important trust.” Rosendale apologized Wednesday to the parents of the student, who appeared in court but did not wish to make a statement in public. “I want to apologize to the family,” she said. “I know I hurt them and I apologize.” Rosendale got engaged in July of 2016 and was scheduled to get married on November 4, 2017, per a section on TheKnot.com.
