I’ve been waiting for this day for quite some time now, Victoria Justice is eighteen and legal. Sweet. Here she is celebrating with a cake I’d probably have sex with, after a few drinks of course, and it would all be legal. This looks like a pretty lame party if you ask me, she should be hanging out in tight little outfits with her hot friends, not sitting around with childish balloons and a stupid cake…. I don’t even want to know what the deal is with the ventriloquist dummy in the corner. Creepy.
