The mother to Nahla Aubrey and Maceo Martinez recently posted a precious pic of her children lounging… and when a fan asked why she didn’t just show their faces (with an eye roll emoji)… the actress responded. “I’ve noticed you have said this several times now so let me be clear– I’m not at all ashamed of children,” said Halle. […] but I also work very hard to keep their identities as private as I can considering they are only children.” In other words; MIND YOUR BUSINESS LADY. When a reality show is axed by its network, more often than not, low ratings are the primary (or only) reason behind the decision. But what happens when the brightest star in a TV empire’s galaxy decides she can no longer continue with the series for a reason as solid as her own safety? The Kardashian clan may soon find out the answer to that question. As you’ve likely heard by now, Kim Kardashian was robbed at gun point in Paris on Sunday night. The television and social media icon was asleep in her hotel room when she was awakened by five armed bandits disguised as police officers. The thieves – who are still at large – reportedly made off with an estimated $10 million in jewelry. According to the 35-year-old mother of two, the assailants put tape over her mouth and held a gun to her head. Kim says she feared she’d be rape , and was certain at one point that she would be murdered. Thankfully, she wasn’t harmed, and her two children were not present for the terrifying ordeal. Frighteningly, investigators believe the robbery was an inside job . According to Us Weekly , Kim is now on her way back to Los Angeles after a brief stopover in New York City. She’s told her inner circle that she plans to keep a lower profile on social media, and thus far, it seems she’s sticking to that strategy. Kim hasn’t posted anything on Twitter or Instagram in four days, a lifetime for a woman who makes her living largely on social media. Her husband, Kanye West, has rescheduled concerts that were supposed to take place in Detroit and Philadelphia this week. But perhaps the precaution that says the most about how seriously Kim is taking the threat to her security relates to the show that helped turned her into a household name. Insiders say filming for Keeping Up With the Kardashians has been delayed indefinitely. There’s no word on when shooting will resume, but it’s already been delayed for at least the next two weeks. At this point, the show will require a longer hiatus than usual before it returns with new episodes, and many are wondering if it might be over for good. As the central star star and an executive producer of the series, Kim is in the unique position of being able to cancel her own show. She certainly doesn’t need the money at this stage in her career, and no one would blame her if she decided she values her family’s safety over more airtime on E! There are sure to be spinoffs for her famous sisters, and sources say there’s already enough extant footage for a final, truncated season. There went the bride! Following rumors that Chelsea Houska would exchange vows this weekend with longtime boyfriend Cole DeBoer, the Teen Mom 2 star has gone ahead and done just that: SHE’S MARRIED! The couple, who is expecting its very first child together, tied the knot in front of friends and family on Saturday afternoon. Among those in attendance was Houska’s seven-year daughter, Aubrey, whose father is the bride’s ex-boyfriend Adam Lind. Houska kept the announcement of her marriage relatively quiet and simple, sharing a picture on Instagram today that depicted the newlyweds with Aubree. “Mr and Mrs DeBoer,” she captioned the romantic photo. Here it is: Two days prior to the wedding, the 25-year old MTV personality posted a pic on Instagram of two large bunches of her favorite flowers, sunflowers and proteas. She wrote at the time: “I don’t know what I did to deserve this man, but I am thankful every single day. @coledeboer beyond proud to be able to call you my husband soon!” It was this post and this message that prompted wedding chatter around the Internet. Houska met DeBoer at a gas station and the two started dating back in August 2014. Yup, they’ve been together for over two years, which is a lifetime for most couples featured on Teen Mom, Teen Mom 2 or Teen Mom OG. The two got engaged in November 2015, with the reality star confirming the joyous news in an Instagram post. “He’s stuck now!” she captioned an image that showed her flashing her engagement ring alongside her new fiancé. Celebrities Lead Peaceful Protest Of Police Killings In Hollywood Video courtesy of New York Daily News Actors and working class residents of Hollywood gathered on Sunset this week to protest the police shootings of unarmed people. Comedian Cedric The Entertainer lead the crowd, acknowledging the problem of racist police murders recently caught on video. Cedric says “Nobody wants a Dallas situation” when asked about his reasoning in leading the protest. According to The Root , How To Get Away With Murder actor Caleb Haphall was also among the protestors.
This just in: Kim Kardashian barely wore any clothing on Thursday. Okay, that may not be such breaking news, we suppose. There are nearly as many Kim Kardashian nude photos out there as Kim Kardashian NON-nude photos. But still. Just look at the outfit Kim donned as part of Paris Fashion Week! Why even bother to wear clothing at all, right? This photo was snapped at the Balmain 2017 spring/summer show, during which one of Kim’s favorite designers displayed its threads for the upcoming season. But Kim stole all the headlines with this custom Olivier Rousteing outfit, which left very, very, very, VERY little to the imagination. And she wasn’t alone in displaying most of her body to onlookers. Kourtney Kardashian was also on hand and she decided to go with an equally flesh-baring look, donning a sheer gold turtleneck body suit with a twist. As you can see below, Kourtney’s midriff and oblique cutouts were paired with a gold loose knit duster: Kris Jenner was also there, but fortunately she remained mostly covered up. Paris Fashion Week is a time for everyone in attendance to wear something unique, of course. But how many other attendees went both bra-free and underwear-free for the event, as it certainly appears Kim and Kourtney have done here? We’re not judging, mind you. We’re applauding. But the superstar herself has now confirmed the news via a Tweet on Thursday night. “It’s not an illusion. The rumors are true,” Lady Gaga wrote on social media. “This year the SUPER BOWL goes GAGA!” While we couldn’t be more excited to see Lady Gaga at the Super Bowl, it is worth noting that she wasn’t the first choice of producers. Over the summer, Adele admitted that she was offered the plum gig, but actually turned it down. For what reason? It isn’t really up her alley. “I mean, come on, that show is not about music,” the singer told her fans at a Los Angeles concert in August. “And I don’t really… I don’t dance or anything like that. They were very kind, they did ask me, but I did say no.” So Gaga was the second choice, but she’s already proven her bona fides when it comes to performing on such a giant stage. Remember her national anthem prior to the Super Bowl this past February? The world lost a talented actress and a transgender pioneer earlier this month. On September 11, Alexis Arquette died at the age of 47. And while the world mourned a star who had appeared in such films as Pulp Fiction, Patricia Arquette simple mourned a family member. And she continues to do so today. The Oscar-winning actress took to Twitter on Sunday, September 25 to remember Alexis, writing the following message to followers Or, to be more accurate, to Alexis herself… “If there is reincarnation I pray to God that you come back Lex into a family that loves you as much as we do. Thank you all for your condolences and words of support and prayers for our family.” As previously reported in sad detail, Alexis Arquette died at the age of 47 on September 11. The passing was confirmed at the time by brother Richmond Arquette. “Our brother Robert, who became our brother Alexis, who became our sister Alexis, who became our brother Alexis, passed this morning September 11, at 12:32 am,” he wrote on Facebook back then. Alexis, of course, was also related to actors David and Rosanna Arquette. These family members released their own statement about Alexis on the day she died. “Alexis was a brilliant artist and painter, a singer, an entertainer and an actor,” the siblings wrote. “Her career was cut short, not by her passing, but by her decision to live her truth and her life as a transgender woman. Despite the fact that there are few parts for trans actors, she refused to play roles that were demeaning or stereotypical. “She was a vanguard in the fight for understanding and acceptance for all trans people.” Alexis dove more deeply into her transition in the 2007 film Alexis Arquette: She’s My Brother . She was also best known for films such as The Wedding Singer, Lords of Dogtown, Blended and the documentary Wigstock: The Movie. Kim Zolciak wants the world to know that she still has a hot body. The 38-year-old Don’t Be Tardy star took to Snapchat to give her fans a peek at her body. Celebrities love to show of their bodies, and Kim has not been one to hide her body in the past. Kim is currently embroiled in a butt selfie war with Kim Kardashian. Each woman enjoys butt selfies quite as much as the other. Over the weekend, Zolciak took to Snapchat to give her fans their latest look at her body. “This body birthed 6 kids and im damn proud!” Zolciak captioned. “4 kids in 30 months!!” It all seems like a desperate attempt to get people talking, but that’s probably what her plan was. I’m actually surprised she didn’t go all out and trash the people who complained about the amount of product placement on her social media accounts. She literally promotes everything and anything, but her fans are getting annoyed at her blatantly trying to get them to buy things they don’t want or need. It must be a good little side gig, but would she really give it up in favor of keeping her fans happy? Probably not. Zolciak also took aim at the naysayers who claim she adds effects to her images to make her body seem more pleasing to the eye. Celebrities have a habit of going crazy on photoshop. Snapchat filters just seem a little too easy to use. “Crazy that y’all even think on Snap that I Photoshop,” she said. “You guys are a bunch of knuckleheads.” Okay then. Kim has been working out a lot in the aftermath of a health scare that rendered her not fit enough to appear on Dancing With the Stars. Zolciak released a huge Instagram post that recounted the shocking events that transpired one year ago. She made it clear that she is happy to be alive and also revealed that she would be interested in appearing on the competition series down the line.
