With The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 13 in the can, there’s one thing that’s become abundantly clear about the most recent season: Shannon Beador does not like any of the new additions to the cast. If you watch The Real Housewives of Orange County online , you already know the long-term cast member blatantly ignores Emily Simpson and Gina Kirschenheiter whenever they try to talk to her. Gina claimed on Sunday’s reunion show that Shannon is “an open book of bulls–t.” Gina was tired of the back and forth with Shannon and felt like the recently single housewife was lying about everything, all while putting on a show for the cameras. According to Gina, Shannon called her up and said the following: “I have a history of not remembering things, and I’m in a custody case, and I’m afraid that I’m gonna lose my children. I wanna know what was said.” As you may recall, Gina was the one who told Shannon what was said about her after her meltdown in Jamaica. That thinly veiled attempt at finding a friend while throwing another under the bus did not go unnoticed, and Shannon assumed Tamra Judge was the person talking about her. Gina said during the reunion that she even offered to bring up the comments in front of the other woman to prove she was telling the truth but added that Shannon told her to leave it. Andy Cohen interjected and asked whether that was the truth, but Shannon essentially called Gina a liar. “Yes, you did! You’re lying!” Gina screamed, adding: “Maybe it’s your selective memory? All I know is that you told me you were gonna lose your kids, and I felt bad for you and told you what was said.” “I was in the middle of a divorce. There was no custody issue then!” Shannon fired back. “I’m going through a custody issue now. Don’t put words in my mouth!” “DON’T SAY WORDS! YOU ARE AN OPEN BOOK OF BULLSHIT!” Gina yelled back. “IT IS RIDICULOUS! PAGES AND PAGES! NOBODY WANTS TO READ IT ANYMORE!” “I was just trying to help you!” Gina continued. “All your friends talked about you being mentally ill on that trip.” Kelly Dodd and Vicki Gunvalson went on to say that everyone deals with things differently. Maybe they were trying to throw some support Shannon’s way, or something, but it fell flat. Tamra then chimed in and stood up for her former BFF. She felt like Gina should not have said anything about it because Shannon was recovering for surgery and not in the best state of mind. “I am sorry I brought it up. Shannon, I promise you I feel bad for you,” Gina said in response. “I really do. And I promise you, on a level, I understand what you’re going through.” “I’m sorry. I’m really not trying to make a problem for anybody, and anybody who knows me knows I don’t go with malice in my heart,” Gina continued. “I feel terrible for you and what you’re going through. I’m going through it, too. It sucks. I promise you. I got my heart broken, too, okay? In my heart, at the time, I was just checking in. The comedian will serve as the host of the 91st Academy Awards ceremony. “I will be sure to make this years Oscars a special one,” he wrote on Instagram Tuesday. “Now it’s time to rise to the occasion.” It’s Hart’s first time hosting the show and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences had previously held talks with Hart about hosting the February ceremony. “I appreciate @TheAcademy for the opportunity,” wrote Hart in his post , adding, “For years I have been asked if I would ever Host the Oscars and my answer was always the same…I said that it would be the opportunity of a lifetime for me as a comedian and that it will happen when it’s suppose to.” The past two Oscars were hosted by Jimmy Kimmel . Hart previously hosted the MTV Movie Awards alongside Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as the two were promoting their Central Intelligence movie. He’s been campaigning in some form or fashion to host the Oscars or at least wanting to host the Oscars since 2015. “That would be a major accomplishment. With what I’ve done and the progress I’ve made in my career,” he said. “That’s definitely the next major step, I feel, for a comedian.” The Oscars will air live on Sunday, Feb. 24, on ABC. For whatever reason, Kim Kardashian has been talking a lot of late about how she did Ray J back in the day . On this Sunday's Season 15 finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, however, Kim will do Washington. As previously discussed in detail – but not the sort of detal we'll see on this episode – Kim actually did something noble several months ago. She heard about this woman in Alabama named Alice Marie Johnson who had been in jail for 22 years on a non-violent first time drug offense. Kim reacted in shock and anger over such a development. And then she did something about it. “The only person that can grant her clemency would be the President,” Kim says in this preview for the finale, saying on air: “We have one shot to plead out case.” This, of course, is what Kardashian ended up doing. In a surprising turn of events, she visited the White House and got a meeting with Donald Trump. There's been plenty about this administration that has taken folks by surprise, but the following photos are definitely near the top, wouldn't you say? “Knowing someone's life is in my hand, it's a really scary feeling,” Kim adds in this trailer. Is she being a tad bit dramatic? Not entirely. Slam the ex-sex tape star and waist trainer sell-out all you want for many defensible reasons. But you must give her credit in this case. She did it. But just to get a lot more specific and far less irritating: In the face of ongoing rumors that they totally hate each other and refuse to be in the same room together, Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle have changed their holiday plans. Instead of the former and Prince William spending Christman with the Middletons in Bucklebury, People Magazine has confirmed that they’ll join the rest of the Royal Family in Norfolk with the Queen at Sandringham. This includes, of course, Markle and Prince Harry. Quick! Someone prepare the Royal Boxing Gloves! As you very likely have heard about by now, Middleton and Markle do not get along. Allegedly. According to one recent report, Markle actually made Kate cry this past spring when Middleton was expecting her third baby and her figure was therefore not in pristine condition… … and yet Markle pressured her and bullied her during a dress fitting for her wedding to Harry. Could this be why Markle and Harry are moving far away from Kensington Palace? Yes, many Internet users believe. Per People Magazine, William and Kate will stay at their nearby resident of Anmer Hall with kids Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 3, and 7-month-old Prince Louis for the upcoming holiday. Needless to write, however, considering that Harry and Meghan only just got married in May, this will be the first Christmas the Princess and the Duchesses all spend together as husbands and wives. What could go wrong?!? Typically, William and Kate alternative between spending this time of year with his loved ones and with her loved ones. They had been scheduled to hit up the Middletons this year, with Kate’s mom, Carole, recently talking about preparing the house for her grandchildren in her first-ever interview. She said that she likes to have as many Christmas trees as possible in her house, including one for each of her grandchildren’s rooms “so that they can decorate it themselves.” How sweet. And now, sadly, how fruitless. We continue to write about the supposed tension between Markle and Middleton, but we do wish to reiterate that we cannot confirm its validity. However, it is worth noting that Kensington Palace took the VERY unusual step of commenting on a story in The Sun last week. After that British newspaper reported on an argument between Kate and Meghan shortly before the latter’s nuptials on May 19, Royal sources responded and said the claim simply doesn’t have merit. ” This never happened ,” the Palace has now said of the alleged fight. Sure. Whatever you say, Palace. What WILL happen now, though, is Meghan and Kate spending Christmas as a family and every single person on the planet studying their faces to see just how real or fake their smiles look. Last week, Jenni JWoww Farley got candid about her son's autism diagnosis . Now, she's showing off her delight at he speaks — naming through some primary colors while he's busy doing other things. The video that she shared is absolutely adorable. Take a look: “The way he says yellow makes my heart explode,” JWoww writes in the caption of this video. She includes with her words a yellow heart emoji. In the video itself, JWoww prompts Greyson Valor. With her encouragement, he names “red,” “yellow,” and “blue.” Those are the primary colors, and he's wearing two of them. Greyson seems distracted by his snack on the countertop during the video. He's humoring his mother because, well, he's a little kid and that's what you do. He's dressed as Dash from The Incredibles and holding a Jack Jack doll from the same franchise. Greyson then places Jack Jack on the counter and moves to climb up onto his chair. He's such a precious little two-and-a-half-year-old boy. In another video shared by Roger Matthews, Greyson's only prompting is a question. He is asked to name colors rather than simply repeat them, and he does. He's honestly paying more attention to Disney's Rapunzel at the time. “The sky is the limit for this kid,” his father writes in the caption. Greyson clearly knows his colors very well. His parents are showing the world that his autism diagnosis isn't as scary as some people try to make it sound. Part of what makes his parents so excited about his verbal identification of the colors is that his progress with speech is very recent. There is a tendency among parents and even among some who work with children professionally to associate speech with understanding. Children who don't speak don't always communicate that they fully understand their environment. It is not at all uncommon for children on the autistic spectrum to have speech delays as children. That does not mean that don't understand the words that their parents speak to and near them. Greyson has probably known his colors for a very long time. What's pleasing his parents so much is that is he is now giving verbal confirmation. JWoww doesn't want her son's autistism diagnosis used as clickbait , which is a very understandable concern. But she does want to show off her children on social media. In the process, she can educate more and more parents on what it can really be like having a child on the autistic spectrum. While it's true that some autistic adults need neurotypical caregivers in order to function in society, that is not the standard. Unfortunately, images from popular films of nonverbal and barely-functional adults too often come to mind for parents whose young children have just been diagnosed. Autism is a spectrum, and includes a massive variety of traits and qualities. Greyson smiling and speaking is a great way to illustrate that. Some mothers of autistic children seem to use their experience to make things all about them. They become “mommy bloggers” who look for sympathy for their situation, as if an autistic child were a curse. JWoww and Roger do not seem to be doing that at all. They're talking about speech therapy, but it's because they love their son and want to help him succeed in life. JWoww meets her attention quota as a reality star. She doesn't have to use her son for fame, and it's great that she's not trying.
So much for sisterhood. Or for one sisterhood in particular, we should say. Following an intense episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Sunday night, NeNe Leakes has made it as clear as she can… … the long-time Bravo personality is finished with Porsha Williams! Shortly after this installment aired, NeNe shared what appears to be a sweet photograph of herself and Williams. And that much is at least true, we guess: the photograph itself is very sweet. But the caption? It veers far closer to sour AF . “When you a ride or die chick!!!!” Leakes wrote (and has since deleted), adding: “Hey lil sis, I got your back! Lil sis: yeah ok! Then throws big sis under the bus! What the F-CK #loyalty #dontbitethehandthatfeedsyou I’m out #beloyaltosomebody.” Porsha Liked the photo — but only because Instagram does not give on a Hate option. “So you text me and ask me a question then make an assumption,” she replied to NeNe’s diss, continuing: “Now you come on social media and blast me! Bitch you got me twisted. #fakeashell #cutthecrap.” What prompted these public remarks? Well… … On the aforementioned episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kandi Burruss opened up to Leakes, Cynthia Bailey and Marlo Hampton about all the ugly dirt she had on Porsha’s boyfriend, Dennis. Should she reveal said dirt to Porsha? NO , they all responded, with NeNe the most adamant that Williams ought to remain in the dark. During the filming of this episode, NeNe was the closest of everyone involved to Porsha, she her opinion carried a great deal of weight. But then Leakes went off herself and told Porsha immediately after her lunch with Kandi. She spilled all the Dennis-relatde tea. Here’s where it gets complicated and oh so very Real Housewive-y: NeNe didn’t want anyone to know she relayed everything to Porsha. Except Porsha didn’t really get the memo because she later drank wine with Leakes, Kandi and Cynthia and just kept bringing up Dennis every chance she could. Finally, Kandi felt a need to jump in. “Okay, lemme just say this, child,” Burress said before explaining to Williams what she had heard about her lover. Kandi then looked directly (that is, disapprovingly ) at NeNe, who tried to play ignorant. “I wanna know how I’m involved,” NeNe replied. “Hello, Kandi. Hello. Hello. Heller. Hellerrr. See, I don’t get involved in people’s relationships.” Viewers, of course, knew this to be a lie. So did Porsha. Cut to a confessional and Williams saying the following: “NeNe came to me, and NeNe was like, ‘Well, I think she didn’t tell you because she was worried about how you’d react.'” It actually sounded for real as if Porsha didn’t know that NeNe told her all that Dennis stuff in confidance. But after Williams basically outed Leakes to everyone else last night, NeNe went ahead and sent the message above, outing Porsha from her life forever. Confused? We don’t blame you.
