The final path for Rick and Maggie is starting to take shape. As previously reported, both Andrew Lincoln and Lauren Cohan are departing The Walking Dead during the first half of the current season. Sunday’s episode picked up Justin becoming a member of the undead, but all of the communities had no idea where he was. The Saviors were especially mad because they knew something happened to him, but the person was just going to get away with it. As all the communities tried to find him, Maggie noticed the reanimated version of him looking for some fine dining on the streets. Among the pool of suspects in the spate of disappearances were Daryl, Maggie, and Jadis. Daryl and Maggie have long been against the Saviors, and for a good reason. But Jadis had an alibi … or so we thought. Gabriel told the others she was him the night Justin went missing, so she could not be the one in the frame. After yet another big bust-up, Alden opened up to Rick about the Saviors feeling more at ease if they were trusted to have a firearm. Rick was not ready to reason with him and said that it was not out of the question. It was all a matter of finding out who was responsible for these disappearances. “You trust me, don’t you?” Alden said to Maggie. “How about trusting a few other people who’ve made a change?” Rick ultimately grilled Daryl about the murder, and it showed just how fraught this friendship had become. “If I’d-a killed him, I’d-a killed him in plain sight,” Daryl complained, leading to Rick claiming that they were building a better future and they had to do their best to stick to it. But Daryl had heard it all before and felt like the Saviors took a lot of their comrades from them. “But killing each other when the world already belongs to the dead, it’s not the way, not anymore,” said Rick after claiming that killing is not the way forward anymore. Gabriel continued to question whether Jadis was only with him because she wanted a cover story for all of her misdeeds. The plot thickened when Jadis returned to her former stomping grounds, and brought out a walkie-talkie and called someone. “What do you have, an A or a B?” said the man who replied. “I paid my share,” she responded After going back on forth on letters, Jadis said she would have an A by the next day. Okay then. When she returned to Gabriel she gave him the following offer: “There’s another place that’s far from here,” she said, “but if we go together, we can get there.” She was trading people for supplies for her people. But Gabriel did not want to help out and found himself knocked out. Daryl and Maggie found their way to a house that Cyndie once lived, and they found Cyndie, Bea and another girl going at it with Arat. The Saviors had murdered all of their friends and family, and that’s why they took action to take them down. After some back and forth, Maggie and Daryl allowed the women to murder Arat for his crimes. “We gave Rick’s way a chance,” she said. “It’s time to see Negan.” What will become of these characters? A class action lawsuit has been filed by folks who banked their money into a cryptocurrency called Centra Tech and they’re pointing the finger at the champ and the DJ for influencing them to partake in the scam. The lawsuit not only seeks damages from the aforementioned founders but also the celebrity influencers, Mayweather and Khaled. These folks lost a LOT of money. Back in February each coin was worth $1 and now they are worth only about $0.02. Yikes.
Paris Jackson has been through quite a lot in her young life. Of course, she’s also enjoyed privileges and opportunities that most folks can only dream of. We mention this not because we begrudge Paris her wealth and fame but because the latest news about the 20-year-old’s personal life has fans concerned that her personal fortune may be in danger. Paris has been dating drummer Gabriel Glenn for the past several months. The couple met when Gabriel was hired into Paris’ band, the Soundflowers. According to Radar Online, Paris’ family is deeply concerned about her new relationship, primarily because Paris and Glenn are already talking marriage. “Paris told certain family members that she truly believes that Gabriel is the one and she wants to marry him,” a source close to the Jackson family says. “She and Gabriel have been going strong for several months and she feels a deep connection with him.” Most recently, Paris dated Cara Delevingne , and it seems her shift in preference has also been a cause of concern for certain influential family members. Sadly, Paris’ beloved grandmother has some outdated beliefs, and she’s expressed skepticism about Paris’ ability to make decisions regarding her own sexuality and love life. “The family is all very confused at this point,” the insider says. “One second, she is a lesbian and dating; the next second, she is straight and dating her bandmate.” But despite her apparent confusion, Katherine Jackson is less concerned with granddaughter’s sexuality than with her financial future — a future that she feels is in jeopardy due to Paris’ insistence on getting married without a prenup. “No one cares what she is everyone just wants to know that she is okay,” says the source. “Gabriel does not have the best reputation and some of her family members feel like he could be using her. “They just want her to be careful.” Sadly, Michael Jackson’s only daughter has been down this road before. S tacey Abrams is moving forward with a strong campaign for Georgia’s governor office ahead of the midterm elections next month. RELATED: Stacey Abrams May Be Reason Why Georgia’s Black Voters Want More Absentee Ballots Abrams, who is on the road to becoming the nation’s first Black female governor, released a new ad on Tuesday (Oct. 16). The candidate, who is running against Georgia Secretary Of State and Republican Brian Kemp , talks about how her childhood and upbringing helped shape her desire to run for governor. “Growing up we didn’t have much. But my family’s challenges showed me what’s possible,” Abrams said in the clip. “I’m running for governor because I believe we can continue the progress we’ve made by building each other up not by tearing each other down.” Abrams also has been speaking out against voter suppression and rallied with other Georgia residents for a group of Black seniors who were blocked from early voting on Monday. “My goal is to make certain that every person be able to cast their vote,” Abrams said to Think Progress . “That’s why I wanted to come to Louisville to just encourage everyone to take advantage of the chance to early vote.” The candidate has also participated in Atlanta’s Pride Parade and energized voters in the LGBT community on Sunday, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. “We’re here because we stand together, because we know that allies do not run from fights. And because we know we all have pride in Georgia,” Abrams said. “We stand with you and not against you.” Kemp is busy facing several allegations of voter suppression targeting people of color . He has vehemently denied the allegations, but civil rights groups aren’t buying his statement, Governing reported. The midterm elections are on Nov. 6. Cardravious Crump hosted a Halloween party at his moms house in Tate County, Mississippi on Sunday, and felt that all was well — until two deputy officers came into the apartment unannounced just an hour after the soiree was over. Crump and his mom discovered the policemen roaming around their kitchen — and when they asked what the issue was, the cops mentioned underage drinking, even though the party had already ended. Cardravious’ mother told reporters , “I asked him nicely to step out. I said, ‘Well then, I can talk to you, but can you step outside? [They refused] so I cursed him out. I was like, ‘You gonna get the [expletive] out my house ’cause I did not tell you to come in here.” Crump took out his phone during the altercation and cops responded, “You can turn that off. You can turn that off. You’re gonna turn that off, get that out of my face. I just told you to turn it off. I’m not gonna tell you again.” Cardravious told reports that he didn’t know what the cop was reaching for when he reached around his side, which is why he started recording. Even Tate County Sheriff Brad Lance said the deputy was wrong to ask Crump to turn off the camera. Luckily no one was hurt or arrested.

As you very likely know by now, Meghan Markle is getting set to welcome a new member of her family. Indeed, the Duchess of Sussex is pregnant ! Unfortunately, Markle’s expecting state does not mean she is finished dealing with old members of her family. In fact, she’ll likely be stuck hearing from them even more over the next few months as they angle to meet their future young relative. We’re talking, of course, about Thomas Markle and Samantha Markle. The former is Meghan’s father, from whom she is mostly estranged and who lives in Mexico. Thomas missed his daughter’s wedding in May due to a heart condition and his involvement in a paparazzi photo scandal and has since ratcheted up his criticism of Meghan , saying she is ungrateful for his influence in her life and complaining (already) that he will never meet his grandchild. The guy sucks. Samantha Markle, meanwhile, is Meghan’s half-sister and she is totally estranged from Meghan. She is 17 years older than the Duchess; was not raised in the same household as her partial sibling; and barely knows Meghan at all. But she has still jumped on every media platform available over the past several months to bash the heck out of Markle every chance she gets. This woman really sucks. In light of Meghan and Harry’s major pregnancy news, however, both Thomas and Samantha has struck a more calm and rational tone. “It just makes everything that happened over the last year disappear,” Samantha said to The Sun this week of the baby bombshell, adding: “I want Meghan to be happy… and have peace. Everybody needs to be positive.” Naturally, of course, Samantha did manage to get a dig at her half-sister in there as well. “I would hope that – for the sake of the baby, the family, the world and my dad — that leaving him out of the statement was not intentional,” she continued. “I hope my dad is included and at a proper time. If he is excluded, I won’t be happy. It is in the best interests of the baby for my dad to be included.” The statement announcing Markle’s pregnancy was short and simple and didn’t mention any relatives at all. It simply read as follows: Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019. Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public. In conclusion, Samantha really hammered home the point of how the unnamed child ought to have its grandfather in its life: “A baby changes everything and softens everyone. I would only hope that there would be some adjustment or some way of including him.” Thomas himself has not yet issued a comment. But a source close to the grandparent-to-be also spoke to The Sun and praised Meghan while simultaneously angling to, yes, be part of the kid’s life. “Thomas is absolutely delighted,” this insider says, adding: “He heard the news before it was made public and was overjoyed. He thinks Meghan will make a great mum as she is already so maternal.
