Ever since I was a young man I’ve been in love with Alyssa Milano , I can’t believe my little Samantha is all grown up, so I was always going to post these pictures of her at some DVD launch. I’m probably the only one still interested in this broad, but I don’t care, we’ve been together for a long time. I can still remember her and her dad driving up i their beat up blue van. Besides, she’s still pretty hot and she’s showing off some shoulders and elbows so why not. Enjoy.

A malevolent virus stalks the halls of McKinley High and has already felled many of even the most hale members of the Glee club. And while it would be cool to imagine it’s some weird zombie virus (Rachel Berry was born to stalk the earth for delicious brains!), it’s actually just a nasty case of tonsillitis. Filming of their post-Super Bowl special was halted to give the poor sickies the weekend off, but will resume on Monday. For once, young Hollywood types are actually suffering from exhaustion rather than just too much blow and whiskey. It’s a Christmas miracle! [ EW ]

On Sunday (November 21), the group showed up at the American Music Awards to perform their brand-new single, “This Time (The Dirty Bit),” delivering a flashy, glow-in-the-dark spectacle. Descending from four box chambers, each BEP member remained the focus on the dark stage as will.i.am sang the beginning lines of their new single, which samples the “Dirty Dancing” theme song, “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life.” While the frontman belted his semi-autotuned notes, each of the bandmates rose up and down in their flashing chamber until they reached the floor and emerged to show off futuristic neon outfits. Throughout the song, the quartet crooned to the tune and worked the stage as they displayed some freestyle dancing moves alongside a series of dancers wearing box-shaped headpieces. After the performance ended, will.i.am made sure to plug the release of the Peas’ new album, saying, “November 30, The Beginning . Welcome to the future!” In addition to their neon-lit number, BEP also hit the stage to accept the award for Favorite Band, Duo or Group, beating out Lady Antebellum and Train for the honor. “This Time” is the lead single from the Black Eyed Peas’ upcoming album, The Beginning . The 12-song collection is an ’80s-influenced effort that promises to once again bring listeners to the dance floor. Fans likely will get to see the band on another big stage this February, as it’s been reported that the Black Eyed Peas will descend on Cowboys Stadium in Dallas for the upcoming Super Bowl halftime show . Lindsay Lohan And E-Trade Settle ‘Milkaholic’ Lawsuit

By James Dinh Lindsay Lohan Photo: Mark Ralston/ Getty Images Lindsay Lohan seems to be having her share of trouble with the law lately, but there’s one battle she has won. According to TMZ , the actress settled a $100 million lawsuit against E-Trade , which ran a Super Bowl TV spot that Lohan felt mocked her tabloid reputation. Lohan’s attorney Stephanie Ovadia revealed that the lawsuit had come to a close in a statement to TMZ: “The case between Lindsay and E-Trade has been settled … there is no further comment.” While no other details regarding the settlement have been revealed, Team Lohan is reportedly pleased with the suit’s outcome, even suggesting that the actress received an undisclosed amount of money from the suit. Dina Lohan shared her two cents on the lawsuit, telling TMZ, “The family is pleased that the case has been settled.” Representatives for E-Trade admitted to TMZ that they were interested in putting the case behind them, saying, “E*TRADE has always maintained that the claims were without merit, which is why we moved to dismiss the case. With the case now withdrawn, we are pleased to have the matter behind us.” Earlier this year, Lohan’s lawyer filed the $100 million suit in New York claiming that the actress’ name was used without her permission in an advertisement. In the spot, a female baby character named Lindsay is deemed a “milkaholic” while in the midst of a baby love triangle. “That milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?” the baby girl says, questioning why the baby boy didn’t call her. “Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit,” Ovadia told the New York Post back in March. “They used the name Lindsay. … They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message.
