Katherine Jackson Gets Custody of Prince, Paris And Blanket Back!

A California Judge reinstated Katherine Jackson’s co-gaurdianship this afternoon. The matriarch of the Jackson family will continue to share custody with cousin TJ Jackson beginning immediately. Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff found no reason after results from an investigation into the children’s care came back positive: “I think the kids are in terrific hands,” the judge said. “It appears from the report that Katherine Jackson has done a wonderful job and cares about the children very much.” Judge Beckloff commented on the issue last week saying that Katherine hadn’t done anything wrong but he still suspended her guardianship duties after she’d been out of contact with her grandchildren for 10 days. It’s been a crazy couple of weeks for the Jackson clan. We hope today’s decision will calm the crew down so they can all move on to the next issue and let the kids find whatever normalcy they can! Ray J to Bank $1 Million for Prince Reigns Ad

Ray J is once again making serious bank by embracing a naked woman. The hip hop star, best known for giving it to Kim Kardashian on tape , is one of two new spokespeople for some shaving gel from a company called Prince Reigns. Then again, perhaps we should withhold all mockery, considering the company is apparently doing well enough to offer both Ray J and Sophie Monk – the topless woman Ray is hugging on the billboard below – $1 million each for their role in this campaign. At this rate, Ray J may never need to make a living while wearing clothes. He also may need to make regular STD appointments.

Chris Brown To Remain On Supervised Probation

Singer gets positive report from court, but ordered to remain on probation. By Gil Kaufman Chris Brown Photo: Getty Images In a status hearing on Thursday in Los Angeles, a judge said that Chris Brown is doing a good job complying with the terms of his sentence for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, but that he must remain under the supervision of a probation officer for the time being. According to the Associated Press , Brown was not in court for the hearing where his attorney asked that the singer’s supervised probation end thanks to his good behavior. Superior Court judge George Lomeli, however, agreed with prosecutors, who argued that even with Brown’s good marks to date, he should keep reporting to a probation officer in his home state, Virginia. Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, attempted to end the probation, which is part of the sentence Brown received in June 2009 when he agreed to a plea deal
in which he plead guilty to one count of felony assault and was sentenced to 180 days of community labor and five years of probation. Geragos pointed to a probation report that said that Brown had been truthful with officers, passed all required drug tests and “has made great strides” while under probation. To date, Brown has completed half of the six months of roadside cleanup, graffiti removal and other manual labor he was ordered to do under the terms of the deal. But the AP reported that Lomeli didn’t think it was unreasonable for Brown to say under supervision while he finishes the rest of his community service hours. The singer has already completed anger management and domestic violence counseling and a different judge in the case agreed last year to relax a restraining order that barred Brown and Rihanna from contacting each other or getting too close to one another at music industry events. The hearing came just days before Brown and Rihanna are slated to return to the Grammy stage
for the first time since the February 2009 assault. In advance, tongues have already begun wagging, with rumors flying last month that the exes have reunited recently and have been spending time together again. Chaos! Profanity! Wardrobe malfunctions! Kris Humphries Seeks Annulment From Kim Kardashian

NBA star cites ‘fraud’ as the basis for their split. By Christina Garibaldi Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian Photo: Jerritt Clark/WireImage Nearly a month after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris Humphries, the NBA star is firing back, seeking an annulment to erase his brief 72-day marriage to the reality star on the grounds of fraud. Under California law, an annulment will be granted only if the court finds that there was no validity to the marriage. In his Superior Court filing, Humphries checked the boxes marked “nullity of voidable marriage,” citing “fraud” as the basis for their split. If Humphries is denied an annulment, he is seeking legal separation, which means the former couple could avoid all divorce proceedings. Back in October, Humphries released a statement, saying he was committed to working on repairing his short-lived marriage. “I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce,” he told People magazine at the time. “I’m committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents and I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.” On October 31, Kardashian filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.” “After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage. I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision,” Kardashian said in a statement . “I had hoped this marriage was forever but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best.” Court papers released online state that Kardashian requested the court uphold the prenuptial agreement the two signed before the wedding, which guarantees that the reality star will keep all money earned during their marriage. Kardashian and Humphries married on August 20 in a lavish $10 million affair that was captured by E! cameras and aired in a two-day television special. Their relationship is currently being played out on this season of “Kourtney and Kim Take New York.” The news comes on the same day as Kim’s sister, Kourtney Kardashian, revealed that she is pregnant with her second child with boyfriend Scott Disick.
