Hey guys, I’m your girl Joslyn Davis with the latest on recording artist Jasmine V. The singer is set to release her highly anticipated mix tape, and we are finally getting all of the details. The title for the 9-track release is called She Believed, but if you take a closer look, a few of the letters in the title are in parentheses, and when you put them together it spells out He Lied. Of course speculation already has the “he” being named as Jasmine’s ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber. The pair was linked when Jasmine joined the Biebs on his “My World” tour and the pair were spotted kissing in Los Angeles a while back. The video for “Just a Friend” made its world premiere yesterday and shows off Jasmine’s killer ability to bring emotions to life, as the lyrics state: “If I’m just a friend, if I’m just a friend, why do I know what your lips feel like. If I’m just a friend, if I’m just a friend, then my camera must be telling lies. If I’m just a friend, then you might just be crazy baby.” Later in the song Jasmine sings “I wish the best of luck to your girlfriend, probably been lying all about her too.” As usual, it’s a great video, and Jasmine is totally owning it — you can definitely expect more of the same on her upcoming release. In addition to the interactive platform that provides can’t-miss post-game analysis, commentary, interviews and conspiracy theories, each installment features a VIP guest like “Jersey Shore” starlet Sammi Sweetheart and “My Life as Liz” leading lady Liz Lee . This week, Cantiello and hilarious guest commentator Michael Buckley were joined (via Skype) by season-six runner-up Blake Lewis, who shared his thoughts on his favorite contestants and his continued love for Jennifer Lopez. First up, Lewis’ rapid-fire thoughts on the season 10 contestants. In the thumbs-up category, Lewis likes Jacob Lusk, Stefano Langone and Casey Abrams, the latter of whom he offered a few words of advice in order to avoid being sent to the bottom three or eliminated too early. “I like Casey, [but] I think he’s been scaring America,” Lewis said. “He looks like he’s going to punch a baby. I want him to smile. … Each week he’s been screaming.” Lewis was equally forthcoming with his opinions on the female contestants, and he was particularly surprised to learn that Haley Reinhart avoided elimination but did admit she has the chops to sing. “I think she’s a great vocalist, but she’s unsure,” he said. Regarding early favorite Pia Toscano, Lewis joined the ranks of many “Idol” watchers with a plea for Toscano to sing something other than a ballad. “I want her to sing something uptempo,” he said. “The producers need to arrange something groovy for her voice.” Speaking of love for the ladies, Lewis didn’t miss an opportunity to praise the judging talents of Lopez, who was one of his celebrity mentors during the season six. “I’ve been praising J.Lo, because she’s just a queen and her comments are right on,” Lewis said, adding that he “fell in love with her” when she made an appearance on the show during Latin Week. “My love is so strong. Laurel Kagay said Brad Womack popped the question to her before going on The Bachelor. He said reports of a marriage proposal were just “embellishment.” So who’s telling the truth? One of her friends, furious at Brad’s “lies” and his decision to paint Laurel as “some crazy who invented it all in her head,” wants to set the record straight. Whether he proposed or not, Brad dated Laurel for years. “If Brad Womack didn’t propose to Laurel Kagay then I’m the Queen of England,” Laurel’s pal wrote in a series of scathing posts on her personal blog . In one text message to his sweetheart, which Laurel Kagay shared with Us , Womack vowed: “You’re my future, Roo. Nothing is going to change that. “Laurel, I’m serious about this. Please marry me?” The friend said Brad even took Laurel ring shopping at a Cartier boutique – and even asked her parents for their blessing to marry their daughter! “I was always his biggest fan but not after the way he ditched Laurel to go on The Bachelor, because they offered a ton of money,” the friend said. “Then the way he totally denied their relationship, basically demeaning it to nothing. I’m sorry, Brad, but you have officially p*ssed me off.” Apparently. Of course, even if Brad did propose, she didn’t say yes, we’re guessing.
