Jason Terry Lists Atlanta Home For $1.89M [Photos] Whether Jason Terry’s time with the Dallas Mavericks has officially come to an end remains to be seen; however, it would appear the player fondly known as ‘JET’ is already making plans for his future. Terry, a veteran of 13 NBA seasons who began his career with the Atlanta Hawks before being dealt to Dallas, has put Atlanta, GA estate up for sale, listing the property for $1.89 million. Built in 2000, Terry’s contemporary, brick-lined estate has no shortage when it comes to space with a sprawling 6,325-square-foot floor plan with a total of seven bedrooms and nine bedrooms. It’s also not lacking in the amenities department, what with its in-house barber shop and beauty salon, movie theatre, exercise room, and what appears to be a ‘Pantheon of Basketball Greatness’ that includes a massive wrap-around wet bar. Also found within the property is a main floor master suite that boasts a sitting room and fireplace, and a chef’s kitchen, while the backyard offers a swimming pool with waterfall, covered patio and an outdoor fireplace. Taylor Armstrong revealed in her memoir that her late husband, Russell, tried to drown her in a swimming pool along with two unnamed friends, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned their identities and confirmed that a police report was in fact filed. Jennifur Diamond and her husband at the time, Mark Alsentzer, were at Taylor and Russell’s home several years ago when he flew into a rage and badly injured Mark, but no one pressed charges because Taylor begged her BFF Jennifur not to, and both she and Mark agreed. According to Taylor’s book, Russell pretended he had left the group but was really listening to their conversation and after hearing Taylor say, “Just take care of Kennedy if anything happens,” Russell allegedly jumped out of the bushes and confronted her. “Russell was in a frenzy, and he had a wild look in his eyes. He hit Mark, and threw Jennifur, her dog and Taylor in the swimming pool and tried to drown Taylor. Taylor thought she was going to die as Russell held her under the water,” a source exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “Mark and Jennifur were able to pull Russell off of her and probably saved her life. The cops were called and a police report was filed. At that point Taylor hadn’t been receiving any therapy, and she begged and pleaded with her friends not to press charges. “Taylor had to cover her neck for several weeks because of the choke marks. She even had trouble speaking because of Russell’s strength when he tried to choke her.” Russell definitely had some loose screws, but he wasn’t about that “go-to-jail” life. “Mark got 16 stitches and had work done on his teeth because of what Russell did,” the insider said. “I can’t be sure that Russell gave them money to stay quiet, but he definitely gave them money to cover the expenses of Mark’s medical stuff which was somewhere around $12,000.” And although no charges were pressed, the incident created a temporary rift between Taylor and Jennifur, who refused to protect Taylor any longer when Russell got violent. “Jennifur was really, really upset and said that she couldn’t talk to Taylor anymore because the abusive situation was too much. They tried to get Taylor to leave Russell, but she didn’t want to give up her lifestyle,” the source said. This story just makes Taylor look even worse if you ask us. We all aware that Casey Anthony is a “party girl” but new evidence is showing that she got pregnant while drunk and passed out: Casey Anthony told a psychiatrist that she didn’t know who her daughter Caylee’s father was because she became pregnant after passing out at a party when she was 18, according to newly released depositions. Anthony was acquitted last July of killing 2-year-old Caylee, who went missing in the summer of 2008 but her disappearance was not reported to authorities until a month later. The little girl’s remains were eventually found in the woods near the home Anthony shared with her parents. Reading from his notes on a November 2010 interview with Anthony, psychiatrist Jeff Danzinger said, “Two beers, possibly given another drug. Woke up passed out…Don’t remember anything at a party, age 18. This is how she said she got pregnant.” Danzinger, who interviewed Anthony five times over two years but did not testify at her trial, also reported that Anthony showed no evidence of mental illness and had normal results on a psychological test – a fact he found surprising. “You would expect that would provoke some measure of distress, whether someone genuinely did it, whether someone was falsely accused,” Danziger said. “If my child was missing and I was in jail being accused of it, I probably wouldn’t eat and wouldn’t be cheerful and wouldn’t be able to read.” Anthony also reportedly told Danzinger that her father had molested her when she was young – a claim defense attorneys raised at trial – and that he had found Caylee’s drowned body in the family’s swimming pool, helped dispose of it and then covered it up. Scarlett Johansson’s mom and former manager, Melanie Sloan, signed a contract to purchase a $1.4 million two-bedroom in Midtown in October. But less than two months later, the California dweller sued the owner of the 1,228-square-foot pad in The Strand at 500 W. 43rd St. — a doorman building with a swimming pool — demanding the return of her $130,000 deposit. She claimed she is cash-poor and can’t obtain a mortgage, according to court papers. The real-estate battle offers a rare peek into the finances of a stage mother, whose famous daughter was a cash cow until she canned her mom two years ago and hired a professional manager. Even though Sloan attempted to manage clients besides her daughter, the move left ScarJo’s mom with no major source of income, according to her lawyers. Last October, Sloan, 60, presented the apartment sellers, violinist Christina Castelli and pianist Grant Moffett, with a strong financial profile, even claiming 2011 was one of her “best years yet in the entertainment industry,” according to the sellers’ lawyers. The move would bring her closer to ScarJo, who lives in Manhattan. The stage mom managed her daughter’s career since Scarlett made her big-screen debut at age 9 in Rob Reiner’s “North.” She took a 10 percent cut of all earnings, according to a contract reviewed by The Post. ScarJo’s parents separated when she was 13. But in November 2009, Scarlett sacked mom in favor of Hollywood power agent Rick Yorn, whose roster includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz. “Once I got married, I felt that I needed to cut the cord,” the 26-year-old star told Vanity Fair last month. We confirmed with the realtor that J&B took a walk-through the 9,491 square-foot ocean-front pad last week — but it’s unclear if the couple is interested in making an offer. According to official records, Ricky’s trying to score a hefty profit on the estate — because he bought it in 2005 for $10,000,000 .. and now he’s listed the house at $12.5 mil. The place is pretty sick — boasting 7 beds, 10 baths, a swimming pool … and it’s located in one of the ritziest parts of Miami Beach, close to Miami Heat superstars Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. A number of this year’s top 13 stumbled on Wednesday night, and for once, host Ryan Seacrest didn’t torture the contestants by making them wait until the show’s final moments to find out the bottom three. In the end, it was curtains for wild card Ashthon Jones, who stumbled on Wednesday night with a limp cover of Diana Ross’ “When You Tell Me That You Love Me.” Earlier in the night, after slogging through the Ford video and a trip to the “Red Riding Hood” premiere, Seacrest finally got to the business of building that bottom three, calling out Jacob Lusk, Stefano Langone and Karen Rodriguez to center stage. He pulled a bit of rope-a-dope by telling all three they were safe, then adding an “except,” and it was Rodriguez who made season 10’s first long walk to the bottom three, landing there after her messy cover of Selena’s “I Could Fall in Love.” The next group featured teen Lauren Alaina, Haley Reinhart and Jones, with the latter an almost unanimous pick by our “Idol” experts to land in the bottom three . After tearfully admitting that the harsh criticism she got Wednesday night, well, “sucked,” Alaina was waved over to safety. In a shock, though, Seacrest then announced that after 30 million votes, both Jones and Reinhart were in the bottom three as well, ending the suspense early. Jones sang for her life one more time near show’s end, but her thin, reedy vocals were not much better than the night before, despite her clear attempt to go out with a bang. Ash broke down in tears, the judges deliberated, but it was a no-go. “Not this time, baby, I’m sorry,” Jennifer Lopez said after a long exhale, revealing that it was a unanimous no. Jones’ trip to “Idol” ended with a montage keyed to this year’s goodbye song, former “Idol” champ David Cook’s cover of Simple Minds’ “Don’t You Forget About Me.” The only real drama in the show was that for the second time this season, bearded hunk of love Casey Abrams was in the hospital on Thursday night, reportedly due to stress-induced stomach problems. He made a similar trip for treatment more than a week ago. At press time a spokesperson for “Idol” said there was no additional information available about Abrams’ condition. Though it wasn’t pulled out Thursday night, Seacrest announced that the show will once again give the judges a single save this season, which they must use before the top five. Viewers also got a look at the gigantic Beverly Hills mansion the contestants will be living in this year, complete with a star-worthy swimming pool, grand piano, Ford car-shaped pool table and a kitchen that’s bigger than most New York apartments. Looking remarkably tame in a T-shirt, jeans and a black jacket, former “Idol” runner-up Adam Lambert dropped in for an acoustic run through his single “Aftermath,” which mixed his signature power high notes with some nuanced balladeering. Proceeds of the sales of a dance-remix version of the single will go to the anti-bullying Trevor Project. Also dropping in was Diddy-Dirty Money to perform “Coming Home,” complete with a dramatic piano assist from Skylar Grey . The top 12 will do it all again next week. After Swimming Pool became something of a surprise art house hit, the United States more or less went back to ignoring French filmmaker François Ozon, despite the fact he seemed to nearly double his output in the succeeding years. That seemed fair enough, since his output can indeed be pretty inconsistent. But after watching the trailer for Potiche , I’d like to point out that the guy at least deserves credit for audacity. After gaining international recognition for erotic thrillers, he went ahead and made a fairy tale about a flying baby ( Ricky ), and now, what appears to be a French version of Working Girl with Catherine Deneuve and Gérard Depardieu.
