She gets her body all beach ready by drinking lots of water, eating lean protein, green leafy vegetables and fewer carbs. “I also love shots of wheat grass,” The Hills star tells Life & Style in its cover story. “When I want to kick it up a notch, then I get Sunfare meals delivered.” Other celebrities who are no strangers to showing off their bodies in bikinis, such as Brooklyn Decker, focused on “toning up” and” definition in my abs.” The Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover girl and wife of Andy Roddick also consumes lots of high-protein Greek yogurt and nuts to build that muscle. Fortunately, Brooklyn doesn’t subscribe to that QuickTrim crap (talking to you, Kim Kardashian ).
