But while there’s no debate over Swift’s charitable side, a debate has broken out over the artist’s body; namely: is she too skinny? A couple Twitter users have called attention to Taylor’s shrinking frame over the past few days, prompting Radar Online to (hilariously) consult with a random nutritionist. Where does Melanie McGrice come down on Swift’s frame? She tells Radar: “Taylor still appears to be within her healthy weight range. However, she is right on the lower end of the scale now. Taylor Swift seems a little old to be letting her parents run her career, but sources close to the singer say that’s exactly what she’s doing…and they’re running it right into the ground. Even though they’re now legally separated Scott and Andrea Swift apparently remain united over their favorite activity: micro-managing Taylor and the people around her. One anonymous insider tells the New York Post that Taylor’s parents are “difficult and controlling”  and adds that the former couple is making it impossible for management and musicians to work with Taylor. “Taylor’s parents are incredibly difficult to deal with,” says the source. “They want to pay as little as possible and treat people like s–t, because they think those people are lucky to have the chance to work with a superstar like Taylor.” Terrible parents, eh? They may explain a lot – like why she’s dated half of Hollywood and  Karlie Kloss is the only person who can stand to be around her! We kid, of course. Taylor Swift has been making her way around the dating scene for as long as she’s been famous and it looks like her serial-dating past is beginning to strain her relationship with her fans. Taylor Swift: Biggest Celebrity Player? In a recent iHeartRadio survey, listeners ranked Taylor as the “biggest celebrity player” in Hollywood.  Adding to the embarrassment, Taylor is the only woman to make the top five – a group that also includes two of her exes (John Mayer and Jake Gyllenhaal). The list of celebrities Taylor dated is certainly a long one, but we think fans may have rushed to judgment on this one. Were Kim Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan not on the ballot?! Maybe we’re just biased because unlike Kim and Lindsay, Taylor actually has talent and seems to care about other people. Just last week, Taylor visited cancer patients in the children’s wing of New York’s Sloan-Kettering center. So she may be unlucky in love but at least she makes better use of her time than most twenty-something starlets. Naturally, Taylor has yet to respond to the survey, but having been famous since her teens, we’re sure she’s got a talent for shrugging off negative press.
