Simon Saran: Matt Baier is a Pedophile!

Unexpected Teen Mom dude feud alert! Yes, it’s usually the ladies kicking up drama on MTV’s most bonkers reality series, but this week it’s been Farrah Abraham’s unhinged boyfriend Simon Saran stirring the pot. Saran must be starved for attention, because he’s been posting controversial content to social media for several days straight. Earlier this week Saran posted a nude photo of Farrah Abraham on Snapchat. Prior to that, Saran slammed his Teen Mom: OG co-stars in a series of bizarre Twitter rants. At first, Maci Bookout was the primary target of Saran’s ridicule: “How can you talk about balance when you can’t even balance walking a straight line cause you’re too f–ked up?” Saran tweeted, apparently in reference to rumors that Bookout drank while she was pregnant . Shortly thereafter, Saran turned his attention to Amber Portwood and her fiance, Matt Baier. If you watch Teen Mom: OG  online , you’re probably aware that Baier makes quite the easy target. It’s been rumored that Baier fathered nine children with seven different women and spent several years on the run from child support payments. Baier denies the reports, but they haven’t exactly endeared him to fans of the show. Interestingly, Saran decided to ignore all that and take a different tack when attacking Baier online, insisting that the 45-year-old is a pedophile who shouldn’t be trusted around women. Commenting on a scene in which Amber’s daughter Leah seemed nervous in Baier’s presence, Saran snapped: “I would be nervous too sweetheart. You don’t want to sit on that man’s lap.”  Saran later added: “He’s a red dot in the community,” an apparent reference to online sex offender registry maps. Not surprisingly, Portwood was less than amused by Saran’s trash talk. She engaged Saran in an online war of words that went down like this: AMBER: Simon your a little bitch who lets a girl talk mad sh!t to you. Your weak and irrelevant. Your a little boy toy puppet. SIMON: @AmberLPortwood you let a pedophile into your house congratulations AMBER: how is he a pedophile lol.. Where does that even come from? Stfu and be the little boy toy weak ass person you are. SIMON: lol you win!! Needless to say, the dude is taking the art of savagery to new and exciting places these days. Saran says that as a thanks for the traffic generated by his online burns, he’ll donate $10,000 to the Ronald McDonald House. We’re not sure how that makes sense, but it has us feelingl slightly less guilty for laughing about all this, so we’ll take it!

Amber Portwood Talks Mental Health Issues, Blames Drug Addictions on Fame

If you watch Teen Mom online , you know that over the years, Amber Portwood may have struggled harder than any the other girls in the franchise, which is really saying something. Earlier today, Cosmo published a new interview with Amber that may be her most candid to date. The troubled 26-year-old spoke to the mag about everything from her engagement to Matt Baier  to her feelings toward her troubled co-stars. Unlike so many fans of Teen Mom and Teen Mom 2 , Amber doesn’t hate Farrah Abraham or Jenelle Evans, though she concedes that Baier probably to bang them both .  Her thoughts about her co-stars are certainly interesting, but the most compelling part of the interview may be the portion in which Amber looks inward and describes her own battles with depression and other mental health issues. “I’m actually diagnosed,” Amber replied when asked about her recent revelation that she suffers from borderline personality disorder. “The borderline personality is a new diagnosis that I obviously don’t want to believe, but my therapist believes it. It’s hard. I was diagnosed with bipolar a long time ago. It’s really hard.” She went on to link her condition with her past addictions and violent behavior: “I think people don’t quite understand what it’s like to be bipolar and then have something like borderline personality on top of it, plus you have anxiety disorder. “I’ve just been screwed up since the beginning, which is a big reason why I used to self-medicate as well. I’m glad I have professional help now.” Amber adds that she initially struggled to keep her diagnoses a secret so as not to be judged by fans: “People don’t know about that because I tried to keep it secret. I was kind of embarrassed by it,” Amber says. “Now I’m older and stronger, and I understand that a lot of people deal with these things and that I should be open about it. That’s what I’m trying to do. “I’m still afraid to talk about it because I really don’t want to be judged as some person who can’t control herself.” Amber’s most compelling answer may have been her response to a question about what she would be doing with her life if she hadn’t become a reality television star. “Hell, I don’t know. I wouldn’t be on TV,” Portwood tells Cosmo. “I wouldn’t be in New York right now, that’s for sure. I think my life would be going OK, and I also don’t think that I would’ve been so heavy into drugs, but I think I would have been an addict probably.” Yes, Amber doesn’t blame her addictions entirely on fame, but she does seem to believe her problems wouldn’t have been so severe if Teen Mom hadn’t come into her life. However, she adds that the show also helped with recovery, as she was forced to relive her most embarrassing moments: “But I feel like Teen Mom also helped me get sober as well because I saw everything that I was doing on TV,” she says. “That completely shocked me, and I felt so horrible about it. I was disgusted with myself so it kind of helped me, yeah. It helped me want to get my head out of my ass, honestly.” These days it seems just about everyone involved with the franchise is talking about quitting Teen Mom . Amber, it seems, is still grateful for the way the show transformed her life.

Farrah Abraham: Sophia Made Me Buy That $64K Engagement Ring!

It's OK to shift the blame to you kids from time to time, like if you fart in public. It's not ok to blame them for forcing you to buy yourself an engagement ring , as much as Farrah Abraham would like to believe. Abraham explained to MTV why she ended up buying a ring that she thought off-again boyfriend Simon Saran was going to A) propose with B) pay her back for. Welp, neither happened, and Abraham is now the reluctant owner of a 14-carat ring. Abraham explained that she and her daughter, Sophia were on a Disney cruise in the Bahamas for Sophia's birthday.  While they were docked at one of the cruise's port-of-calls, they perused the jewelry stalls together. Sophia said she wanted Abraham to get an engagement ring, so Abraham did the logical thing and called Saran to see if he was open to making it official. “He had pictures, he was seeing it [the ring]…he was talking to the owner of the store,” Abraham recalled. “I was left with the impression that he was really buying it, and it wasn't a big deal that I purchased it.” If I could just interject…if Saran was actually serious about proposing, why would he allow Abraham to purchase something in another country? That might be beside the point.  Carry on! “It was a great thing that he was involved,” Abraham said “And my daughter and I got to make something special so that she felt she was involved in an engagement.” Alas, nothing is as it seems, and for all their oohing and aahing over a piece of jewelry, the engagement has yet to happen. “But it turned out not being as nice as I thought it was,” Abraham said, looking disappointed. Exactly how much did Abraham end up spending on her ring? “It's was $64,000 initially, though he got it down to $36,000,” she said with a laugh,”and I thought I was going to be paid back. “But we're not dating anymore and I don't really care.” It's unclear where Saran stands on this purchase, and why he allegedly gave it the green light.

Tyler Baltierra: Fat-Shaming Catelynn Lowell in New Teen Mom Preview?

Back in March, Teen Mom: OG cast member  Catelynn Lowell checked into rehab to be treated for depression and anxiety. In a recent interview, Lowell stated she's “not cured” but is doing better emotionally following extensive in-patient treatment. Catelynn's relationship with husband Tyler Baltierra is generally considered to be one of the most stable in the Teen Mom franchise. As is to be expected, Baltierra publicly and privately supported and visited his wife during her stay in an Arizona facility. So it came as a shock to many TM fans when a clip for the show's upcoming season showed Baltierra giving Lowell a hard time. Specifically, about what she's eating for dinner. The clip shows the 24-year-old Lowell revealing to Baltierra, also 24, that she's thinking about joining Weight Watchers again. Tyler is encouraging at first, but the conversation quickly turns casually ugly, as he ridicules her for the size of the meal she's eating. “That’s a big ass quesadilla, it has a lot of chicken,” Tyler says. “It’s your body, you could do what you want.” “Obviously I don’t want no heifer for a wife!” Yes, he actually said that. Kind of unreal. The conversation gets so nasty so fast that one of the show's producers – if you watch Teen Mom: OG online , you know that unlike Teen Mom 2 , OG often stylistically puts the MTV staff members on camera in a strange interplay with the cast – intervenes on Catelynn's behalf. “You come off so harsh sometimes,” the producer says. Baltierra, apparently oblivious to the seriousness of the situation, “I’m being honest! Would you want to be married to some big heifer?” NOTE: Tyler, take the lifeline next time it's offered. Baltierra and Lowell married in August of 2015, and have been the subject of many a #RelationshipGoals hashtag in the year since. They both survived difficult childhoods and unusual circumstances – they met because they are step-siblings, as fans know. Especially following the trauma of giving their first child for adoption, they've served as pillars of strength and support for one another. So hopefully this was anomalous behavior for Baltierra and not something he'll be making a habit of now that the honeymoon phase is over. Teen Mom: OG returns August 22. Here's the clip:

As a result, they've often argued with their kids… with each other… with their significant others… and with their family members. Earlier this year, a series of photos of Farrah Abraham’s daughter, Sophia , ignited a firestorm of controversy on social media.  Many fans were shocked to learn that Sophia is trying to make it as a model at the tender age of 7 – with her mother’s encouragement, of course. Obviously, Farrah has never been one to back down from a controversy. She’s continued to post posed, professional photos of her heavily made-up daughter in hopes of attracting the attention of talent agencies. With the kind of blind brazenness she’s become well known for, Abraham made it clear that she won’t allow critics – or the fact that the pics occasionally make no damn sense – to stop her: If you figure out what Farrah’s daughter in a flower crown has to do with a Martin Luther King quote about racial injustice, please drop us a line. Anyway, Farrah took a short break from promoting the new season of Teen Mom: OG (premiering in August) and her upcoming appearance on Million Dollar Matchmaker (tonight) to toss up a word salad about the modeling controversy: “There’s a lot of young children who do modeling, and everyone loves her pictures,” she said. “I think because we’re on Teen Mom: OG , we get bad criticism, but Sophia’s doing amazing in modeling, I couldn’t be more proud of her.” “She’s opening up her own children’s boutique, we’re selling clothing.” Farrah Abraham on Sophia’s Modeling Career “So the more pictures and more she’s in a positive light and happy with what she’s doing, there’s nothing wrong with embracing how awesome Sophia is.”  Not bad criticism! Teen Mom OG Reunion Recap: All About Matt Baier (and Butch)

The latest, iconic season of Teen Mom OG is now a part of history, but Dr. Drew is back to pick up the pieces in the post-mortem reunion. Last week, Farrah Abraham broke down as she recalled the events of the past year. On the docket for Monday’s Part II? Where to begin … As expected Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley – and Amber’s fiance Matt Baier – battled it out in front of the cameras Monday night. The lovebirds and enemies have been embroiled in an epic beef, with  Gary calling Matt’s life “trash” and saying he’s a deadbeat dad. Rumors have been circulating for months to that effect. Amber categorically explained that her man does not have seven children, or eight, as some sources claim … Matt Baier has five kids. Whom he has never abandoned, thankyouverymuch. Gary, of course, blindsided Amber with a report that Baier has seven kids on the show – a tactic Matt called him out for on the reunion. “I was completely shocked because I’m thinking in my head, ‘Oh, my God – this man has seven kids. He lied to me,'” Amber explained. Matt’s explanation: “Those are really painful memories for me, so I kinda pushed them aside. It gets made to be more seedy than it really was.” “Oh, ‘He had children when he was younger, and then he abandoned them in despair.’ That’s not what happened. They have families.” “They were raised in wonderful families. I would have done nobody any good being around them back then. Five. There’s five total.” Despite Matt calling his baby mamas publicity hungry and denouncing many of the rumors as a “fallacy,” Gary Shirley wasn’t buying it. “We’re dealing with your whole life of trash too, though,” he said. “How can a man adore my kid but not his own, his own flesh and blood?” A fair question, even if his tactics and tone need work. Dr. Drew ended up having to sit between Matt and Gary, registering around an 8.5 on the unintentional comedic awkwardness scale. Gary Shirley: Matt Baier’s Life is Trash! Teen Mom Sneak Peek: Matt Baier Has A LOT of Kids! Meanwhile, the video of  Catelynn Lowell calling Farrah Abraham a hoebag was addressed, as was Tyler Baltierra’s suicide attempt. Regarding the latter, Tyler revealed that he attempted to take his own life in middle school … only his attempt to hang himself failed. “I thought once I jumped, my neck’s just gonna snap, and that’s gonna be straight … I’m gonna be done,” the reality star explained. “When I jumped, and I’m struggling, and I can’t touch the ground, you know what I mean? I was like, ‘Oh, my God … this isn’t what I want.” Tyler, who also admitted to being a “cutter,” said he tried to hide his injuries, but that his found him with “a rope burn from ear to ear.” Meanwhile, Catelynn spoke of her own struggle with depression, saying she also contemplated suicide until Tyler pulled her out of it. “He was the one who made me go see a psychologist,” she said, driving home just how much they’ve been through, and care for each other. As for Tyler’s dad Butch? “Last time I see my ma, she’s flying through a kitchen window,” he told Dr. Drew via video chat last night. Wait … what in the … ? “[My father] thought that my ma was sleeping with the neighbor, Earl. He had a steel hand. He was hardcore.” These days, “my life is just so great right now, my soul can barely handle it,” he said. “I feel that I’m very adolescent … I try to stay in shape.” “I get a lot of response from the Instagram and the Twitter.” Dr. Drew said it best: “Slow clap for Butch for just about everything he’s said.” As for Farrah and Catelynn and their epic shade? There were insults and accusations thrown, and clearly there’s some bad blood here. It all culminated in Farrah uttering the all-time iconic sentence: “I don’t even go out of my way to engage in this conversation. Goodbye.” Apparently that did the trick. Kristin Cavallari Posts #TBT Photo with Stephen Colletti: We Were Babies!

STEEEE-PHENNNN! We hope Laguna Beach alum Kristin Cavallari never, ever stops sharing throwback photos of her high school days. On February 19th, the mom-of-three and newly minted author posted an Instagram featuring ex-boyfriend Stephen Colletti. “Flipping through #BalancingInHeels is a little trip down memory lane,” she wrote.  “We were babies! Link in bio #LagunaBeach #HighSchool #TBT.” Cavallari talked about the MTV series that made her a reality star while promoting her new book, Balancing in Heels , which features not only self-hip tips for healthy living, but stories from her past that have helped her live a happier life. “This is the first time I’ve ever been this raw and this real,” she told Momtasti c. Cavallari dated Colletti, who was a year ahead of her in high school.  Their tumultuous relationship, including a love triangle with Lauren Conrad, was captured for the cameras “It’s funny because on Laguna Beach I came off like the person who really had my sh*t together but I was a mess–like most teenagers,” Cavallari admitted.  “I was really unhappy. There’s a saying that you have to learn to love yourself before anyone else can love you, and it’s very true.” The show, Cavallari revealed, “was really our lives being manipulated by being put in situations we never would have been in normally.” Cavallari missed her ten-year high school reunion back in November due to the birth of her third child (and first girl), Saylor James.
