Joe Budden Says New TV Show “State Of The Culture” Will Be Nothing Like His Controversial “Joe Budden Podcast” (Exclusive)

Sept 11 on Revolt TV Joe Budden says his new cable talk show will be like night and day compared to his racy online show “The Joe Budden Podcast.” The host, who caused a stir earlier this summer when he said on the podcast that drug abuse could be the source of Nicki Minaj’s recent Twitter antics , is making his foray into talk TV. He’ll join co-hosts Remy Ma and Scottie Beam for a new show “State of the Culture,” where they’ll break down the pop culture news of the day. “We try to go a little bit deeper,” Joe told us. “We just try to cover every nook and cranny, and hopefully we can execute on that.” And Budden said the new show, which premieres next week on Revolt, will be nothing like the podcast that bears his name. “My podcast is about absolutely nothing,” Budden said. “My podcast is about me and my friends bringing our group chat alive. There’s not very much structure. We just sit down and shoot the sh*t like friends. Our dynamic (on “State of the Culture”) is going to be very different from me and my friends.” The “Love & Hip Hop: New York” alum, who shares a baby son with former co-star Cyn Santana, said he’s excited to work with Beam and Remy and hopes viewers will learn something from the show every day. “I don’t just want it to be entertaining,” he said. “I want it to be enlightening as well, and every show should deliver on that front.”

Kailyn Lowry: Does She Have the Best Sex Life of All the Teen Moms?

If you're a Teen Mom 2 fan, then you're probably aware that Kailyn Lowry has three sons by three different fathers . As a result, she's been criticized on a fairly constant basis by oddly puritanical reality TV fans. Apparently, there are Amish folk with basic cable out there. Who knew?  It goes without saying that these people are morons, and Kail has nothing to be ashamed of. But in the interest of setting fire to gender norms and toxic double standards, we'd like to take things a step further and propose that Kail deserves a place alongside Carrie Bradshaw and Daenerys Targaryen on the short list of genuinely empowered, sex-positive women who have graced our television screens. Sure, she doesn't have any pet dragons, but she does  earn bonus points for being not only an actual real-world human, but a representative of chronically under represented groups such as single moms and bisexual women. So whether you love Kail or irrationally hate her (It's pretty much always irrational when you hate someone whose actions in no way impact your life. Just sayin'.), join as we make the case for Ms. Lowry as the most sexually woke of all the Teen Moms:   1. Living Her Best Life Kail has described herself as the most hated of all the Teen Moms, and while that title could probably be more accurately applied to Jenelle Evans or Farrah Abraham, it’s not hard to see why Lowry feels so maligned. 2. An Army of Haters Much of the anti-Kail criticism has to do with her alleged promiscuity, which is absurd for a number of reasons, not the least of which is the fact that there’s no indication Lowry has been with an inordinate number of partners. 3. Who. Really. Cares? More importantly, it doesn’t matter if Kail has slept with a lot of people. Sure, she stars on a reality show, and her personal life is bound to be a topic of discussion on social media, but that doesn’t mean every opinion that every viewer expresses about her personal life is valid or un-problematic. 4. The Obvious Point For starters, if Kail were a man, she’d be applauded for much of the same behavior for which she’s currently maligned. 5. The More Important Point On top of that, based on what we’ve seen of her on screen and heard about her from her past partners, Kail is in no way abusive in her relationships. 6. Doing It Right She doesn’t engage in risky behavior for its own sake. She doesn’t use her sexuality in a way that’s likely to cause harm to herself or others, and she’s famously cautious about introducing her children to her partners. View Slideshow

Politics is a major discussion as election season approaches. The founder of Hip Hop Union, Jineea Butler wants two rappers to put their name on the ballot. She’s looking to Busta Rhymes and LL Cool J to run for governor of NYC, but that might be an issue. Follow @TheRSMS LL Cool J was raised in Queens and currently lives in LA because of his television show. Headkrack believes that Busta Rhymes would win every debate because he would just yell through it. It's that time of the television season.  That very, very sad time during which we learn the fates of our favorite comedies and dramas. Which shows have already gotten the axe and will NOT return in 2018-2019? Break out the Kleenex and scroll down to find out… 1. Designated Survivor Good effort, Kiefer. Can you return to 24 now?!?!?!? 2. The Mick It’s always sunny in Philadelphia, but a dark cloud officially hangs over The Mick, which is over after two seasons. 3. Last Man on Earth Fox strikes again. Season 4 was the last season of Last Man on Earth. 4. Valor We forgot this was even a show on The CW. Probably explains why it only lasted one season. 5. Life Sentence Darn, we love Lucy Hale. But this CW series never gained any traction and is over after one season. 6. The Originals At least we had warning: The CW announced prior to 2018 that this would be the final fun for this Vampire Diaries spinoff. View Slideshow

The Drama Brewing Between Kash Doll & YG—And Why Cardi B Is In The Middle

If you’ve heard Cardi B ‘s album Invasion of Privacy , you know she and YG collaborate on a strip club anthem titled “She Bad.” But it looks like another upcoming rapper was supposed to ride that beat before Cardi hopped on and did her thing. On her Insta stories, Kash Doll claims she recorded the song back in January when YG asked her to be on it, didn’t hear anything back after finishing her verse, then found out she was no longer on the song when Cardi’s debut album dropped. To avoid the drama, Kash wanted to drop her own “She Bad” remix but was “blocked” by SoundCloud. Listen to her explain her side of the story up top, plus the remix below. Knowing Cardi, she’ll probably repost Kash and show love.
