Earlier today, we reported that Amanda Bynes has refused to return to her parents’ home , even though many within the actress’ inner circle believe doing so might save her life. Given her recent troubles, and how she previously recovered over the past year while under a conservatorship headed by her parents, this seemed like a no-brainer. Well, not as she sees it. And she’s revealed on Twitter the shocking reason why. We may have further insight – whether it’s lucid or not – as to why Amanda is so intent on putting plenty of distance between herself and her family. Just moments ago, Amanda tweeted, “My dad was verbally and physically abuse [sic] to me as a child … I need to tell the truth about my dad.” “He called me ugly as a child and then asked me if I wanted to have sex with him and i did not know how to respond and then I was forced to live with my dad which was a nightmare.” The troubled actress went on to provide further, horrific details about the abuse: “My dad fondled himself in front of me so many times that i started recording him on my phone,” the 28-year-old goes on, a shocking allegation if true. Amanda, as you surely know, has been at the center of a media firestorm recently as a result of her bizarre behavior in public. Bynes was caught shoplifting twice in one day earlier this week, and has reportedly been seen talking with inanimate objects and physically assaulting fans .
