Teresa Giudice Prison Details Revealed: What Was Her Last Pre-Slammer Meal, and Why Might Joe Giudice NOT Be Allowed to Visit?!

Early this morning, Teresa Giudice reported to prison to begin her 15 months as a resident of Danbury Correctional Institution in Connecticut. We already know that Teresa will be “targeted” by other inmates as a result of her fame, but now we’re beginning to receive more details about the disgraced reality star’s final hours as a free woman, as well as what her life will be like behind bars. Around 2 am Monday morning (just over an hour before she turned herself in to authorities), Teresa was spotted at Elmer’s Diner in Danbury, enjoying an egg sandwich as her last non-prison meal. Witnesses say she looked surprisingly upbeat, and spent most of the meal on her phone, saying goodbye to family and friends. She was joined by her husband, and hopefully they made the most of their time together, because sources say Joe might be forbidden from visiting Teresa for the entirety of her sentence: “There is a good chance that Teresa and Joe will not even be able to see each other while they are serving their time, because you are not allowed visits from anyone who has been convicted of a felony,” says former convict Jody Gibson. Joe of course, pled guilty to the same fraud charges for which Teresa is now doing time. Joe’s 41-month sentence will begin after Teresa is released.  In addition to the bad news, Gibson has some important advice for Teresa: “There are certain rules that she will quickly learn,” Gibson says. “For example, if she is not up on her hygiene, the other girls will complain and they will get everyone to gang up on her.” “Even though Teresa is a strong woman, she must learn to get through her sentence by not accepting favors, not making any friends, and not making promises to anyone.” Should be easy enough. Teresa Giudice New Year’s Resolution: Fewer Carbs!!!

Teresa Giudice may be a reality star, but that doesn’t mean the law-breaking Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member is in touch with reality. Case in point: the following video. It features Giudice and Dina Manzo teaming with Glam.com to recite a few resolutions for 2015. Teresa Giudice and Dina Manzo Resolve To… “Going forward I would like to stop eating bad carbs,” Giudice says, adding that she wants to get her famous “ass” back. This would be a perfectly normal sort of resolution to make… if Giudice were not facing 15 months in jail for financial fraud, a sentence that begins on January 5. You’d think perhaps Teresa would be more concerned with vowing to be a better mother to her four children; or vowing to avoid prison after this stint is over; or jusy vowing to no longer suck as a human being. But nope. Giudice’s other resolutions include “being around positive people,” as well as “keeping the faith.” She makes no mention of her forthcoming stint in the slammer (which will be followed by husband Joe Giudice serving 40 months behind bars). At one point, Manzo says “I want to be more spontaneous this year. If I want to go away somewhere, I’m just going to let that happen and people will figure things out.” “You should!” Giudice responds. “I have four little ones so I can’t do that.” Note to Teresa : it won’t  Gia Giudice and company who will be holding you back from going away somewhere. Khloe Kardashian seems resigned to the notion that there will be no happy ending with Lamar Odom, according to her latest sad Instagram quote. “Maybe its not about the happy ending, maybe its about the story,” Khloe wrote. Considering her back and forth with Lamar since 2013, it’s a telling comment. This not-so-cryptic comment comes the same day as a report that Khloe would divorce Odom for good if she could only get him to sit down and finalize it. She loves him, and if she had her way, it wouldn’t come to this. But his actions have left her no choice, and now he’s leaving her in legal limbo to boot. Her melancholy message on Instagram could thus be interpreted as her belief that while her romance with Lamar may not end well, it was still special. Clearly, she still yearns for the positive feelings he once brought to her life. Even while dating French Montana for a big part of this year, she realized she wanted something more. French is fun, but she missed the intimacy of marriage. Not that kind of intimacy, either. Kardashian craves cuddling, not sex . “I got married at 25. I was young, but I loved it,” she told Cosmo UK . “I do like it when you save certain things for your marriage. I don’t think you should treat every guy you’re dating like your husband. In case you needed more evidence that Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice were the worst parents in Hollywood the world… Insiders have confirmed to E! News that a reality star centering on 13-year old Gia Giudice is actually in the works. “It will be all about her group , 3KT. They’ve been filming already for two months,” E! reports, with the source confirming the completed pilot will soon be shopped to networks. Gia, of course, has been a part of The Real Housewives of New Jersey for many years. With her mother and father both having been convicted of financial fraud this year, and with Teresa starting her prison sentence on January 5, one might think the parents would be protective of their children. One might think another foray into reality television may not be the best direction for the young teenager. But one would apparently be very mistaken in Teresa and Joe’s warped world. “Teresa’s thrilled but is keeping her distance,” the E! sources adds. “She’s really not interested in being in the spotlight right now. She wants the focus to be on Gia.” Last month, Gia spoke out on her parents’ impending prison sentence and said the family will be fine. “We’re gonna be better than ever,” she said of when things finally calm down after her mother and father both serve their time. In less than two weeks, Teresa Giudice will turn herself over to authorities and begin serving 15 months in prison on fraud charges. Sources say Teresa’s been doing everything in her power to give her daughters an enjoyable final Christmas with their parents ( Joe Giudice begins his 41-month sentence after Teresa gets released), but not surprisingly, she’s found that to be easier said than done. In addition to the stress brought about by a looming prison sentence, Teresa has reportedly grown increasingly frustrated with her turbulent marriage.  There have been rumors that Joe plans to divorce Teresa while she’s locked up, and given his behavior over the years, we wouldn’t put it past him. Neither would Teresa, it seems, as the Housewife has reportedly grown desperate in her search for a temporary guardian to care for her four daughters while she’s behind bars. “She knows Joe doesn’t want to take care of them, and she doesn’t think he’s capable,” a source tells Life & Style. “Teresa has become so desperate she’s now considering giving her kids to friends.” The insider says Teresa has struck out in her search for a family member to take her three youngest daughters. Her oldest, Gia, is reportedly planning to live with one of bandmates from the girl group 3KT. “[Gia] knows her family needs her, but she also realizes she need a mother figure while her mom is locked away,” says the source. There’s no mystery as to why Scandal is one of the most popular series on television. There are few things Americans love more than a tabloid-friendly PR disaster. Even when the details of the scandal are horrific in nature (See the top three stories on this year’s list.), there’s a pleasure in seeing justice done, particularly when those responsible for the wrongdoing are in a position of power. 15 Celebrity Scandals That Rocked 2014 1. Bruce Jenner Sex Change Is Bruce Jenner transitioning into presenting as a woman? We don’t know. But what we DO know that he’s newly single and he’s been rocking some unusual looks lately. We imagine the Bill Cosbys – and even the Mama Junes – of the world believed that they were impervious to consequences. Thus, finding out that they’re not immune to a downfall appeals to our sense of fairness. Of course, despite the shocking stories told by Cosby’s accusers and June Shannon’s obvious disregard for the safety of her children, the worst either had to contend with is the loss of employment, but it’s still enough to give one faith in the power of an outraged public. But while shocking tales of children at risk and sexual misconduct dominated the headlines, some of the most memorable scandals of the year were pure, (relatively) harmless Hollywood sideshow stuff: Is  Bruce Jenner getting a sex change ? Are  Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott faking his affair ? Is there trouble in Kimye Land?!?!  We may never receive answers to some of the year’s biggest questions, but that’s part of the appeal of a good scandal. Teresa Giudice Gets Raided: Christmas Gifts SEIZED By Government Agents?!

It’s been a rough few months for Teresa Giudice, and if the latest tabloid report out of Jersey is any indication, things may have just gotten much worse. As you’ve likely heard, Teresa and Joe Giudice were convicted of fraud back in March. In addition to being sentenced to federal prison time, Teresa and Joe will be forced to pay back hundreds of thousands of dollars in restitution. They’ve already made a big dent in their debt to the government, thanks to a huge payday from their pre-prison interview with Andy Cohen . But apparently the feds still feel the couple is hiding assets (which is exactly what landed them in trouble in the first place). Radar Online is reporting that the Giudice’s home was raided yesterday after Teresa and Joe failed to set up a restitution payment plan in a timely fashion. Government agents entered the Montville, NJ mansion while Teresa was home, and left with thousands of dollars in property: “Plasma televisions, expensive jewelry, cash, and even the kids Christmas presents were taken,” says one insider. “Teresa was home and was absolutely stunned by the raid. She had no clue they were coming. She was absolutely hysterical, and begging them not to take the girls’ Christmas presents.” In addition to the gifts and other valuables, the source says “a large amount of cash” was discovered in the Giudices’ basement. The property will reportedly be auctioned off, and whatever money is left over will be used to help pay off the Giudices’ several million dollar debt to their creditors. Teresa has been sentenced to 15 months in prison, and will begin serving her sentence on January 5. Given that Teresa Giudice is headed to prison in a few weeks, we’re sure she’s feeling a lot of pressure to give her kids everything they want this holiday season. But apparently that doesn’t include attempting to buy her eldest daughter a music career. It had been previously reported that Teresa shelled out upwards of ten grand a piece for Gia Giudice’s music videos . The most recent clip, entitled ” Season of Joy ,” just hit the Internet yesterday, and it left most viewers wondering where all that money went: 3KT: “Season of Joy” Music Video Even fans of Teresa’s were upset with the idea of her dropping big bucks on some pretty crappy music videos when she still owes six figures in restitution and she’s supposedly burdened by millions in debt. Fortunately, Gia’s production company (Yes, that video was actually produced by professionals.) has come forward to clear Teresa’s name. Owners of the obnoxiously-named Xhist Entertainment say that Teresa didn’t pony up any of the dough for Gia and friends’ videos. Instead, the cost was covered by Xhist and a a group of private investors. We’re hoping the FBI keeps close take on anyone too eager to invest in a 13-year-old girl’s racy music videos. Just sayin’. Teresa Giudice Gets Pre-Prison Support From NeNe Leakes

Teresa Giudice is less than a month away from beginning her 15-month prison sentence, but sources say she’s holding up well and attempting to provide her children with as normal a holiday season as possible. Teresa hasn’t been receiving support from the expected sources (there are reports that Joe Giudice plans to file for divorce after she turns herself in), but she has been drawing strength from less likely sources, such as fellow Bravo vet NeNe Leakes. NeNe is currently starring in Cinderella on Broadway, and Teresa took her four daughters to check out the show last night. NeNe posted the above photo on Instagram with a caption reading, “My girl Teresa Giudice came to Cinderella last nite with her beautiful daughters to support me! I love the girls! They were so fabulous!” “[Teresa] looks so good!” NeNe added. “She’s a super strong woman!” NeNe and Teresa got their starts on Bravo around the same time, and they’ve talked openly about their friendship over the years. Just last month, NeNe stated that she’ll visit Teresa in prison once her sentence begins. In the meantime, sources say NeNe has offered to assist Teresa and her family in any way that she can, both during Teresa’s remaining weeks of freedom, and while she’s doing her time. Happy Thanksgiving, from The Hollywood Gossip family to yours. What would this quintessential, traditional and uniquely American holiday be without family, food, football and appreciation for the things we hold dearest in this world? In the case of THG, that means turkeys, in more ways than one. Who will win THG’s 8th Annual Spencer Pratt Thanksgiving Turkey Award!? On this 27th day of November, we’re paying tribute to some of the celebrities we had the honor, the pleasure, and the burden of covering here in 2014. We’re talking straight up fowl individuals. Serious bird brains. You get the idea. So who ruffled feathers with antics that left us shaking our heads, hanging our heads in shame, and laughing our heads off at the same time? A former global teen heart throb now morphed into the globe’s biggest douche, this year was the apex of a meltdown years in the making.
