What’s That On Your Lip? Man Claiming To Be “Chris Brown” Sues Rihanna For $10 Million Because She Supposedly Gave Him Herpes

RihRih gave him them “bajan blisters?!?” Man Sues Rihanna For $10 Million Because She Gave Him Herpes A fake azz lawsuit has been filed in federal court, the troublemaker claims to be Chris Brown and he’s filed a crazy lawsuit against Rihanna . Via TMZ reports : TMZ has obtained the documents, filed in U.S. District Court in Tennessee … in which “Chris Brown” is requesting a restraining order against Rihanna because he fears she will cause him bodily harm. The suit contains the following (completely untrue) allegations: – “[Rihanna] gave me herpes and then when I threatened to file a lawsuit against her for not telling me she was infested with genital blisters she began to hit herself in the face and throw herself into walls just as Jim Carrey did in the movie ‘Liar, Liar.” “Then she turned around and blamed me for the matter as a form of punishment.” – “I woke up with three blisters on my penis … this isn’t just a regular case of American herpes, this is a case of Herpes from Barbados, which is most likely lethal.” The accuser is demanding $10 million … along with “a restraining order against Rihanna and her case of genital herpes immediately.” TMZ broke the story … someone claiming to be Selena Gomez’s father filed another bogus lawsuit in Michigan — accusing Justin Bieber of stealing his credit card for a penis enlargement. Clearly, the allegations contained in the lawsuits are completely untrue … and if the culprit is identified, he or she could be punished by the judge. What kind of fawkery is this?!? The attorneys behind these kinds of lawsuits need that have their law licenses revoked! Just because you can sue, doesn’t mean you should. Epic lawsuit trolling strikes again.

Hope Solo on Dancing With the Stars: Totally RIGGED!

Think Pamela Anderson is second-guessing last night’s Dancing With the Stars results ? Soccer star Hope Solo, never one to mince words, claims DWTS is rigged, citing occurrences during her stint on the show that “prove” producers, not voters, call the shots. The 31-year-old, who partnered with Maksim Chmerkovskiy en route to a fourth-place finish, says they received a “secret memo” that revealed they would be ousted several weeks earlier. Hope writes in her recently-released memoir: “Maks later told me he argued with the judges because he’d been told we were going to be eliminated, that there a secret memo going around that said who would be ousted each week.” “He explained that he wanted to cause some drama on the live portion of the show so that they wouldn’t be able to resist keeping us around, hoping for more fireworks.” “It seems to have worked – we weren’t eliminated that week.” Insiders says the show’s producers are livid with Hope, who also accused Maks of slapping her on the set, believing “she made up the allegations merely to sell books.” ABC is exploring legal options against the Olympian. For his part, the always outspoken Maks has had no comment so far; he and Kristie Alley, his partner after Hope, are reunited this season on Dancing With the Stars: All Stars.

Geroge “Triggerman” Zimmerman Gets New Trial Judge After Whining For Months

Will this trial EVER begin?? George Zimmerman Gets A New Judge Self-appointed neighborhood watchdog George Zimmerman has managed to whine his way to a new trial judge while he stands trial for the murder of 17-year-old unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin. A Florida appeals court on Wednesday granted George Zimmerman’s request for a new judge. Zimmerman, the former neighborhood watch volunteer charged in the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin, had said the judge presiding over his case has made disparaging remarks about him. “Although many of the allegations in Zimmerman’s motion, standing alone, do not meet the legal sufficiency test, and while this is admittedly a close call, upon careful review we find that the allegations, taken together, meet the threshold test of legal sufficiency.” Zimmerman said in the appeal that he fears Lester is biased against him and he wants a new judge to handle his case. Is it just us or is this dude doing everything that he can to stall this trial process? Source

Did they do the right thing? The statue honoring Penn State football coach Joe Paterno has been removed from in front of Beaver Stadium. For that reason, I have decided that it is in the best interest of our university and public safety to remove the statue and store it in a secure location.” The decision came 10 days after a report conducted by former FBI director Louis J. Freeh conclude that Paterno, as well as other top Penn State administrators, had concealed the allegations of child sexual abuse made against former defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky. Paterno passed away six months ago. Should Penn State have removed Joe Pa’s statue? Thoughts on this??

Race Matters: Black Employees Claim Popular Retail Store Wet Seal Looked For Workers With “Blond Hair And Blue Eyes”

It’s just affirmative action for Scandanavians Three former managers at Wet Seal, a nationwide apparel retailer for young women, filed a federal race discrimination lawsuit on Thursday, asserting that the company had a high-level policy of firing and denying pay increases and promotions to African-American employees because they did not fit its “brand image.” The lawsuit, filed in Federal District Court in Santa Ana, Calif., includes a copy of a March 2009 e-mail sent by the company’s then senior vice president for store operations to lower-level managers after she had inspected several stores. The email said, “African American dominate — huge issue.” One plaintiff, Nicole Cogdell, the African-American former manager of a Wet Seal store in King of Prussia, Pa., said the company terminated her the day after that e-mail was sent. She said that she had heard the senior vice president, Barbara Bachman, tell a district manager that she wanted someone with “blond hair and blue eyes.” The lawsuit seeks back pay, and general and punitive damages. It also seeks class-action status on behalf of more than 250 current and former black managers at Wet Seal, which has more than 550 Wet Seal and Arden B stores across the nation and is based in Foothill Ranch, Calif. Another plaintiff, Kai Hawkins, the African-American former manager of a store in Cherry Hill, N.J., said her district manager had told her to hire more white employees or face termination. In the lawsuit, Ms. Hawkins said that she had been offended by Ms. Bachman’s e-mail and that she saw many black employees being “terminated despite doing a good job and without any explanation.” In a statement issued Thursday, Wet Seal said: “Wet Seal is an equal opportunity employer with a very diverse work force and customer base. We deny any and all allegations of race discrimination and will vigorously defend this matter.” There is nothing wrong with wanting your company to increase in diversity whether you have a certain minority group or white people making up a dominant portion of your company’s staff. However, if the allegations are true, that does mean you go and fire people who are doing their job well so you can hire someone else with a different skin color. Do you think Wet Seal and companies like it, discriminate to fit a certain type of image? Source

Manny Pacquiao vs. Timothy Bradley Results Raise Ire of Boxing Fans, Talk of Foul Play

In the most anticipated boxing match of the year, Timothy Bradley defeated Manny Pacquiao by split decision last night – and almost everyone who watched it believes the fight was fixed. Pacquiao landed 253 punches to 159 for Bradley, with Compubox statistics proving the former also connected on more punches in 10 of the 12 rounds. The Associated Press had Pacquiao winning 117-111, but that service doesn’t get a vote. Instead, Bradley was named the winner – by a score of 115-113 – on the scorecards of judges Duane Ford and C.J. Ross. “I’ve never been as ashamed of the sport of boxing as I am tonight,” said Bob Arum, who promoted both fighters, soon after the outcome was announced. I went over to Bradley before the decision and he said, `I tried hard but I couldn’t beat the guy.'” Adding fuel to the allegations of foul play? Bradley had printed out a poster for a November 10 rematch prior to this bout, something that would only occur if he defeated Pacquiao. A consensus is building that the judges/Powers That Be in boxing arranged a Bradley victory solely to ensure another big pay-per-view buy in five months. “I’ll make a lot of money off the rematch, but this was outrageous,” Arum said.

Amanda Bynes Pleads Not Guilty to DUI

Her request for President Obama to fire the cop who arrested her will likely fall upon deaf Twitter ears, but Amanda Bynes pleaded not guilty to DUI. She entered the plea Wednesday after being charged in an April incident in which she allegedly struck an L.A. County Sheriff’s Department vehicle. The not guilty plea was entered in court by her attorney. The troubled Bynes, 26, was arrested about 3 a.m. on April 6 in West Hollywood, Calif. Authorities said her black BMW struck the rear corner of the sheriff’s car. Bynes was arrested for DUI , but denied the allegations on Twitter: “I can’t help but laugh at all of you writing fake stories about me,” she tweeted May 27. “I was not in any hit and runs. I don’t drink so the DUI is false.” Tuesday, she tweeted again … to the Prez: “Hey @BarackObama…I don’t drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don’t hit and run. The end.” Bynes is also charged with refusing a breathalyzer or blood-alcohol test at the scene, which could make her sentence worse if she is in fact convicted. She is scheduled to appear before the same judge who oversaw much of Lindsay Lohan ‘s infamous DUI case … not a good thing for the actress. [Photo: WENN.com]

Secret Service Agents Dismissed in Colombia, Scandal Erupts Over Alleged Prostitution Use

A dozen Secret Service agents have been removed from their posts in Colombia, U.S. officials confirm, following incidents of “misconduct” that sources say relate to at least one refusing to pay a prostitute for her services. The agents were stationed in that country ahead of President Obama’s arrival for the Summit of the Americas, which started today. Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan has not yet disclosed the nature of the allegations that resulted in replacing these agents with new ones, though insiders tell The Washington Post that at least one agent solicited a prostitute – the act is legal in certain Colombian areas – who then went to the police when she was not paid. None of those relieved of duty was a member of the President’s security detail. Ronald Kessler, the author of “In the President’s Service” and a former reporter for The Washington Post , told CBS News this represents “the biggest scandal in Secret Service history” and marks a “tremendous embarrassment to the U.S.”
