Halle Berry isn’t the only one having issues with the father of her child : Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi is headed for a nasty custody battle with the father of her 11-month-old daughter Krishna. Baby daddy Adam Dell filed a suit in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday night in an effort to get more time with his child. A lawyer for Adam — the brother of billionaire Dell Inc. founder Michael Dell — says, “He wants to have an active and substantial role in the upbringing of his daughter… Unfortunately, Ms. Lakshmi has severely limited his time with their daughter and has refused to negotiate a reasonable co-parenting agreement. Mr. Dell has tried his best to avoid going to court, but Ms. Lakshmi has given him no other choice at this time.” Padma’s rep shot back: “It appears to us that Mr. Dell remains more interested in garnering media attention than working out details to see Krishna or in her welfare.” SMH at him doing it to “attention whore” vs. actually wanting to spend time with his child. Should you buy or should you rent? It’s a question most people ask themselves at some point in their lives. Although most people think renting is a waste of money, it really depends on which city you live in. The real estate site Trulia recently released a report on 50 major cities, assessing which ones made more sense for renters and which ones made the most sense for buyers.
