Reverse Racism In NFL?: Peyton Hillis White RB “Every Team Made Fun Of Me For Being White!”

The white bowling ball of the NFL opens up about being heckled by opposing teams: “Every team did it,” he said. “They’ll say, ‘You white boy, you ain’t gonna run on us today. This is ridiculous. Why are you giving offensive linemen the ball?’ “All kinds of stuff like that you hear on the field, but I use that to my advantage. I kind of soaked it in, ate it up a little bit, because I enjoyed it.” Hillis said he’s been referred to by nicknames such as “The Avalanche” and “White Rhino.”He also touched on getting overlooked in Denver and his Cleveland breakout. “In Denver, they just wanted me to play strictly fullback, nothing else. I wasn’t too happy about the situation, but I was trying to be a team player. Is this considered “getting under the skin” or racist? (Pun Intended)

Bangers: Keisha Knight Pulliam Talks About Relationships…”I Don’t Know If There Is A Lack Of Good Black Men”

Lil banger Keisha Knight Pulliam recently shared her thoughts on dating, good men, and relationships: Since you were in the spotlight at such an early age, was it difficult dating and trusting guys who were really into you and not just hanging on because of what you’ve achieved? Sometimes you get people who just want to hang around because of what I’ve done. But as you get older, dating is about finding the diamond in the rough. God made me so I’m sure he made my counterpart. I’m patient. Until it’s time, I want to work on me and we will meet when we are supposed to. You see so much information about there not being enough available black men for women. From your experience, do you think that is true or is it something being perpetuated by the media? I don’t know if there is a lack of good men. But when you haven’t taken the time to know yourself and articulate what you want in a relationship, you can’t possible find that person for you because you don’t know what you’re looking for. Most times, if you don’t have yourself together, it’s not going to work. What’s the best way for women to approach relationships? The best thing is to be who you are. At times, people try to be who they think the other person wants them to be. And if that’s the case, that’s not the person for you. You should be able to be exactly who you are. You have to love yourself first. You can’t love anyone more than you love yourself. And you should have fun. I would rather laugh and enjoy myself than fight all of the time. You can articulate your point without arguing. Relationships should not be a struggle. When you’re constantly fighting, you should just keep it moving. Source

Stop The Violence: Teacher Admits To Running “Fight Club” For Little Juvenile Delinquents

SMH. We bet Mr. Wesley’s momma thought she had done a great job, raising a son who could inspire young Black men away from the trife life. Unfortunately: that’s not quite what this nutcase chose to do with the young lives he was entrusted with. A math and science teacher has admitted holding a real life ‘Fight Club’ for his teenage pupils – organizing brawls in class. Stephen Wesley, 44, was arrested for staging fights between boys who he ‘matched’ for their size and strength. Substitute teacher Wesley hand-picked picked students before letting them fight in class – often with their shirts off. He would stand in the door of the class and watch out for passing teachers while the boxing-style bouts took place. Wesley laid down certain ‘rules’ such as how long to fight for and instructed them to avoid blows to the face that would leave signs of injuries. Prosecutors say his ‘Fight Club’ was inspired by the 1999 film starring Brad Pitt and Edward Norton who held open brawl nights for men. Wesley also urged his pupils not to discuss the fights using the iconic movie line – ‘The first rule of Fight Club is, you do not talk about Fight Club’. Pasadena Courthouse in California heard he helped organize the fights while working as a teacher at a juvenile probation camp. Wesley, of Winnetka, Illinois, was caught after some of the fights were caught on a security camera in August 2008. He pleaded no contest to six felony child abuse charges and is expected to be jailed for 180 days when he is sentenced on April 15. The incidents happened while he was an employee of the Los Angeles County Office of Education at the now-closed Camp Karl Holton in the San Fernando Valley. He matched up boys from rival gangs of boys aged between 13 and 17 but after a video was found he immediately quit his role. So what: this fool figured since these little bad-ass boys were already on a downward spiral, he’d bring some order into their descent into thug life? Mr. Wesley ain’t sh*t! Via PacificCoastNews
