Kaley Cuoco has gone ahead and done it for real. A few weeks after faking a haircut on Instagram, The Big Bang Theory actress has gone ahead and chopped off many of her lovely locks. No fooling this time! In a caption that referenced stylist Christine Symonds, Cuoco posted the following picture online today and wrote simply: “Here we go! @clsymonds.” Cuoco, of course, isn’t shy about altering her appearance.
