Just when you thought it could not any better than the new Catching Fire trailer that debuted Saturday at Comic-Con… Lionsgate has released the first true photo of Sam Claflin as Finnick Odair, the dashing victor from Suzanne Collins’ best-seller who causes confusion and attraction for Jennifer Lawrence’s Katniss. And it’s not hard to see why, is it? Claflin was confirmed for this role last August, beating out such better known names as Channing Tatum and Armie Hammer. We’ve seen a Finnick portrait already and we’ve seen his Catching Fire profile, but this is our first look at the character in his often-half-naked state. Cory Monteith Death: What Will Glee Do?

Following the tragic death of Cory Monteith , it may not be important in the grand scheme of things – but it’s something Fox will need to consider: How will Glee Season 5 handle the passing of a central cast member? It’s not unprecedented for programs to deal with the loss of an actor or actress. The West Wing gave John Spencer’s Leo a heart attack. Just last year, Dallas wrote in a funeral for J.R. Ewing after Larry Hagman died. So… in which direction will Glee go? Will it make a mere, quick mention of Finn going far away for some reason? Will it actually kill the character off? Rat Meat Sold as Lamb in China

Everyone knows that lamb is the best meat ever. That’s a given, right? Which is why this news is so, so heartbreaking: China’s Ministry of Public Security has announced that it caught a group of meat traders selling rat , fox, and mink meat as lamb. Gross. China is famously riddled with food-related scandals, with the Ministry trying to project a proactive image in the wake of this latest one. 63 arrests were made in connection to the scandal. Needless to say you should continue to use actual lamb in your lamb recipes . How would you feel if you found out that delicious Gyro you were eating was actually made of Ratatouille (the character, not the yummy side dish)?

Is Dianna Agron Leaving Glee?

Dianna Agron did not appear on the Glee Season 4 premiere. And questions are now being raised over how much more we’ll see of the actress in the role of Quinn Fabray. According to Us Weekly , Agron has worked out an early exit from the musical comedy. She’ll only make a couple more appearances before saying goodbye. “Dianna was unhappy and had been trying to get off the show for a while,” claims the Glee insider . “She and producers came to an agreement where they let her go. That’s what she wanted.” Based on the character’s storyline, Quinn is a freshman at Yale, meaning it would be easy to simply write her out. However, another series source says this story is “patently false.” Where does the truth lie? You may need to tune in to Fox on Thursdays night after The X Factor to find out.

Taylor Swift to Portray Joni Mitchell in Biopic?

Taylor Swift is under consideration for another major movie role. After losing out on the character of Eponine in a big screen version of Les Miserables , Variety now reports that Swift may portray music legend Joni Mitchell in an upcoming biopic . The film is being developed by Sony Pictures and Di Bonaventura Pictures’ and would be an adaptation of Sheila Weller’s book “Girls Like Us.” The role would also mark Swift’s first dramatic turn, as she recently voiced a character in The Lorax and appeared in Valentine’s Day . The movie will follow around the careers of Mitchell, Carly Simon and Carole King, with Alison Pill rumored for the latter artist. [Photo: WENN.com]
