Lindsay Lohan: Is She Going Back to Jail?!

Lindsay Lohan just can’t catch a damn break, can she? Or rather, she can catch a break, but she has this awful instinct every time she gets her hands on one to set it on fire and run away screaming. Our beloved LiLo has been in a bad way for several years now, and, bless her heart, things are only about to get worse. Remember when Lindsay moved to London  a couple of years ago? You remember, she did that play and she was only a little bit flaky and she kept talking about how she could get a new start in a new country? Yeah, it didn’t work out so great. Lindsay is now being sued for unpaid rent to the tune of around $95,000. Apparently she’s been unable to pay up for her fancy London apartment, and the landlords have had enough. She reportedly has until November 8th to hand over all that money, and if she doesn’t, she’ll be made to file for bankruptcy. “Lindsay is an an absolute mess,” a source explains. “She has blown virtually all her money, and has basically resigned herself to being declared bankrupt.” “The whole situation is incredibly tragic, and for Lindsay this is an astonishing fall from grace.” But wait, it gets worse! Her sketchy ex , Egor Tarabasov, is also claiming that Lindsay stole nearly $30,000 worth of his belongings during their time together. And Egor wants her to be arrested. He’s saying that she took items like a Rolex, a diamond ring, designer clothes, a fancy painting … you know, stuff you could imagine Lindsay Lohan stealing. But “the thing he really wants back,” according to a friend of his, “which, ironically, is of very little monetary value, is a small gold Russian orthodox cross which was given to him by his dead godfather.” What a gross, awful situation. It’s difficult because while it’s definitely easy to think that Lindsay Lohan stole some jewelry — she’s been known to do so from time to time — it’s also hard to believe anything this creeper says. Lindsay’s said that Egor was incredibly abusive , to the point that she thought he’d kill her. So is Egor telling the truth? Is he trying to make her look bad? Jessica Drake, Adult Film Star, Accuses Donald Trump of Sexual Misconduct

Another woman has come out and accused Donald Trump of inappropriate sexual behavior. This one is a bit more notable than past accusers, however, because she is an adult movie star. Her name is Jessica Drake and she is the 11th person to make such allegations against the Republican nominee for President. Flanked by civil rights attorney Gloria Allred on Saturday afternoon, Drake spoke publicly about her claims against the Republican presidential candidate, telling reporters the following: “Ten years ago, I was working for Wicked Pictures, an adult film company, at a golf tournament in Lake Tahoe. “I was at Wicked’s booth when I met Donald Trump in the celebrity gift room early in the morning before he teed off. He flirted with me and invited me to walk along the golf course with him, which I did. “During that time, he asked me for my phone number, which I gave to him. Later that evening, he invited me to his room. I said I didn’t feel right going alone, so two other women came with me.” Here is a photo of Jessica Drake, one of the few we can show uncensored on this website: Continued Drake: “In the penthouse suite, I met Donald again “When we entered the room, he grabbed each of us tightly in a hug and kissed each one of us without asking permission. He was wearing pajamas. A bodyguard was also present. “He asked me about details on my job as an adult film star – about shooting porn, and he also asked us about our personal relationships and whether we were married or single. We answered his questions. It felt like an interview. “About 30 or 45 minutes later, we left his room. Drake went on to allege that she returned to her bedroom… when she received a call from a man asking for her on Trump’s behalf. “He said Donald wanted me to come back upstairs to Donald’s suite,” she claims. “I indicated I did not wish to return. Then Donald called. He asked me to return to his suite and have dinner with him. “He also invited me to a party; I declined. Donald then asked me, ‘What do you want? How much?’ I told him that I couldn’t because I had to return to L.A. for work. “I said that as an excuse because I didn’t want him to continue asking me, and I didn’t want to be with him. After that, I received another call from either Donald, or a male calling on his behalf, offering me $10,000. “I declined again and once more gave, as an excuse, that I had to return to Los Angeles for work. I was then told Mr. Trump would allow me to use his private jet only if I accepted his private invitation” Concluded Drake: “I did relay my experiences immediately afterwards to some friends. Out of respect to the other parties involved and their families, I will not share their names, I am choosing to share my personal exchange in light of the recently released tapes in order to lend my voice, my strength and my support to the other women who are coming forward. “Collectively, his words and his actions are a huge testament to his character, that of uncontrollable entitlement, misogyny and a sexual assault apologist. This is not acceptable behavior for anyone, much less a presidential candidate. I realize that in the situation I may be but a tiny grain of sand, but clearly this is an enormous speech “I am not looking for monetary compensation. I do not need additional fame or the type of attention that this is sure to bring. “I understand that I may be called a liar or an opportunist, but I will risk that in order to stand in solidarity with women who share similar accounts that span many, many years.” We obviously cannot verify Drake’s claim here. But this is a picture of her and Trump at an event in Lake Tahoe in 2006: Drake’s harsh claim comes just two days after yoga instructor Karena Virginia said Trump involuntarily grabbed her right arm and touched the inside of her breast during a 1998 encounter at the U.S. Open. On the campaign trail today in Pennsylvania, Trump told his supporters: “Every woman lied when they came forward to hurt my campaign. Total fabrication. The events never happened. Never. Donald Trump: I Will Accept the Election Results, IF…

Oh, Donald Trump. You silly joker you. Following Wednesday night’s third Presidential debate, pundits from both sides of the aisle were left stunned and nauseated by one thing Donald Trump said on stage. The uninformed opinion on late-term abortions? The use of the word bigly again? His reference to Hillary Clinton as a nasty woman ? Actually… no, no and no. (Well… yes, yes and yes, but these quips are not the point at the moment.) About halfway through the debate, moderator Chris Wallace honed in on Trump’s ongoing remarks in his stump speech, asking the candidate why he continues to refer to this election as “rigged.” Trump responded by mentioning the “dishonest” media, rambling about “millions of people that are registered to vote that shouldn’t be registered to vote” and by saying that Clinton is a criminal who should not be allowed to run for President. Still, Wallace forged ahead. “There is a tradition in this country – in fact, one of the prides of this country is the peaceful transition of power,” the Fox News anchor explained. “No matter how hard-fought the campaign, at the end, the loser concedes to the winner … and the country comes together. “Are you saying you’re not prepared to adhere to that principle?” Exactly, Trump replied, saying specifically: “What I am saying is I’ll tell you at the time. I’ll keep you in suspense.” Donald Trump Insists: The Election Could Be Rigged! Yes, he’ll keep us in suspense. Like he’s some Goddamn game show host or something, not one of two main party candidates for the highest office in the land. So that brings up to a campaign stop in Ohio for Trump this afternoon. Did he apologize for his remarks at the debate? Did he walk back the most undemocratic stance any nominee could possibly take? Or did he double down on it and make a joke about all the backlash he’s received?  Do you really need us to tell you which route Trump chose? “Ladies and gentleman, I wanna make a major announcement today,” Trump told a boisterous crowd in Delaware, Ohio. “I would like to promise and pledge, to all of my voters and supporters and to all of the people of the United States, that I will totally accept the results of this great and historic presidential election.” He then paused and smiled and added: “If I win.” Watch how attendees responded to this vow in the following video: Donald Trump Makes Major Announcement Trump later said at the event he would accept “clear results,” although he did not specify what that means. The Republican nominee, of course, loses more and more support from fellow politicians within his party on a daily basis. Even Charles Krauthammer, a staunch conservative contributor to Fox News, said last night that Trump committed “political suicide” by claiming he might not accept the results of the election on November 8. Krauthammer added Americans want a “change agent,” but don’t want a “radical who will challenge the foundations of the republic.” We can only pray he’s right and that Trump loses. Bigly. Donald Trump Says He Won’t Concede If Hillary Wins We’re all pretty used to Donald Trump saying ridiculous things , going off topic, calling names, and being generally childish and annoying during the presidential debates. During tonight’s third and final presidential debate, Donald threw what we hope was his last tantrum, saying that in the event that Hillary Wins, he has no plans of conceding to her. “I will tell you at the time. I will keep you in suspense,” he told Fox News Channel anchor Chris Wallace. He also, of course, didn’t bother to shake Hillary’s hand when all was said and done, but not before calling the election “rigged,” accusing her of hiring rioters to ambush his rallies and paying random women to accuse him of sexually assaulting and groping them. If that wasn’t enough, he also indicated that there are currently “millions” of people registered to vote in this year’s election that “shouldn’t be registered.” WHAT people he’s referring to….we aren’t clear. But all the extra craziness aside — Seriously…how does NOT conceding even work? If you lose you lose…that’s just it. Does he plan to just keep campaigning for the next four years while Hillary runs the country? CNN

Kim Kardashian: Forget My Birthday, I’m Having Flashbacks!

Things must be amiss if Kim Kardashian isn’t having a huge birthday bash to usher in her 36th year of life on this planet.  Sources have revealed to E! that Kardashian just isn’t in the partying mood – surprise, surprise – and that the event, should there be one, will be low-key.  The birthday girl turns 36 this week – Friday! – but she won’t be making a spectacle about it like she has in previous years.  The source said, “Kim’s birthday is going to be a very quiet celebration this year.”  “She has no plans on making a big bash.”  “[Kardashian instead] will have an intimate birthday with her immediate family,” it was revealed. Guess she’s not going to invite random Twitter followers to her soirée?  “She is not in any celebrating mood yet,” the source continued.  “Kanye is trying to do whatever he can to make her feel better, but it’s just the constant memories of the robbery that keep on messing with her.”  The source adds that Kim, incidentally, intends on spending the whole rest of 2016 in a “low-key” manner.  “She just wants to be around her family at this time,” sources said.  Things don’t seem to be getting much better, though, despite the fact that Kim has sought therapy to work through her ordeal.  “Kim is very paranoid still when she is alone,” the source said.  “She has been having flashbacks and hasn’t been sleeping well.”  “Her security is always around her now.” However, a birthday might be a good milestone to celebrate in order to put the past year – and especially the past few weeks – behind her.  After all, the robbery occurred on Monday, October 3rd, and by the time her birthday rolls around, it’ll be nearly 20 days’ time since the event occurred.  We’re not saying that she doesn’t have the right to grieve the circumstance, of course, but perhaps it’s time to begin moving forward, instead of keeping yourself locked away and shut up in a guarded hole.  That’s not doing anybody – herself included – any good.   Kim’s stronger than this , as she’s proven over the years, enduring scandal after scandal.   But hey, nothing – not even a good Kardashian – is unbreakable, right?

Democrat Tim Kaine and Republican Mike Pence went toe-to-toe on the debate stage for the first and only time Tuesday night.  As the major parties’ Vice Presidential candidates sought to make their case for their respective tickets, the stakes could not be higher. Which Vice Presidential candidate won his first and only debate of 2016?   View Poll » Last Monday, after many months of hype,  Donald Trump met Hillary Clinton in the most-watched presidential debate in history. Trump’s dutiful cable TV minions and unscientific,  unreliable online polls aside, the consensus was that the Donald imploded. He came in virtually tied with the Democratic standard bearer, only to derail his White House bid with 90 minutes of word vomit. The bad news for Mike Pence, the Indiana Governor and #2 man on the Republican ticket? He has to clean up after this disaster. The good news? Trump is still only 4-5 points down and has bounced back multiple times before after pundits stuck a fork in him. You can’t shake a political juggernaut this YUGE easily, people! Compared to the presidential debates, this showdown is bound to be boring. Stiff. Wooden. Mind-numbingly focused on policy. Good for the American people, albeit not for TV fireworks. With Pence and U.S. Senator Tim Kaine of Virginia, Trump and Clinton picked V.P. choices you pretty much can’t help but like. Sure, ideological and political differences abound, but darned if you wouldn’t like Pence or Kaine as your next door neighbor. In fact, the takeaway of viewers who sit through this event may be disappointment … that this wasn’t the presidential debate. Pence’s goal, heading into the night? Try to mitigate the damage caused by the top of his own ticket with calm and competence. A longtime conservative favorite, he’ll no doubt assuage some concerns among Trump’s base by virtue of merely showing up. Kaine’s objective? Be his similarly decent, affable, and qualified self while portraying Clinton as the steady hand America needs. Oh, and sandbag Pence with Trump quotes every 10 seconds. Which of the two was able to pull it off? Did they fight to a snooze-fest of a draw, as many observers predicted before the event? You tell us: Who won the great V.P. debate of 2016? Stevie J and Joseline: FIRED From Love & Hip Hop Atlanta!?

Are the tumultuous, tawdry, terrible twosome of Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez getting the boot from Love & Hip Hop Atlanta? A series of new reports in recent days suggest that the VH1 series’ best known stars may not be coming back for Season 6. Can we really put any sort of stock in that, though? According to Starcasm, Stevie J and Joseline have allegedly been told that their (large) contracts won’t be renewed for the new season. This talk has not been confirmed, but it makes you wonder. The drama between the two of them has been legendary, and real life and reality TV have blended together like never before of late. If you watch Love & Hip Hop Atlanta online , what you’ve been seeing – especially in this past year – is the VH1 beast eating its own tail. Even before Season 5 began airing, drama between Stevie J and Joseline was playing out online and escalating as the season progressed. By its end, Joseline accused Stevie J of molesting his daughter with Mimi Faust and said she passed a polygraph proving he loves gay porn . Yes, both of those things already happened. Crazily, that was not even the end of it. Stevie later confessed in a radio interview that he and his “wife” had never actually been married. Then, to top it all off, Hernandez got pregnant (supposedly) and disavowed Stevie … who may also be expecting another kid of his own. This all came to a head on the Season 5 reunion, obviously, boosting the show’s ratings higher than ever even as credibility suffered. Funny how that works. Not that seems to matter for the series’ viewers or tweeters, both of which reached record levels this spring. All of which brings us to today and talk that their “contracts for the VH1 show have not been renewed” and “ will not be renewed for Season 6 .” However … Both are reportedly in talks for spinoff shows; Stevie J’s is tentatively titled The Jordans, featuring the producer and his extended family. Stevie’s real name is Steven Jordan, and he has a lot of kids and baby mamas. Joseline’s alleged spinoff would focus on her pregnancy. Whether or not she’s actually pregnant, or Young Dro is the father, remain to be seen – but that’s neither here nor there at this juncture. Again, all of this is unconfirmed, so take it with a grain – nay, a boulder – of salt. Ditto Mimi Faust and her own recent cryptic comments. Mimi tweeted out “Goodbye Season 6” and stated she is on to “bigger and better things” while sharing a photo of herself and her agent. Are we suddenly looking at a mass exodus?! Smith is also said to be on the fence about returning, hinting on social media posts over the past few months that he may also peace out. That would leave the show down many cast members heading into Season 6, but remember that social media is a huge marketing tool. VH1, perhaps more than any other network, uses Twitter and the like to build buzz for its on- and off-screen drama, to massive success. Don’t be surprised when everyone re-ups for new deals just in time to resume filming, and for the contrived drama to be literally unprecedented. Well, maybe not unprecedented. Will & Grace Cast Reunites, Remains as Cute as Ever

Some totally adorable things never change. Over the weekend, the core four cast members on one of the most iconic sitcoms in TV history came back together to melt down Instagram a bit. We’re talking about Debra Messing, Eric McCormack, Megan Mullally and Sean Hayes of Will & Grace fame. And, yes, we just referred to Will & Grace as an “iconic sitcom.” And we challenge anyone to say differently. It ran on NBC from 1998-2006, making it memorable based on duration alone. But it was also one of the first programs to center on not just one, but two openly gay characters. The premise of Will & Grace was McCormack’s Will, who was gay, living as a roommate with Messing’s Grace. Hayes portrayed Jack, the apartment neighbor, while Mullally’s was on board as the eccentric and hilarious Karen. The cast has clearly remained close over the years, although this is one of the first times they’ve documented a reunion on social media. “Only smiling because of where Eric’s hand is!” Messing joked alongside the first photo above of the former co-stars, while Mullally teased on Twitter: “i’m smiling, too, and not just because of a hand.” Added Messing of the second photo posted above: “You smell the same! @EricMccormack.” Mullally, meanwhile, poked fun at her and Hayes’ onscreen characters’ platonic relationship, uploading the following photo to her Instagram account and writing: “aw, cute couple… wait.” She then followed with her own picture alongside Messing (who went on to star in The Mysteries of Laura) and captioned it as follows: “my new wife and i are so happy.” Earlier this year, these same four stars came together as part of NBC’s Must See TV: An All Star Tribute to James Burrows. Messing, Hayes, Mullally and McCormack were just a few of the many celebrities who hung out under one roof for the event, which honored the legendary director. Cast members from Friends, Frasier, Cheers and The Big Bang Theory were all there, as well. Brad Pitt: Secret Cause of Actor’s Anger Revealed?

As you’ve no doubt heard by now, Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce from Brad Pitt after two years of marriage and more than a decade together as a couple. The actress cited irreconcilable differences in her filing, and neither party has provided any specifics with regard to the events that led up to the divorce. But naturally, their teams have been in damage control mode, and the tabloid media has been digging non-stop. As result of all the scrutiny and strategic “leaking” of information, a picture of the Brangelina’s final days has slowly begun to emerge. In that picture, let’s just say things aren’t looking too good for one of America’s best-loved leading men. First, sources claimed that Angelina was fed up by Pitt’s drug use and short-temper, both of which she saw as threats to the well-being of their children. As more anonymous “insiders” fed details to the press, the story became even uglier. It seems Angie’s decision to separate from Brad on September 15 was prompted by a single incident. While there’s some disagreement on the severity of the confrontation, accounts concur that during a recent private jet flight, an inebriated Brad got into some sort of altercation with the couple’s eldest son, 15-year-old Maddox. Someone aboard the plane placed an anonymous phone call to police, and Pitt is now being investigated for child abuse by the FBI. (The investigation was originally handled by the Department of Child and Family Services, but incidents that happen aboard mid-flight aircraft are apparently under the bureau’s jurisdiction.) It’s unlikely that Pitt will face jail time, but clearly the episode has already cost him dearly, and the damage to his public image and career may prove irreparable. To make matters worse, sources are now claiming that there’s video that will prove Pitt was abusive toward Maddox. So what made the famously easy-going actor so angry? Brad Pitt: Child Abuse Investigation Underway Well, he was reportedly drinking heavily on the flight, but unnamed members of the screen icon’s inner circle say his rage has been bubbling just beneath the surface for some time now. The cause of his growing angst? Apparently, Pitt is terrified of growing older. “Brad is just terrified of aging,” a source close to the actor tells Radar Online. “He hates the way that he looks right now and he is taking it out on everyone around him.” The anxiety over his appearance – and how it might affect his career – has apparently exacerbated Pitt’s fondness for intoxicants, which has in turn led to more angry outbursts. “Brad has always liked to party and have a good time,” says the insider.
