DMX had better watch his back. Former Laguna Beach and Hills star Jason Wahler was arrested last week for allegedly driving under the influence, having just been sprung from jail in Mexico! Newport Beach, Calif., police say Wahler was nabbed for driving a 2008 Chevy Tahoe while intoxicated. Hilariously, he described himself to police as “an actor.” He was released under his own recognizance. You may recall Wahler was arrested in Cabo San Lucas , Mexico and held there earlier this month after a bar fight. As for how he got back to the U.S., that remains shrouded in mystery. The U.S. Consulate is, for whatever reason, kept the reason for his release on the DL. Until he gets arrested, we always forget about him too . Jason Wahler was cuffed a week ago Thursday and thrown in the slammer after getting in a fight, yet no record of Jason was found during calls to various jails. The Consulate says he was released seven hours after being locked up after the ex of Lauren Conrad signed a document keeping the terms of his release secret. Who knew you could even do that, it’s news to us, and You have to wonder what he did to secure his release. You gotta love Mexico. According to Wahler’s father, no charges were filed against his son in Mexico. As for the Newport Beach DUI, he’s not likely to be let off with any secret bribe.

Chalk this one up for celebrity gossip . Stars often treat tabloids and entertainment news coverage with disdain, but Katherine Heigl was thankful for a particular Access Hollywood personality last week. As she was accepting the honor of Female Star of the Year at the ShoWest Awards, Heigl’s dress literally fell apart. Luckily, Billy Bush graciously came to the rescue . Holding her shoulder strap in place, Bush did Heigl a major solid. Guys everywhere probably wished he weren’t present, however. Thisclose, fellas. Thisfrickinclose . Katherine Heigl nearly gives the performance of a lifetime. Thanks to Bush, Heigl, whose exit from Grey’s Anatomy was recently announced, didn’t make a similar departure from her clothing. Billy later Tweeted: “Oh my, hosting showest awards in LV. Heigl comes up to get award, dress strap breaks… I hold her top on while she accepts!” Summed up rather succinctly. Heigl’s bare shoulder wasn’t all she displayed at the Las Vegas gala. The star also showed off her new hairdo: The famously blonde actress is now brunette. We can describe the performance of Adam Lambert in Sydney, Australia this week with three words: Diamond-encrusted crotch plate. The singer remained true to his controversial, racy self last night by performing Down Under and rocking out to “For Your Entertainment.” He thrusted his private parts, he wore a skintight outfit and he even started the performance with a rendition of the robot. I don’t really keep up on Hilary Duff news, since I cancelled my membership to her fan club when she turned 18, or as I like to call it, irrelevant. Hey, this is team sports and nothing gets between the team, unless it’s a willing slut who doesn’t mind a dick in her mouth, ass and hands, while the rest of the guys are jerking off to the performance, but that’s all for team building and you know what, Hilary Duff was born for this…… Either way, her future husband’s a fucking joke with stupid hair who I guess is ready to claim her as his own, since the good days of team initiation, also knows as his sexual peak, where brooms in his ass were reality and not just something he jerks off to, is over and it’s time to settle the fuck down…. Justin Bieber was mobbed by fans after making an appearance on British TV today. The 15-year-old Canadian up and coming star was interviewed on UK show GMTV before singing his new track “One Time” from his new album. Bieber, who was signed by Usher after he heard his covers of songs on YouTube, left the studios following the performance where he signed autographs for fans and posed for pictures.
