Revenge Photo Website Owner Sentenced To 18 years In Prison Via DailyMail A San Diego man who operated a ‘revenge p**n’ website and then charged victims to remove nude images and their personal information was sentenced Friday to 18 years in state prison, the attorney general’s office said. Kevin Bollaert, 28, was convicted in February of 21 counts of identity theft and six counts of extortion in San Diego Superior Court for running a pair of websites that capitalized on the internet as a forum for public shaming. The landmark case was the first time a person had been tried for a running revenge porn ring in the United States. Jilted lovers and hackers could anonymously post nude photos of people without their consent, along with personal information about them, at a website Bollaert created and moderated, called ugotposted.com. More than 10,000 images, mainly of women, were posted between December 2012 and September 2013. People who sought to have the explicit images taken down were directed to changemyreputation.com and charged $250 to $350 to remove the racy content. Florida Woman Filmed Herself Being Raped By Parole Officer A parole officer in South Florida was fired and later arrested last week after a woman who was serving probation accused him of raping her, and provided video evidence of one of the alleged rapes. Yes, she filmed her own rape… Via News Mic reports: WSVN reports that the accused parole officer, 50-year-old former Florida Department of Corrections employee Zachary Thomas Bailey, assaulted the woman twice after using his authority to force his way into her home. In the first encounter, she accused Bailey of blocking her in her bedroom and touching her genitals. In the second, the woman says he raped her. “The victim said she recorded the [second] incident on her phone not only so police would believe her, but so Bailey would not be able to write a false parole violation against her for reporting the rape,” WSVN reported. “This is someone who is hired to protect you, hired to say, ‘Hey, protect the society,’ and you don’t expect your probation officer to be acting in this manner,” Coral Springs Police Lt. Joe McCue told WSVN. “The victim said, ‘This is rape. This is rape. I don’t want you to do this.’ Unfortunately, she was in fear that if she reported this, he would violate her probation and put her back in jail.” According to records examined by the Sun Sentinel, Bailey has no prior arrests and had at least four prior recognitions in 1997, 1999 and 2002, including two for “‘outstanding efforts’ regarding contact standards.” Lock this sicko up for life and film someone taking his cookies in prison!

Girl Tries To Kill Mom With Bleach Over iPhone A 12-year-old Colorado girl is accused of attempting to kill her mother with bleach after the woman took away her phone. Via HuffPo reports: The girl, whose name has not been released, allegedly tried to poison her mother’s drink with the cleaning fluid two different times, ABC News reports. The first time, on March 2, the woman felt ill after drinking a smoothie and smelled some bleach in the glass, but chalked it up to the girl failing to clean the glass correctly. The second time she smelled bleach in her beverage, on March 6, the mom “confronted her daughter and her daughter told her that she was trying to kill her for taking her iPhone,” Boulder County Commander Heidi Prentup told KDVR. The sheriff’s office began an investigation after the mother checked into the hospital on March 6, and the daughter was arrested March 20. The mother’s health is not in danger. The girl was charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder and is in custody at the Boulder County juvenile center. WTF?!!?!?
