We couldn’t make this fawkery up if we tried… Three White New York High School Students Reenact Chris Brown-Rihanna Beating In Blackface Via CNN iReport At the most resent Pep Rally for Waverly High School, located in Waverly NY, the usual fanfare of cheering for the home team to get them ready was in full swing. As the rally progressed you had your usual cheers and rally cries for the fall sports teams and the football team. It seemed to have done well, with Waverly defeating their opponent 70-21. But what happened at that pep rally went much farther than simple cheers. Three white students were to perform a skit in black face, depicting Chris Brown and Rhianna most notibly. In this skit they would display acts of domestic violence as satire to an audience that included not only students but parents, faculty, and various members of the media and community leaders. None of them stopped the skit. Now former students of Waverly High School are questioning how this was allowed to happen.” I think it’s unconscionable that such blatant racism has been tacitly approved two years in a row,” says Waverly alumni and Yale graduate Vlad Chituc. “The administration should be creating an environment where minorities are welcome, not the butts of racist jokes that make light of domestic violence.” Fellow former Waverly student Hannah Van Wie-Desisti shared sentiments with her former schoolmate: “I used to be so proud of where I came from. Not so much now due to the recent incident. I found it unfathomable that the faculty would not only approve this idea for the skit in the first place, but allow it to go on during the pep rally. I honestly don’t believe that the students meant to offend, but were just ill informed of how offending their skit actually was. The staff should have stopped it before it even started. By acting like the skit was acceptable, they are teaching their students that racism is okay and that abuse is humorous. The whole thing outraged me and made me so disappointed in the school that I was once loved.” The offensive nature of what took place is made even more concerning know that in order for a skit to take place at the rally it had to be OK’ed by the administration of the school. A comment from the school district was not available at this time. Anyone that saw Rihanna’s face after the fact knows that there is nothing to laugh at, and to reenact the skit in blackface is just the racist cherry on top. Guess even white folks can be ni**ers too SMMFH Images via CNN
That controversial documentary is back in the headlines again , and it’s all because some well-known mega-churches plan to hold screenings of the film in the coming weeks! According to The Hollywood Reporter : A handful of churches already have signed on before the filmmakers even started to market the initiative. One of them, the influential mega-church Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa, licensed the film for $299 and will show it to an expected 500 congregants Saturday, and Calvary Chapel Downey did likewise for the following Saturday. Neither church responded to an interview request from The Hollywood Reporter. According the IRS code, 501(c)(3) organizations, including churches, are restricted from electioneering, which includes actively supporting or opposing one presidential candidate over another. But organizations have been known to challenge such boundaries. Conservatives, for example, routinely question whether the self-described “progressive” organization Media Matters for America is deserving of its tax-exempt status. The law is murky, too, as applied to churches. Pastors are allowed to endorse candidates on a personal level and even lend their names to candidates for use in political ads, as long as the church is left out of the equation. This week, for example, the Rev. Billy Graham met with Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney and told him that he would do “all I can” to help him win, and Graham had no problem with the campaign dstributing photos of the meeting and speaking to reporters about the de facto endorsement. Some conservative churches want the same partisan privileges that individuals such as Graham enjoy, so they have been purposely flaunting the law, arguing that liberal-oriented churches get away with partisan behavior all the time. One popular refrain, for example, is that the Rev. Jeremiah Wright and Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago were firmly behind Obama’s presidential run in 2008, so why should any church be prevented from supporting Romney in 2012? Last Sunday, hundreds of conservative preachers across the country participated in Pulpit Freedom Sunday, an event staged once a year since 2008 whereby church leaders endorse political candidates and positions. Organized by Alliance Defending Freedom, its goal is to force a response from the IRS so that the issue can be resolved in a court of law, said the group’s senior legal counsel Erik Stanley. “The 58-year-old Johnson Amendment in the tax code — which is what the IRS uses to restrict what pastors can and cannot say from the pulpit — is unconstitutional,” Stanley said. Naturally, some liberals disagree. Two days ahead of Pulpit Freedom Sunday, Brendan Kiley, who has written for Newsweek and the Forward, wrote at TheStranger.com that “over a thousand American preachers are going to strike a craven blow against the separation of church and state and doll it up as if they’re doing liberty and the First Amendment a favor.” Dinesh d’Souza, the star and co-director of 2016, told The Hollywood Reporter that churches should not fear the IRS if they screen his movie. “The last time I checked we still live in a free country,” he said. “My film takes no partisan sides – I don’t urge a vote for or against Obama – I just want people to think and make an informed decision. This film is well within the limits of protected free speech in a church setting.” While some legal scholars agree with those sentiments, current law may not be on the side of churches that license 2016, Stanley said. Like it or not, churches have always dipped their feet in politics. How do you feel about preachin’ politics from the pulpit?? Images via facebook
Say it ain’t so Latoya! Latoya Jackson Defends Herself Against Claims That She Looted Michael Jackson’s House According to TMZ reports : La Toya Jackson insists … she did not raid Michael Jackson’s home just hours after his death, pillaging plastic bags filled with cash — and now, she’s threatening to sue a major magazine for saying otherwise. La Toya has fired off a cease-and-desist letter to Vanity Fair, claiming its recent article entitled “Estate of Siege” is “replete with misstatements of fact, false innuendos, and defamatory insinuations.” According to La Toya’s letter, the article falsely claims she showed up at MJ’s Carolwood mansion shortly after his death and loaded plastic bags filled with cash into a duffel bag. The VF article goes on to describe La Toya’s bf leaving the home in a moving van. La Toya claims the article describes her visit as a “mad scramble for money” — strongly insinuating she stole large sums of cash from MJ’s house. According to La Toya … the allegations are nothing but lies and she wants a full retraction asap. Latoya bet’ not be treating her brother’s crib like it’s a liquor store during the Rodney King riots… Image via WENN
Apparently her utilities just got shut off and the poor thang had to move out?!?! Rumors have been swirlin’ since Deion’s been fighting his questionable child support amount but if this isht is true, it’s another grimy azz move on his part…or is it? Sources have said that the former Football Wives star has been forced to move out of her house, because the electricity and gas have been shut off for lack of payment. The model, who is locked in a nasty divorce with former NFL player Deion Sanders, is having a hard time making ends meet, according to her publicist Kali Bowyer. Pilar’s attorneys filed an emergency request to get Deion to continue with his support payments. According to court documents obtained by RumorFix, Deion makes $161,565.25 a month and is worth $250 million. His attorneys are claiming the $10,500 in child support is extreme and six times what everyone else in Texas pays. Plus, they claim paying the utilities is not a child support expense. Do you have any sympathy for Pilar or is it time for her to step it up a little bit so she can make sure her kids lights and heat don’t get turned off??? Images via twitter
Accused Murderer Wants Witch Doctor To Testify That He Was Cursed A New York man accused of murdering his ex-girlfriend is now requesting that a witch doctor testify on his behalf to support his claim that he was “cursed” during the time he committed the murder. via The Grio : Accused murderer Bakary Camara, 42, wants to call a “witch doctor” to testify on his behalf that he was possessed by evil spirits when he killed his ex-lover, New York City student Rita Morelli. According to ABC News, Manhattan prosecutor Evan Krutoy wrote the judge last week stating that “The people respectfully request the court to preclude the defense from calling a ‘witch doctor’ at trial.” Camara was arrested days after the last year November murder of Morelli when police traced a 911 call talking about the murder to his residence. The New York Post reported that a four-page letter found in his pocket during his arrest incriminated the father of two. Though grammatically lacking, the letter allegedly gave detailed account of Camara’s action to implicate him. An excerpt from the letter read: “They put a curse on me… They make you do anythings. Could make you die fast or go to jail. You always be mad and sad. This is a curs [sic].” These fools will try anything to get off. SMH. Image via Shutterstock

We’re not insurance agents but we’re pretty damn sure it takes longer than two weeks to get your ride replaced after it’s been totaled in an accident …especially an accident that’s under investigation. Seems a little shady to us and we hope this fool isn’t messing with her money! According to TMZ… Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, got a brand new ride following his NASTY car accident last month — and wouldn’t you know … he took home THE EXACT SAME CAR he had before. TMZ broke the story, Nick and B.K. got into a scary accident in GA last month and his precious Chevy Camaro was badly wrecked — with the bumper torn off and a missing front tire. The details surrounding the crash remain unclear — but we’re told the accident is currently under investigation. In the meantime, sources close to Nick tell TMZ … he wasted no time replacing his messed up ride — and even though he had his heart set on a Maserati, he ultimately went with a new Camaro, just like his old one. Wonder where Bobbi’s brother boyfriend Nick got the cash for this?? Images via TMZ/WENN

We’re still wondering if this was leaked on purpose and Nick Cannon’s also questioning the character of Idol and it’s Producer’s after that bullisht was released. Making an appearance on Access Hollywood Live today, Nick was asked what he thought about Nicki’s ratchet blow-up during Idol auditions. While co-hosts Kit Hoover & Billy Bush are annoying as usual in the clip, Nick talked candidly about what went down and didn’t even hesitate to call out Idol and the integrity and future of the show. Looks like it all may go down hill from here. Meanwhile…ratings whore Ryan Seacrest talked about the incident on his radio show today…apparently he was outside of the room during the heated exchange: “These are all very different individuals with different perspectives and different opinions that provide for interesting conversation and dialogue and feedback for the contestants,” “[There’s] nothing wrong with disagreeing…That’s gonna happen, and it’s okay, “It got heated between Nicki and Mariah,” admitted Seacrest. “It was intense! I’ll be honest with you…It went far last night. It did get intense.” “We want that! We want them to be on this panel together. This is a good team, a great team, to go out and look for the next American Idol…the feedback that they give is very good.” We’ll go ahead call bullisht on Ryan’s positivity-spin. Images via WENN
