Raphael Samuel of Mumbai, India is suing his parents for giving birth to him because they didn’t ask for his consent. The 27-year-old (yes, 27) is an ‘anti-natalist,’ who believes parents don’t have the right to give birth to a child who has not agreed to being born. Samuel apparently has a great relationship with his parents telling The Print , “I love my parents, and we have a great relationship, but they had me for their joy and their pleasure.” He continues saying, “My life has been amazing, but I don’t see why I should put another life through the rigmarole of school and finding a career, especially when they didn’t ask to exist.” Samuel is urging people to ask their parents for an explanation as to why they chose to have children. Email Submit TMZ reports his body was found yesterday, “Law enforcement sources tell us one of Kristoff’s friends went to check on him at the actor’s home in San Fernando Valley, and found his body. Police and paramedics were alerted and responded to the house. We’re told Kristoff was pronounced dead on the scene. We’re told there was no sign of foul play, however one source says alcohol might have played a role.” The Emmy and NAACP Image Award winner had reportedly been struggling with mental health issues since his son, Julian, committed suicide in 2014. His son was only 25 years old. TMZ claims, “In 2017, around the anniversary of Julian’s suicide, Kristoff threatened to kill himself with a gun. He is an actor and while he may appear whole on the outside, his heart is broken. Juliette and Alex have been screaming from the rooftops that their relationship is in good shape, but the cracks started to appear on Tuesday’s episode of Siesta Key. From them bickering over what Juliette would be doing post-college to another big blowout argument while out their friends, we think it’s fair to say these two are not going to stand the test of time. It all started because Alex said that Juliette’s dream to manage a Pure Barre was “not realistic.” Yes, relationships are built on communication, but Alex made sure to shoot down Juliette’s ambitions before they became a reality. While on a night out with their friends, the couple’s argument exploded and it was in full view of their friends and the other patrons of the bar. Juliette asked Alex to get her some red bull and pizza, and Alex’s ego started to get the best of him. “You literally have it so good,” he said to a stunned Juliette before he started listing the things he does for her. Yeah, Alex is still the most obnoxious personality on this show, and when Juliette pointed out that his parents are very rich, he flew off the handle. “You are being a brat right now. You wanna walk through the things I’ve done for you today? Literally, I do everything for you,” he complained. “You need to stop pinning nice things you do for me on me like I owe you,” Juliette retorted. “We’re in a relationship. Why do you have to start tallying the nice things you do for me?” But then Alex stuck the knife in further by saying his girlfriend does absolutely “nothing” for him. Yeah, that’s what happens when she drives all weekend from college to come to visit your sorry self, bruh. Elsewhere, Chloe finally confronted Alex about the way everyone reacted to her bringing his ex, Cara, back into the fold. “I just never thought I was going to be on the outs with so many people in this group,” Chloe admitted to Alex. “These are all my best friends since I was like, 13/14 years old.” Alex tried to defend Juliette, but Chloe did not hold back about her feelings on the matter. “Well I’m pissed at Juliette for everything she’s done to ME,” she claimed. “She was totally like…I’ve done nothing to you. Obviously, if Juliette’s not going to own up to any of it then I’m not going to own up to any of it.” Chloe went on to say that she was not trying to cause drama and that Cara was her friend. Then, the conversation turned emotional when Chloe dragged Alex for what he told Juliette. “You apparently decided to go and tell Juliette about how I used to be in love with you,” Chloe said while fighting back the tears. “I just am feeling really betrayed that you would bring up some sensitive subject. You know how much it took me to come to that, so I don’t even know why you would use this against me.” They got into a heated debate, but Alex wanted to stop all of the arguing within the group. “You guys need to start talking,” the rich kid said of Chloe’s plight to mend fences with Juliette. “You can talk to me all you want, but Juliette’s more sensitive than me, and you know that. There should be a way that we can all make this thing work,” he continued. “It just seems like if you’re not pissing her off, she’s pissing you off. Here’s the bottom line: I’m putting together a trip to Miami for Juliette.” “If you want to go — you need to make things right with Juliette. If you don’t, then you can’t come to Miami. Kevin Barnett, a highly successful stand-up comedian who recently helped create the sitcom Rel, was found dead during a vacation last week in Mexico. He was 32 years old. The cause of Barnett’s death remains unknown at this time, but the tragic piece of news was confirmed via a Tweet from the official account of the Last Podcast Network, on which Barnett co-hosted the weekly series Roundtable of Gentlemen. “Dear Last Podcast family,” opens this sad message, which expounds with the awful details as follows: It’s with a heavy heart we inform you of the passing of Kevin Barnett. The joy he brought to our lives is the greatest gift we have ever received. Remind your friends you love them because you never know when you’ll see them again. We love you KB. We’ll share more details about what happened as they come in. Over the weekend, however, Barnett shared his last-ever social media post: a photo of himself on a sidewalk in Mexico, along with a caption that read: “In mexico. Bought myself a sweater. Been accused of appropriation several times. In my head I just gave a lady some money so I ain’t cold. Either way. Swag heavy. Mixtape comin.” Barnett wrote and contributed to a multitute of television shows and films, including Broad City, The Carmichael Show and The Heartbreak Kid. The sitcom Rel, which he co-created, premiered just a few months ago in September; it stars Get Out actor and comedian Lil Rel Howery and Sinbad. Barnett also had a few movies in the works as well, including one called The Wrong Missy with David Spade. “Our hearts are broken, as are those of everyone at Rel, at the news of Kevin Barnett’s passing. He was an incredibly funny, wildly talented man who had so much more to do and so many more stories to tell,” a rep for Twentieth Century Fox Television and Fox Entertainment said in a statement. It concluded: “We send our thoughts and prayers to his friends and family during this difficult time.” Comedy Central also paid tribute to Barnett after the awful news broke, writing: “Kevin Barnett was an incredible comedian and writer, contributing to Broad City, the stand-up community and beyond. He’ll be greatly missed.” Brooklyn Nine-Nine‘s Chelsea Peretti, meanwhile, Tweeted, “i am so sad.” And Crashing‘s Jamie A. Lee added on Instagram: “A shocking, horrible loss. Kevin Barnett was a brilliant comedian and a great guy. RIP @fatboybarnett. This is so awful.” “I’m at a loss for words hearing about Kevin Barnett… We went to college together and both moved out to LA to pursue the dream,” actor and comedian King Bach wrote on Twitter, concluding: “Rest in paradise brother.” Then there was The Simpsons and Parks and Recreation producer Mike Scully, who worked on The Carmichael Show and said of Barnett: “Kevin Barnett was a great standup, but I knew him as a smart, funny, talented TV writer and just a really sweet guy who made the insanity of the late nights more fun. “Condolences to his family and friends. Can’t believe I’m writing this.” We concur. This is what Pete Davidson wrote of the tragedy: “The world lost a great one today. One of our comedy family members Kevin Barnett has tragically passed. I love Kevin. I’ve known him for nearly 10 years and he’s always been the sweetest and funniest. “Always had a smile on his face. Kelly, who was in a sex tape video with him. Moreover after that happened she testified against him in court and her family turned their back on her. She even mentioned that R. To make matters worse, Wallace was a K-9 handler! You’d think he would be more compassionate to animals right? According to NY Post reports: The footage was captured when Wallace responded to a call about an aggressive dog at an apartment complex in Conway, AR, Fox 16 reported. It shows the deputy speaking with a homeowner while two small dogs run around the yard, but when Reeses starts barking, Wallace shoots the dog. The yelping from the animal is really heart-wrenching. A GoFundMe page was created to help cover her medical costs which give a more detailed description of the events leading to her injury. The page had raised 14,698 of a $15,500 goal as of our reporting. Wallace has been terminated from his position according to a post on the department’s Facebook page: “I was notified Friday of an incident involving Deputy Keenan Wallace. Deputy Wallace fired his service weapon that injured an animal while in close proximity to a citizen. I believe there were numerous opportunities to de-escalate the incident, “ reads a statement from Tim Ryals on the County Sheriff’s Facebook page announcing Wallace’s termination. “Our Department is saddened about this incident and apologizes for any distress and disappointment this incident has caused anyone who was affected by this disheartening event. We will keep Reeses in our thoughts through the recovery process,” continues the post. Prosecutors are reviewing the incident to determine whether criminal charges will be filed or not, Ryals said.
