Welcome to THG’s Week in Review! Below, our staff takes a look back at the stories, stars and scandals that made this week the most memorable in … weeks! Please follow THG on Twitter and Facebook ! Now, a rundown of the week in gossip. Much like last week, there was Charlie Sheen and then everything else: Charlie Sheen: Free at Last! It was inevitable. Charlie Sheen was fired from Two and a Half Men . It was also inevitable that this wouldn’t shut down Sheen’s Korner . The deranged actor filed a $100 million lawsuit against the trolls … … just before his home was raided by police last night. Obviously. After four years together, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are broken up. Lindsay Lohan may be hurt by her probation record . But she looks good . After her recent arrest … it looks like Christina Aguilera is still a mess. Chris Brown is done apologizing for what happened with Rihanna. But he’s not done taking nude photos of himself apparently. Miley Cyrus Takes on Paparazzi Miley Cyrus tells the paparazzi to step off ! More than once! Mel Gibson will plead no contest to battery but avoid jail. Lady Gaga has severed ties with Target over a donation. Kim Kardashian got kalled out in hilarious fashion. Justin Bieber was trapped in a hotel. Like for real. The Bachelor: Emily or Chantal? Who will Brad choose? The Bachelor spoilers (and video above) hint at … … we’ll find out Monday. In other news, Jersey Shore is a Guido Circus. American Idol bid farewell to its first finalist of the 2011 season. Michaele Salahi is unfortunately still around, causing trouble. The Britney Spears sexual harassment case continues, too.

Following a level 8.9 earthquake in northern Japan today, areas around that country are in danger, as a tsunami sweeps through the Pacific Ocean. With victims piling up, a few celebrities have been caught in the wake of the natural disaster – Jimmy Kimmel was evacuated from a small island in French Polynesia, while Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart were also evacuated from a beach in Vancouver – and others have Tweeted out thoughts/prayers. A sampling: Tsunami in Japan Lea Michele : “So devastating to hear about the huge earthquake & tsunami [in] Japan. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone there.” Amber Riley : “Omg my heart goes out to Japan,” she Tweeted. “I pray this devastation stops.” Lindsay Lohan : “My mommy just woke my sister and i [sic] up to this! god [sic] bless those that are in fear.” Paris Hilton : “The images on the news are breaking my heart. I am so worried for everyone in Japan. My thoughts are with you Japan. God bless you all.” Alyssa Milano : “Prayers. Japan quake’s 8.9 magnitude makes it the 5th-strongest in the world since 1900.” Taylor Swift : “I’m sending my thoughts and prayers and love to those in Japan who are hurting.” Anderson Cooper : “Watching japan quake coverage on cnn right now. Terrible” Kim Kardashian : “Just heard about the huge earthquake and tsunami in Japan. Meghan McCain Apparently Not Thrilled With Game Change Casting

Twitter star — and Bristol Palin basher — Meghan McCain has had knives out for the upcoming HBO movie Game Change since it was announced that the Mark Halperin and John Heilemann book was coming to the small screen. “I hope all the leakers that talked to Mark Halperin are pleased — that book is 70 percent fiction,” McCain wrote on Twitter last December. “I am sure the miniseries will come out in time for the next election to make sure everything Obama campaign related looks flawless. It’s like being part of something that never dies.” Now that casting has started up on Game Change in earnest, it appears McCain has some further thoughts on the telefilm.

Dear Bossip: I Hate His Mother!

Bossip I love my man but I hate his mom!! I don’t know what to do about it because I feel like I’m losing the battle. I’ve been with my man for about 6 months and I know we’re going to be together forever but his mom is in the way!!! I realize that we haven’t dated long but we have fallen head over hills in love with each other and she just won’t accept that. We are both grown so she should trust our judgment and not be so negative. I know she feels touched behind our age difference because he’s 7 years older than be but like I said we’re both grown and at 28 I feel like I’m mature enough to make my own decisions that are RIGHT FOR ME!!! When he took me to her birthday party he said she was excited to meet me but when we got there she was very cold and standoffish and I could feel her eyes on me from a mile away and from that point on I knew that she didn’t like me. When we left the party I told her that I’d see her soon and she said we’ll see or something like that I took it to heart and told my man how upset it made me. He said that she’s just really protective over him and that she’ll warm up to me but that has yet to happen!!! When he brought her over his place for a bbq we were having she was making faces at me and so I know exactly what to do to get under her skin so I was rubbing his chest and kissing on him in front of her and she almost lost it and left early lol!! After that she said I was no longer welcome at her house and it’s made my man upset. This isn’t the first time a mans’ mother has been unkind to me lol but she needs to stay in her place and stop being jealous of me and her son because she’s not fu*cking him!!! I’m really starting to hate this lady because she’s trying to drive a wedge between us!! How do I get her out of out life?? Good day to you, sis! Thank you for writing in and sharing your story! So, you’re tying to figure out a way to remove your boyfriend’s mother from your lives? You serious? Trying to remove a mother from her son’s life is like trying to count the stars in the sky … never going to happen! Please realize that his very reason for being can only be accredited to the woman that you hate but he so dearly loves. At least, be thankful to her for birthing your man? And what makes you think she’s jealous of you hugging, him, kissing, him and loving him? Most, if not all, mothers want their sons to choose a good woman to be their wives and mother to her grandbabies! So, surely you can understand her concern, no? You might have made a point when you said that you’re losing this battle because it’s rare that a man will choose a woman over his mother and you can’t forget who came first! Something to think about. Secondly, it’s not cute to be raunchy or overly provocative in front of his mother! At some point it becomes disrespectful and, worse yet, tacky! Same principle is applied to women, no man would have the guts to feel his lady up in from of her father, and if he did, would Pops be readily accepting of this guy? No! Any mother would hate to think that her son has fallen for a “tramp” and if you’re displaying tramp-like behavior just to spite her, then you can’t blame her for her apprehensions! Not only do your actions show that you’re not willing to try and build a relationships with her, they’re also the precursor for division. Just like you feel she has the potential to drive a wedge between you and your “man” she could very well be frightened behind the thought of you doing the same! Think, Ma! So, here’s the deal. This woman knows her son better than you do in terms of his character and history, so you should be smart about this. His mother may have hang-ups for reasons that have nothing to do with you and that you may know nothing about. Maybe she knows her son well enough to know that he’s making the same mistakes he’s made in the past. Maybe this is his mode of operation – falling for women too fast. Or maybe, just maybe, she feels like you lack the maturity that’s necessary to be taken seriously as a long term partner. Bottom line is this, there’s a reason for her skepticism and if you were smart about it, you would be trying to make her friends list and do all you can to find out why she’s not feeling you and quell her worries. In fact, the fact that there are many mothers who have had a problem with you, have you ever wondered why? If you really love your man, you would go out of your way to make sure that he’s comfortable when you and his mother are in the same space. Plus, he’ll love you that much more if he knows that you made a genuine effort to get to know his mom! Be smart, sis! Be smart and good luck to you! What are your thoughts, Bossip Fam? The Notorious B.I.G. worked with a ton of people during his brief career ranging from Michael Jackson to Mary J. Blige .  Vibe.com reached out to several of Biggie’s collaborators to get their thoughts on working with one of hip-hop’s greats. Brooklyn Residents Remember Biggie Fourteen Years Later WBW Honors: Booker T. Washington WBW Honors: Medgar Evers Biggie kicked off disc two of his second album, Life After Death , with “Notorious Thugs.” The song paired Biggie with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony . Layzie Bone: “Puffy called us and said, ‘BIG want y’all on a record.’ We are like, ‘Hell yeah…we coming.’ We end up being in the studio with Biggie all night. We did all of our verses and then BIG was like, ‘You know what? I’m going to take this home.’ When BIG went home we did not hear that record until after he passed.” Flesh-N-Bone: “Hearing Biggie do our style was incredible. I understood why he had to take it home and study it for a minute. He put his own spin on our Bone flow.” Krayzie Bone: “It was bitter sweet. Biggie ripped it but we didn’t have the opportunity to tell him how much he ripped it. He came out and did his thing on the song to where he put another notch under his belt because our style is not easy to where you can just say, ‘I’m going to rap like these dudes.’ Especially back then when we were first coming out. For a New York rapper to do our style was a risk. But when he did it that n*gga killed it. New York showed us a lot of love off of that record. ‘Notorious Thugs’ and ‘Crossroads’ are the only songs they played in NYC by Bone. It was Bone and Biggie.” Hip-hop nerds know that Pete Rock was robbed of inspired the beat for “Juicy.”  Pete gives the lowdown on the situation: Pete Rock: “Due to people just doing business a new way and me being young and not understanding the publishing side of things, I let certain things fall through the cracks [when it came to ‘Juicy’]. Puffy came over with Big and I had the drums playing and Puff was interested in what he heard. He asked me if I was making it for CL Smooth and I was like, ‘Nah.’ Big was standing there, but he was more interested in seeing how I made beats. He was requesting certain interlude beats. He was like, ‘I want this song you put between these two songs on your album.’ I made this beat called ‘In The Flesh’ that was on the Main Ingredient album. And I made that beat in front of Biggie. He was like, ‘Oh sh*t…I just wanted to see how you did it, son.’ He was bugging. But Biggie wasn’t even interested in ‘Juicy.’ Next thing you know, ‘Juicy’ comes out and I don’t get credit. I really felt a way about it after Big passed away. We didn’t get to have the relationship that Premier had with him. I had a lot of music for Big, but it just didn’t happen.” DMC of Run DMC appeared on Big’s final album on the song “My Downfall,” which was inspired by an old DMC lyric. DMC: “When I got asked to do a record with Biggie, I was shocked. I got a phone call from Puffy and my manager Eric like, ‘Puffy is looking for you.’ I’m like, ‘Puffy???’ Why the hell is Puffy looking for me for? I don’t dance and I don’t drink Cristal…I drink Ole English [laughs].’ But Puffy calls and says, ‘Yo, Biggie wants you on his chorus. He doesn’t want to sample your voice.’ Biggie thought my line, ‘That’s not all, MC’s have the gall, to pray and pray for my downfall’ was dope. A lot of the really lyrical MC’s like Biggie, Rakim, and Freddie Fox told me, ‘Yo, D…you wasn’t that dude that had to have three 16 bars of fire. You would have one or two statements that could shut motherf*ckers up.’ So I go to Puff’s Daddy’s House studios to meet producer Nashiem [Myrick]. When I finished my part, I was soupped! I’m a humble dude, but I was f*cking soupped because Biggie was huge. Of all the people Biggie could have called Big Daddy Kane or Slick Rick. But he called me. When I spoke to Puff he told me, ‘Imagine Biggie is doing a show and goes, I got a surprise guest for you…a legend!’ And I come out. That would be getting hits on YouTube right now! But unfortunately Biggie passed away, so we never got the chance to perform [‘Pray For My Down Fall’] together. Still, I got to make a record with Biggie Smalls. Sextra: I Can’t Bring Myself to Watch Porn With Him

Bossip I have a topic for your “Sextra” post! I’ve been with my boyfriend for a little over a year and we have amazing sex. When we first started dating we talked about different things that turned us on and he talked about some of things that tuned us on and his thing was porn. He knows a lot of the female porn stars and all but it’s not my twist. When I was single I did watch porn occasionally when I need to handle my business but other than that I’m just not into it!! He always said he wanted to watch one with me to see what it did to me but I can bring myself to watch one with him because I feel like it’s going to take away from the intimacy we share and I don’t want to corrupt that with porn you know what I’m saying? Am I being to anal (no pun lol) or should I give it a try? I want to please him sexually but I feel like somethings are unnecessary. What would you do? Happy Friday to you, sis! Thank you for writing in and sharing your story! Okay, so you’re struggling with pushing some bedroom boundaries a bit, huh? Well, the thing about adult films and watching them as couple is the sense of escapism or voyeurism, as if the moment is being shared by more than just the two of you. So, no doubt, one could relate to the feeling of being somewhat violated or as if the intimacy is being shared by more than just you and your boyfriend! That’s a hard boundary to cross for many. If that’s what it takes to “please him sexually” then you may want to reconsider what you want out the your relationship versus what you’re getting. Like you mentioned in your letter, you watched pornography by yourself when you felt the urge to “handle your business” and the pornographic experience is different for everybody who chooses to indulge! Some watch it in secret and would never admit to anyone that they do, in fact, watch in the first place and, second, get aroused by it! Then you have those who are on the opposite end of spectrum – they might get off to porn on the regular basis, have no shame about it and would be willing to share some of the best performers, their specialties and what they’ve learned from them. Everyone else in between has their own feelings towards it and participate accordingly, whether it be at random out of curiosity or to pick up a few “techniques” or whenever you need a little visual stimulation to “handle your business!” Everyone is different and watches for different reasons! If your reason is limited to your private moments and that’s where you’d like to keep it, that is your choice. Sis, here’s the deal, you should only do what you are comfortable with and he shouldn’t pressure you to do anything you don’t want to do. If it’s something you don’t feel comfortable with, he should respect your wishes without question. If it’s something that you’re open to but not at this particular junction in your relationship, let it be known and tell him he’ll be the first to know once you warm up enough to the idea to try it. once again, it cannot be stresses enough, communication is key! So, if it’s a firm “no” let him know and don’t waver. If it’s something you’re willing to try in time but you need him to back off it a little, tell him! Be honest with yourself first, sis! Demi Lovato Video Message To Fans Coming Monday

By Jocelyn Vena Demi Lovato Photo: Jason LaVeris/ FilmMagic Demi Lovato has remained on the down low since leaving a treatment facility in late January. Fans have been wondering what is next for the Disney star, and now it seems they will find out. According to Cambio.com , the singer will appear on the site Monday in “a special video message to all her fans.” “This will be the first time since leaving treatment that Demi will speak directly to her fans to thank them for their support,” the statement reads. “Demi is excited to be getting back to work and reuniting with her fans around the world.” The news comes on the heels of an interview in which her “Sonny With a Chance” co-star Brandon Mychal Smith confirmed that the show’s name was set to be changed to “So Random,” the name of the show the characters in “Sonny” work on. “With a show like ours, each season you focus on a different concept, a different theory, or maybe a different character’s background,” Smith said. “Season one, we established who we were — you saw some mini-sketches, you saw who the characters were and how they mingled and intertwined. Season two, you were able to see more of the relationship between Sonny and Chad and how they got into it and how we didn’t like it, and you saw some of Mackenzie Falls and that aspect. “And now, this season,” he continued, “you’ll be able to see ‘So Random,’ see why we are where we are today in regards to being the teen idols that we are. You’ll be able to see how we bring the funny every week.” With questions about what that means for Lovato and her role on the show, Disney told MTV News, “Demi’s management will inform us when she is ready to return to work. Last November, we announced that we would focus on our ‘So Random’ sketch-comedy show to keep the staff, cast and crew employed. We began production in January and will debut those episodes this spring. That process is much more formal than Weezy’s normal recording routine, of course, as the rapper is more apt to spit lyrics from memory — a practice also used by Jay-Z, Fabolous and T.I., among others. But during Wayne’s eight months behind bars, the Cash Money superstar says he barely put his thoughts down in writing. “Sit down and write something down, nah. I’m not writing at all,” Wayne told MTV News about his creative process while incarcerated. “There was just a lot of material that I wrote in there and I came home and transformed it into something better. A lot of it, when I came home I thought I would perform it the way I wrote it, but it wasn’t possible, so I took bits and pieces and rejuvenated it.” According to the “6 Foot 7 Foot” rapper explained that, like an athlete, he feels his skills declining, although he maintains that the loss is offset by a greater aptitude in his lyrics. “When I listen to the old stuff of mine, I be mad because I’m like, I can’t even do that no more, man. I feel like I’m getting old — how did I even think about that then?” he said. “But you know, the difference is, it’s not about what you were saying, it was about how you said it back then. What I mean by that is, if you had a flow and you’re just like, ‘Dun, dun, dun, dun,’ you know, you rhyming all these words — it was about how you said it. Even a person who doesn’t listen to rap can say, ‘I don’t know what he saying, but he saying it.’ But nowadays, for me, it’s about what I’m saying. So now, if you don’t listen to rap and you hear it, you’re like, ‘I don’t know if I like what he’s saying, but I damn sure understand what he saying and it was very clever what he said.’ ” The New Orleans rapper is putting the final touches on his next studio album — and his first project since his release from prison this past November — Tha Carter IV. Looks like, Teen heartthrob ,  Justin Bieber and Hollywood actress,  Selena Gomez finally made their relationship official by making their first public outing together at the Vanity Fair Oscar party. The latest Hollywood’s hottest couple was seen together at the Vanity Fair Oscar party hosted by Graydon Carter held at Sunset Tower on February 27, 2011 in West Hollywood, California. Canadian pop/R&B singer Justin and his girlfriend Selena still haven’t confirmed their relationship but they walked the red carpet like a couple, hand in hand. They both made their red carpet debut together in matching ensembles. Justin and Selena were dressed in black and red outfits, as they were going to attend a romantic Valentine’s Day party. Disney Starlet ,  Selena Gomez was looking super gorgeous in a bright red floor-sweeping gown. 18-year-old singer was clad in a stunning red gown with a v-neck by  Dolce & Gabbana . She completed her look with stylish black Sally Pumps by  Brian Atwood . She was carrying a sparkling red clutch by  Judith Leiber . Beautiful, Selena accessorized her look with luxury gold and diamond jewelry from  Lorraine Schwartz . She wore dark makeup and bright red lip shade. Selena styled her hair in an elegant updo and looked super beautiful. Talking about Justin Bieber red carpet look , he was wearing a stylish suit from Dolce & Gabbana .  Justin Bieber donned a black vest and jacket with a bright red handkerchief and looked amazing as always. On the whole,  Justin and Selena , both were looking perfect with each other. The golden couple was also seen  kissing outside the Vanity Fair Oscars Party, where they made their first red carpet appearance together.
