That time was Saturday, during a Yacht party in NYC. No details about the scuffle have been revealed, but you can see from the footage that Dave and his crew left some guy with blood dripping from his eye. Anthony Anderson is under criminal investigation. A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department has confirmed that it received a report against the Black-ish star, with The Blast writing that Anderson is accused of assaulting a woman last year after an event she catered for him. Inside tell the aforementioned website that the unnamed victum met with Anderson a second time after the event to discuss future opportunities. This is supposedly when the assault took place, although no other details are really known about it at this time Sources tell The Blast that the woman reported the incident months after it allegedly happened, as she was inspired by the #MeToo movement to finally speak out. “We have a crime report listing him as a suspect in a crime. It is an open investigation,” the LAPD has simply said in response to this story. A spokesperson for the star, meanwhile, has issued a statement on Anderson’s behalf. It reads as follows: “It’s unfortunate that anyone can file a police report, whether it is true or false. “The authorities have not contacted Anthony or any of his representatives about this matter. Anthony unequivocally disputes the claim. Back in 2004, Anderson and assistant director Wayne Witherspoon were accused of raping an extra on the set of the 2004 film “Hustle & Flow.” However, the charges were later dropped when the judge ruled that there was no probable cause to try the case. This has no practical bearing on the latest charges, we’re just reporting a few facts. Anderson was just nominated his fourth Emmy Award for his portrayal of Andre Johnson, the patriarch on the ABC sitcom Black-ish. He is set to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame later this year, as well. On the small screen, Anderson’s resume includes appearance and/or starring roles on Guys with Kids, Treme, Psych, Shameless and The Shield. On the big screen, he has had roles in The Departed (2006), Kangaroo Jack (2003) and Transformers (2007) and Scream 4 (2011). Anderson is married with two kids. So much so that his inclusion to the highly anticipated The Defenders and his important to the overall plot ruined the superhero team-up for many fans. Yeah his appearance in the second season of Luke Cage was cool but it wasn’t enough to erase the damage already done in the minds of Marvel fans. But if you thought your online outrage would be enough to convince Marvel and Netflix to pull the plug on the billionaire street vigilante, you’re wrong. Netflix has dropped their first teaser trailer for the second season to Marvel’s Iron Fist and hopefully they’ll get it right this time. Gone are the annoying curly locks of blond hair and in is the more standard rich Manhattanite white guy hairdo. While all we get to see is Danny Rand a.k.a. Iron Fist (Finn Jones) take on some bad guys in an alley, according to io9 the Marvel panel at San Diego’s Comic Con showed some pretty great footage of the upcoming season. One scene, in particular, finds Danny and Davos in K’un-Lun (in a flashback) during one of their final tests to decide which of them is worthy of facing off against Shou-Lao. After donning masks reminiscent of Iron Fist’s from the comics, the two students are bound together with a long belt and made to beat the everliving hell out of each another until one of them yields. As brutal and bloody as the face-off is, it’s also fluid and elegant in a way that feels fresh, new, and exactly like what you want from Iron Fist. As for the overall theme of season two, Marvel’s Jeph Loeb explained the road that Danny Rand would be traveling. Marvel’s Jeph Loeb explained that fighting alongside Matt Murdock in The Defenders is ultimately what inspires Danny to use his Iron Fist abilities to become a proper street-level vigilante. Though the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen might not make an appearance in Iron Fist’s second season, his influence on Danny’s going to play a huge role is in the show’s plot. Sounds better than anything in season one already. The second season of Iron Fist will be streaming on Netflix starting September 7th. Many people were struck with feelings of wanting more, since the seven-track project spanned just under 30 minutes–but if the project left you yearning for music, you’re in luck. The longtime friends and collaborators may have even more in store for fans. In his recent cover story with Billboard ( published on Thursday, July 19), Cudi detailed his plans to create more albums in the same vein as his most recent effort with Kanye. “There are some songs that we didn’t use that I’m hopeful we can put out later. But the plan is to do more Kids See Ghosts albums,” Cudder revealed. He also speaks on the fact that he thinks him and West will always produce “awesome sh*t” together. “We just have this chemistry that’s undeniable, especially when we have to fight for it with each other,” he continued, adding that Kids See Ghosts took “a little over a year-and-a-half to just get it tight,” though the songwriting itself wasn’t difficult. “It’s really easy for us,” he added. Also in the candid interview, Kid Cudi dishes on his time he spent in Wyoming creating the album, particularly commenting on his moments with Nas who also delivered a seven-track project this summer. “It was really cool to be around Nas. That was the illest. We’d be chilling in the room, and then Nas would leave and we’d be like, ‘That’s fucking Nas.’ We’d be asking him questions about coming up in Queens, did he know Biggie , all these questions,” Cudi said excitedly. He continued, “I had a ball out there, man. Kanye had his family around. He had his dad there. And we knew what songs we wanted to use. As previously previewed, The Real Housewives of New York City are getting ready to set sail on the boat trip from Hell . But People Magazine now confirms that Luann de Lesseps is getting ready for a very different, far more important kind of trip: She is checking back into rehab. The 53-year-old will be seeking help for the second time after attending an alcohol treatment program last year, following her arrest for some very drunken and ugly behavior in Florida. Bethenny Frankel actually confirmed the development to People. She told the publication that Luann considers the problem so serious that she must begin addressing it immediately and will therefore miss the upcoming Season10 reunion special. “This weekend, Luann was surrounded by her girlfriends and decided – with their support – that in light of recent circumstances, it is the healthiest choice for her not to attend Tuesday’s reunion taping so that she can continue in her healing process,” Frankel explains , adding: “Luann is now surrounded by a core group of people who truly have her best interests at heart and who are working to make sure she gets the help she needs.” Concluded Frankel: “Bravo has been very supportive of Luann during this time. “It’s a brave and honest decision by her, and everyone is rallying around her and wants the best for her.” The long-time reality star was arrested just before Christmas for allegedly kicking a police officer . Reportedly very drunk at the time of the incident, Luann reacted to a confrontation with cops in a Florida hotel room by screaming that she would “kill” them all and by violently attacking at least one officer, according to reports. She was booked on the charges of battery on a law enforcement officer; resisting arrest with violence; corruption by threat. Just days later, Luann checked into rehab for the first time . “After the events of last Saturday night in Palm Beach, I am truly embarrassed,” said de Lesseps at the time. “I have decided to seek professional guidance and will be voluntarily checking into an alcohol treatment center. I intend to turn this unfortunate incident into a positive life changing event. “Once again, I sincerely apologize for my actions. I have the greatest respect for police officers and the job they do. “My actions alleged in the police report do not reflect my core values and my law abiding character.” This is her mug shot from the arrest: In this instance, her cable network home has said the following: Bravo supports Luann’s decision to focus on her health. “She is part of the Bravo family and we continue to stand by her as she copes with this challenging situation. At this time, we hope everyone will respect her privacy.” Her decision to return to rehab comes days after news broke that her first husband, Alexandre de Lesseps, her daughter, Victoria de Lesseps, and son, Noel de Lesseps, filed a lawsuit against her over an $8 million home sale. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Luann breached a stipulation of settlement in her divorce by failing to create a trust “for the benefit of her two children.” Frankel acknowledges that such “family stress” has served as a “catalyst” for her co-star to realize she needs help. Annabelle Neilson, a former star on Bravo’s reality show Ladies of London and a famous British aristocrat, was found dead last week, sources have confirmed. She was 49 years old. As of this writing, no cause of death has been announced or determined. The London Metropolitan Police told Us Weekly that officers were called to Neilson’s address on last Thursday, July 12, after a woman had been “found deceased at the location.” Per the authorities, Neilson’s death is not being treated as suspicious. No foul play is believed to have taken place. Neilson appeared on seasons 1 and 2 of the aforementioned Bravo hit prior to announcing her departure from the series in 2015. She starred alongside full-time cast members Caroline Stanbury, Marissa Hermer, Juliet Angus, Caprice Bourret and Noelle Reno for the first season of the show, which premiered in 2014. “Good buy to Ladies of London these are the ladies I love and are my real friends!!” Neilson wrote alongside an Instagram photo of herself and Kate Moss in November 2015. She added at the time: “im blessed and greatfull to say fair well!! I wouldn’t say it’s been a ride, possibly a disappointment but we all make mistakes … See you on the other side ❤❤❤❤❤out.” In addition to being a reality star, Neilson worked as a model before her passing. She was close friends with Moss and Naomi Campbell, as well as the late fashion designer Alexander McQueen… whose suicide in 2010 completely devastated her. Neilson was actually the last person to see him alive. “He was my brother, my boyfriend, my soulmate. Most of the time people called me Mrs McQueen. Quite often we were sharing a bed,” Neilson told the Daily Mail in 2015, adding back then: “The truth is I was happier with Lee than with anyone else. He asked me to marry him towards the end and I said no. I wish now that I had said yes.” Elsewhere, Neilson released a series of children’s books. She told MyBaba in 2015 that her inspiration behind the series was largely based on her experience with dyslexia. “Angry Me is a character based on me in part as a child with severe dyslexia – but I think Angry Me evokes the frustrations and feelings for children when they can’t release such a powerful emotion as anger and it can be so many different things that a child can struggle with,” Neilson told the outlet at the time. While there’s never been any sort of public confirmation, it’s common knowledge Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have been dating for at least the past two years. The relationship has been a subject of intense tabloid interest, and there was even a time when it was rumored that Holmes was pregnant with Foxx’s baby . Throughout all of this, both parties have kept mum on the subject of their semi-public romance — and now it seems we may know why that is. Sources close to the couple say Foxx refuses to fully commit to Holmes. Apparently, she would be happy to confirm that they’re dating, but he refuses to be tied down. One insider says Holmes is “humiliated” by Foxx’s reluctance to acknowledge their relationship, but claims she can’t bring herself to break up with him. “No one understands why Katie loves a man who can’t seem to commit or why he’s publicly humiliating her like this,” the source told Us Weekly . “Everyone just wants her to take care of herself and to be happy.
