Lisa Vanderpump to Skip Jax Taylor & Brittany Cartwright’s Wedding

Earlier today, we reported on the sad news that Lisa Vanderpump’s mother has passed away at the age of 84. The death of Jean Vanderpump comes just one year after Lisa’s brother, Mark Vanderpump, committed suicide . The news also closely follows closely on the heels of reports that Lisa has quit The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in response to a falling out with her fellow cast members. With all of this going on, it’s not surprising that Lisa will be stepping away from the spotlight in order to return to England and be with her family. Unfortunately, that means she’ll miss a major social event that’s sure to factor prominently in both the lives of her close friends and the eighth season of her eponymous reality show. Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright are set to get married next weekend, and Radar Online is now reporting that Lisa will not be in attendance. “Lisa will not be able to go to the wedding,” says one insider . While Jax and Brittany are said to be disappointed by the news, they have reportedly expressed their support for her decision. The source claims that Taylor and Cartwright have not yet spoken to Lisa in person, but have contacted her via text message. “They have reached out to send their condolences, and accept she needs to step away from filming the show right now so she can attend to her family,” says the insider. Lisa was also scheduled to be a guest of honor at World Pride events in New York on June 30. Sadly, she will be forced to miss those events, as well. “Lisa loves and supports the LGBTQ community, but knows that they will understand,” says the tipster. The insider goes on to say that Lisa is at the lowest point of her life after losing two immediate family members in such rapid succession. “She’s absolutely devastated at losing her mother when she is still grieving over the loss of her brother,” says the source. Stars and colleagues alike have offered their condolences to the reality star and restaurateur, but we’re sure words are of little comfort at this time. All the same, our thoughts are with Lisa during this tremendously difficult time. We hope she takes all the help she needs and finds support wherever she can. Abbie Burnett Pregnancy: Spoiled by Jessa Duggar?!?

Congratulations may be in order for another member of the Duggar Family. And condemnation may be in store for one of her loved ones. Allow us to explain… Abbie Burnett and John David Duggar got married in November of 2018. That was seven months ago, which means the couple is WAY behind in terms of getting pregnant and planning what we presume will be a huge family… … simply based on the pattern showed over the years by all of John David’s loved ones. But might the time finally be here? Might Abbie finally be pregnant? A relative may have actually spoiled the answer in unexpected and accidental fashion last week. Several days ago, as you likely have read about by now, the Duggars lost matriarch Mary in a tragic drowning accident . She was only 74 years old at the time and the unexpected passing led to a number of tributes from those who knew Mary well. Inlcuding Jessa Duggar. Jim Bob’s beloved mother died just days after meeting Jessa and Ben Seewald’s latest baby, who just happened to be born on Grandma Mary’s birthday. In part of the caption shew wrote as a shout-out to Mary, Jessa wrote the following: “She was so excited about the many new great-grandbabies due this coming fall and winter, and it never got old for her.” Did you catch it? The hint Jessa may have dropped about Abbie’s womb? We’ll break it down for you: Many Duggars are pregnant at the moment. Like, many, many, many Duggars. But here’s the thing: Lauren (Swanson) Duggar, Kendra (Caldwell) Duggar, Anna Duggar, and Joy-Anna (Duggar) Forsyth are all due in November. Moreover, their cousin Amy, is due in October. Those due dates all land in autumn… yet Jessa said Mary had been excited to welcome her “great-grandbabies due this coming fall and winter.” Yes: And winter . It sure sounds like someone else is expecting, doesn’t it? We figure it has to be Abbie because she and John David are simply due for a pregnancy announcement. Granted, they both waited a little while before tying the knot (John David is 28 and Abbie is 26), breaking from the Duggar tradtion of becoming a spouse by the age of, like, 20 and a parent of multiple kids by the age of, like 23. “We are so excited to be married!” they told Us Weekly back in November, adding at the time: “It was a beautiful moment and we so appreciate our friends and family for sharing this day with us. Most of all we are thankful to Christ for bringing us together.” “This is going to be an amazing journey!” But will it include a newborn this December or next January or next February? Jenelle Evans is not very popular these days. Come to think of it, Jenelle has never been very popular, but she's been even more reviled than ever in recent weeks. As you've likely heard by now Evans got fired from Teen Mom 2 and lost custody of her children last month.  Basically, Jenelle's life unraveled with astonishing speed, and it all started when her husband, David Eason, shot and killed the family dog . Yes, the man really executed an 11-pound French bulldog named Nugget during one of his infamous fits of rage. He and Jenelle have already paid a hefty price for that appalling act, but as they're about to learn, there are lots of animal lovers and David haters on the internet — and the #JusticeForNugget campaign for has only just begun. Take a look: 1. A New Low Jenelle was never the most responsible pet owner, but even longtime TM2 viewers — most of whom are painfully familiar with her selfishness and irresponsibility — may have found themselves in shock when she decided to stay with David after he executed Nugget while her children were at home. 2. The Absolute Worst At first, the details seemed too shocking to believe — David dragged the small dog outside and killed him with a shotgun while his horrified children cowered in terror. 3. Lifelong Trauma Jenelle later revealed that 11-year-old Maryssa hid in her room and didn’t emerge until the next day. 4. No Lessons Learned Apparently unaware that animal abuse is not great for one’s public image, Jenelle has taken to posting “homesteading” videos that show David — you guessed it! — manhandling and mistreating all sorts of frightened animals. 5. What a Guy At one point, David shoves a piglet into Nugget’s face. Yes, the same Nugget who was apparently so vicious he needed to be violently put down. 6. The Land of Violence We know that the videos are old, not only because Nugget is still alive when they were filmed, but because there were still children living with Jenelle and David at the time. Home Alone Bishes: 11-Year-Old Boy Uses MACHETE To Thwart Home Intruder

Source: Miha Palvin / Getty 11-Year-Old Uses Machete To Stop Home Intruder From Robbing Mobile Home One 11-year-old kid was ready to defend his house harder than a Mcallister, only his Home Alone experience involved machetes. According The News & Observer , Braydon Smith was home by himself on Friday morning while his father Chistopher Smith was at work. The sixth grader was rarely left alone, but his dad said he mixed up camp start dates and trusted his son enough to stay home for one day and play video games. Ironically, while playing Grand Theft Auto on his PlayStation, Braydon said he heard someone outside his 900-square-foot mobile home in North Carolina. He ran to his bedroom window to find two men and a woman outside knocking. Brayden then called his mom and told her to call the police. After this, he went to hide behind his bedroom door as he heard a window “get slammed in” on the other side of his home. Police believe the intruder to be 19-year-old Jataveon Dashawn Hall. Authorities say he walked through the house with one of the Smith family’s unloaded pellet rifles, then he came into contact with Braydon and threatened him. “He pointed a pellet gun at me that was located in our house. I knew that it wasn’t loaded so I just sat down and got in my closet like he told me to,” Braydon told ABC 11 . “He went into the living room to grab my phone to make sure I didn’t call the 911 or anything. When I saw him try to put it in his pocket, I grabbed my machete off of my wall and went to hit him.” Why was there a machete in the house in the first place, you may ask? Brayden supposedly bought it to cut down trees and branches while camping. When he approached Hall with the weapon, Braydon slashed him in the back of the neck and made him bleed, which eventually caused the intruder to flee, according to the boy. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office say after Hall fled the scene he sought medical attention and has since been taken into custody. His bail was set at $175,000, according to inmate records . He’s currently at the Orange County Detention Center and is charged with breaking an entering, interfering with emergency communication, second-degree kidnapping, and assault on a child under 12. When explaining his thinking during the attack, Brayden explained: “It went by really fast. I knew I didn’t have the time to think about what I was going to do. I just grabbed a weapon in the house and acted with it.” “I knew I had to act in the heat of the moment.” 11-year-old boy who hit an alleged robber with a machete says he knew he didn't have time be afraid. https://t.co/uXfVkhKgZT pic.twitter.com/31eSoHGMxS — ABC News (@ABC) June 17, 2019   Authorities are currently searching for the other parties who allegedly accompanied Hall during the attempted burglary.

Khloe Kardashian Wants "The Whole F–king Truth" From Jordyn Woods

We already saw that brief teaser of Khloe finding out that Tristan cheated yet again , this time with Jordyn Woods. Now, Keeping Up With The Kardashians is giving fans a sneak peek at Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, and Kylie trying to figure out what happened. At first, Khloe sounds kind of calm about Jordyn … but that quickly changes. “I was getting ready for my interviews,” Kim describes in a voiceover. She remarks about the stunning parallels to how she leanred about Tristan's cheating scandal in April of 2018. “Literally the same thing as the first time,” she says. “And my friend Larsa called me,” Kim says of Larsa Pippen. “To explain that the reporter that she knows was about to write a story.” The story would be “that Jordyn and Tristan were at his home, late night or until 7 in the morning.” “They said they were, like, making out,” Kim continues. “And,” Kim narrates. “I immediately didn't believe it.” “You know, i was like, this can't be true,” Kim shares. We then see her on her phone as she reaches out to her eldest sister. “Hey,” Kim tells Kourtney. “It's me and Khloe.” “I talked to Jordyn,” Khloe reveals to her sisters. “She,” Khloe begins, before commenting: “It's really weird.” “She's not giving me all the information,” Khloe observes. According to Khloe: “She was like 'he was trying to kiss me.'” “And was like 'I can't remember if we did or didn't,'” Khloe says. It sounds very understandable that Khloe and Jordyn were both anxious about this conversation. “I spoke to Jordyn;” Khloe says. “She was in between his legs.” Her legs were, at least. Khloe shows that she began with compassion: “I said 'if you are too nervous to tell me something, you can text me.'” “And,” she continues. “She said 'Okay, I'll call you in five minutes.'” “She hasn't called me,” Khloe notes. “And that was like, twenty minutes ago.” Kylie then joins the conversation, commenting: “It's very weird.” Khloe chimes in, agreeing: “Exactly!” Kylie admits: “This is the first I'm hearing … she was sitting on his lap.” For the record, Jordyn has stated that she was not on his lap, but was seated on a piece of neighboring furniture. Her legs were through his. Khloe then gets a little more intent on getting answers from Jordyn. “I mean,” Khloe expresses. “I need the f–king whole truth!” “So, Tristan's on a plane, flying back from All-Star Weekend,” Kim says for context. Kim explains: “So, Jordyn is the only one that can give Khloe information.” “And,” Kim laments. “She has gone radio silent, now.” “So,” she assesses. “It just must be such a frustrating situation for Khloe to be in, not knowing what's going on and just wanting answers.” We can only imagine. We've all seen Khloe's cry of “liar” into the phone, and seen Khloe's angry tweets at Jordyn accusing her of ruining her family. It will certainly be interesting to see how Khloe got to that point.

Taylor Swift Explains Katy Perry Feud: It Was All the Media’s Fault!

Last week, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry ended their feud , officially bringing an end to one of the lengthiest and most entertaining popstar beefs of all time. The truce was announced by Katy’s cameo in the video for Taylor’s new single “You Need to Calm Down.” In case Katy’s presence in the clip didn’t send the message clearly enough, Perry literally dressed as the hamburger to Katy’s french fries, and the two of them hugged it out on camera. Katy tweeted a pic of the historic cease-fire along with a caption reading, “This meal is BEEF-free.” In other words, the singers are bludgeoning fans with their friendship the same way they used to beat us over the head with their feud. But even though Taylor, in particular, seemed to glory in the gossip repeatedly throwing shade at her rival and even went so far as to write a song about Katy , she now says the media is to blame for the whole mess. Addressing the rekindled friendship in a new interview with Buzzfeed , Taylor recalls the exact moment at which she and Katy buried the hatchet: “We have been on really good terms for a while. But the first time we saw each other was at this party, and it was just very clear to both of us that everything was different. That we had grown up,” Swift says. “That we had grown past allowing ourselves to be pitted against each other,” Taylor continues. “It just was really, really clear that we remembered how much we had in common. “Both of us have been in a really good place for a while, but I don’t know if either of us knew if we were gonna talk about it publicly.” Okay, obviously we’re a bit biased on this one, but Taylor pretending like her beef with Katy is an invention of the media and that the two of them were “pitted against each other” is some straight-up horse pucky, even by the standards of the post-truth #FakeNews era. For yeeeears, Taylor took shots at Katy every chance she got as an audience numbering in the tens of millions hung on every word. Katy was no shrinking violet throughout the whole thing, but she never teed off quite like Taylor did. The lyrics to “Bad Blood” stop just short of Tupac-Biggie diss track territory, and Tay basically spent all of 2015 rolling with a massive posse of lanky friends in case sh-t got real at a red carpet event. This was not a case of the media deciding it would be cool if two pop stars didn’t get along. No, this was a case of two pop stars (but Taylor in particular) taking every opportunity to remind the public that they don’t get along. It’s great that these two have decided to let bygones be bygones — but attempting to rewrite the past is a surefire way to wind up repeating your previous mistakes. Kathryn Dennis: Thomas Ravenel is a Drunk and Ashley Jacobs’ Texts Prove It!

Disgraced former Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel scored a small courtroom victory against Kathryn Dennis . But now she’s getting a victory of her own — a sworn affidavit about Thomas and Ashley’s continued, secret relationship. She got her hands on text messages, plus testimony about Thomas’ reliance upon nannies, Ashley, and alcohol. The Blast  reports that Kathryn Dennis has scored a small victory in her custody battle with Thomas Ravenel. Court documents reveal that a woman named Lara Dawson was roommates with Ashley Jacobs. The duration of their roommate status lasted from September 2018 until January 2019. (Notably, this was not during a time in which Ashley or Thomas were very open about being in each other’s orbits) Lara encountered Thomas on numerous occassions during this time period. According to Lara’s affidavit, she accused Thomas of having a drinking problem. She also says that Ashley “corroborated” her suspicion. “Whenever she [Ashley] and Thomas would break up,” Lara recalls. “She’d always tell me the truth about what had been occurring over at his house.” “She always talked about his alcoholism,” Lara says. “And the fact that she was tired of taking care of his children.” And yes, there was more about Thomas’ kids. Lara says that she learned that Thomas had once had once become so drunk that he couldn’t even read his children a book. From what she gleaned through Ashley, he was also heavily reliant upon the nanny to care for Kensie and Saint. Apparently, Ashley would speak very directly about her experiences with Thomas whenever they would temporarily break up. Lara is very direct about not being a neutral observer. She describes Ashley as having a terrible temper and being “extremely vindictive.” To back up her statements, Lara submitted to the court text conversations that she had exchanged with Ashley. In the mean time, we already reported on Thomas Ravenel’s small win. Citing Kathryn’s decision to speak about the custody battle on Southern Charm , the judge unsealed the case. Now we know more: that Thomas was outraged that Kathryn had spoken about him. From what The Blast reports, it doesn’t sound like he was worried about the privacy of their children. Instead, he was apparently just unhappy that Kathryn was making him look bad. Thomas’ unhappiness has led him to drag even Andy Cohen into this battle. Notably, he had already accused Bravo of pushing Kathryn to seek sole custody for reality TV drama. But he’s taken specific issue with Kathryn’s latest appearance on Watch What Happens Live. While there, she said something to the effect that Thomas wouldn’t leave her alone. Andy responded with encouragement, telling Kathryn “everyone is rooting for you.” In Thomas’ eyes, this interview constituted Andy actively disparaging him and telling the world that Thomas was a liar. That’s … quite a take. And he continues to express his unhappiness at Bravo for not mentioning in court that they intended to address the custody battle on the show. Some may argue that it’s common sense that a reality star would discuss important life events on the reality show on which she stars. But it’s not clear how that would go over as a legal argument.
