Source: Steve Granitz / Getty Offset’s Alleged Mistress Drops Song Explaining The Affair According to The Blast , Summer Bunni (the woman at the center of the Offset/Cardi B cheating scandal) is releasing a song she says she wrote during the affair. SB claims she penned “Don’t Matter” over the summer when she first started experiencing “mixed feelings” about Offset after he left her feeling neglected during their short fling. After news broke that Cardi B & Offset were splitting, text messages went viral appearing to show Offset trying to organize a ménage à trois with Bunni and Cuban Doll . This allegedly left Bunni mortified that she has been labeled as a “homewrecker” and says she “never intended to be a catalyst for rapper’s split” because “I really thought he and I were for real.” Summer begins “Don’t Matter” by singing “I’m sick of you, I guess my feelings don’t matter.” She goes on to suggest Offset might have been dishonest with her as well: “You didn’t mean it huh / What you say / You stay lying n***a straight to my face.” However, with lyrics like, “F**k the gossip f**k the tea / I’m the one that you really need.” Go to the next page to see all of the lyrics of “Don’t Matter” as she explains how their relationship played out:
Source: Frazer Harrison / Getty Kodak Black Sexual Assault Case Gets A Trial Date About two years ago, rapper Kodak Black was extradited from a Florida jail and transferred to a facility in South Carolina after being accused of raping a woman in a South Carolina hotel. Fast forward to the present day: the trial date for said sexual assault case has officially been set. According to NBC’s local Florence, South Carolina affiliate, the trial is set to begin in April of next year. Kodak, who appeared in a Florence courtroom this past Thursday, is being accused of pinning down, biting and raping the alleged victim while in a hotel in the same city back in February of 2016. Since the time of these initial accusations, the 21-year-old has been in-and-out of jail for a couple of different offenses. Just this past August, Black was released from jail after serving seven months for grand theft of a firearm, two charges of possession of a weapon or ammo by a Florida delinquent adult felon, possession of cannabis over 20 grams, child neglect without great bodily harm and two counts of parole violation. If Kodak is convicted in this sexual assault trial, he could be sentenced to a whopping 30 years in prison–so the outcome of this case is pretty important for both Black’s personal life and career, to say the least. It was only about a week ago that Kodak was handcuffed outside of a Hollywood nightclub following a scuffle inside the venue. This time, Black ended up being let go and wasn’t arrested for the incident, but simply got caught up in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Source: VW Pics / Getty Bronx Woman Claims NYPD Wouldn’t Un-Handcuff Her While She Was Giving Birth According to the NY Post , a lawsuit is claiming the NYPD forced a woman to give birth while shackled in handcuffs. The Bronx woman(identified as Jane Doe) claims she went into labor while being detained in a police holding cell. She says police reportedly took her to Montefiore Medical Center where the incident occurred. They allegedly handcuffed her wrists to the bed and shackled her ankles. The lawsuit details doctors warning the officers the “constraints were illegal under state law”. The woman says the experience “humiliated and traumatized her”. The woman is seeking an unspecified amount for damages for violation of her civil rights and demands immediate changes to police department policy.

Over the past couple days multiple immigrant women who worked at the Trump National Golf Club in New Jersey have come forward claiming that they were undocumented at the time of employment and that Trump and his golf course management knew it. In a bombshell interview from the NY Times , an undocumented Guatemalan woman named Victorina Morales claimed that she has worked without legal status as a housekeeper at the club for the past five years, which has empowered many other workers like her to speak up and tell their story as well. One of the women goes as far as to say that she was allowed to submit fraudulent documents by the employee who interviewed her for the job. Ms. Morales said she has been hurt by Mr. Trump’s public comments since he became president, including equating Latin American immigrants with “violent criminals”. This coupled with abusive comments from a supervisor at work about her intelligence and immigration status, made her feel that she could no longer keep silent.

According to Vanity Fair , Michelle was talking about marriage and she made a reference to the book Lean In by Facebook’s Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg. “Marriage still ain’t equal, y’all,” Michelle said. “It ain’t equal. I tell women that whole ‘you can have it all’—mmm, nope, not at the same time, that’s a lie. It’s not always enough to lean in because that s**t doesn’t work.” Whew! Michelle! After the crowd laughed and applauded, the former FLOTUS continued, “I thought we were at home, y’all. I was gettin’ real comfortable up in here. Alright, I’m back now. It is hard . . . I love my husband, and we have a great marriage, and we’ve had a great marriage, but marriage is hard work.” Boom. Some ‘Chelly realness for you. Hillary Clinton also didn’t have time for the BS this week when she attended George H.W. Bush ‘s funeral. When 45 a.k.a. Donald Trump arrived, Hillary was NOT about to fake like she liked him. Hillary and her husband were having a GRAND time sitting next to the Obamas at the funeral. They were laughing, ki ki’ing and probably making plans for the next karaoke night. But when Trump and Melania came through, the whole mood of the church pew shifted. The Trumps came to sit next to the Obamas and everyone pretty much shook their hand except for Hillary. Now there’s no telling what was going through Hillary’s mind at the time as it pertains to Trump, but if you watch the footage, it looks like she was completely and utterly OVER IT. Then, after she reported it to her department, they blew her off. “We have to change something in this department,” she said. “It’s not OK, but sexual harassment happens in this department every day. As women and as cops, we get tough skins and shrug it off, but it’s not going to happen this time.” Yesenia Maida says the bottle was discovered by a 12-year-old girl stopped by to help clean out her office, which was mortifying. “I couldn’t believe it,you couldn’t make up that something like this happened. I feel extremely violated and fear for my safety at the precinct,” Maida, 44, a youth officer at the 52nd Precinct in Norwood, explained. “I’m going into work, looking around and thinking, who could have this to me?” The married mother of two — whose husband works in the same precinct — reported it the next day and claims she almost immediately got pushback from the Internal Affairs Bureau, who she said declined to investigate at first. “They’re telling me that someone ejaculates or puts some foreign substance in my water bottle at a police facility and nothing is going to get done about it?” she said. “I was very upset.” After some pressure from Maida’s commanding officer, Deputy Inspector Thomas Alps, IAB launched an investigation and took the water bottle to be tested. So far the issue has not been resolved. SMH.
