As we were saying, Cal Arts’ animation department isn’t a male bastion the way it used to be. For instance: Toniko Pantoja created the short directly above as her second-year project. As Toniko says : “A girl is commissioned to paint over an old concrete illustration, in which to her surprise, sinks into.
