That would be her estranged actor dad (her real name is Angelina Jolie Voight). The whole Jolie-Pitt clan was seen stepping out with her dad Sunday in Italy! The fact that Jon Voight joined Angelina Jolie, her partner Brad Pitt and their children for a trip down Venice’s Grand Canal was significant for the family: No one mentioned Jennifer Aniston even once! Reports say the Voights are patching things up! Although the father-daughter pair have had an uneasy relationship and have spent much of the last decade estranged, they reportedly reconciled lately. Sunday marks the first time Jolie and Voight have been photographed together in several years. Hopefully it’s indicative of a new era of good relations. Nice to see Jon took the time out from calling Barack Obama a socialist dictator to spend time with his daughter. Life is too short to stay mad, right? Of course, this being Angelina Jolie, she’s never too far from tabloid speculation.
