Ke$ha Eating Disorder: Is Dr. Luke to Blame?

As previously reported, Ke$ha has checked into rehab. In a revealing statement, the singer said on Friday that she’s a “crusader for being yourself and loving yourself,” but she’s found it “hard to practice” these days. Ke$ha will be seeking professional assistance in the same Illinois facility that treated Demi Lovato a couple years ago. And while there are likely many reasons to cite for this unfortunate situation, insiders tell TMZ that Ke$ha has been telling those around her that music producer Dr. Luke starting steering her down a path path in 2011. Toward the end of the artist’s Get Sleazy Tour in 2012, Luke allegedly made remarks about Ke$ha’s body. A source says Ke$ha complained to friends about the producer saying she “looks like a f-cking refrigerator” on the set of a music video shoot. Dr. Luke signed Ke$ha when she was 18 years old, has worked with such stars as Rihanna and Miley Cyrus and was in the running for an American Idol judging spot this year. No word yet from Dr. Luke concerning these allegations. And we won’t be hearing anything from Ke$ha for at least 30 days, but sources say she was profoundly affected by Luke’s discouraging words. We wish her a full recovery.

Justin Bieber on Recovery: All About Selena Gomez Split!

Selena Gomez may or may not have cried over Justin Bieber during a recent tour stop in Brooklyn. But Justin Bieber made it very clear in a recent statement: his new track, ” Recovery ,” is definitely all about Selena Gomez! Justin Bieber – “Recovery” Along with releasing the above track on Monday, Bieber wrote a message to his fans that explained the inspiration behind the single. “Recovery is an acknowledgement that in life you can’t just fall down and not get over things,” JB wrote. “You have to step up and recover. At the time, I was going through a very hard break up and when you’re going through stuff like that, you think that the world is just gonna end. “Then you wake up the next day and realize that life has to go on. Recovery is that feeling you get when you start to move on and make things better for yourself, because yesterday is gone and tomorrow is here.” No, Justin doesn’t mention Selena by name. But is there really any doubt he’s referring to their split in this single? Their “very hard” split, we should say, which officially took place toward the end of 2012? The former couple has been spotted around ever since then, even posing together in a series of cozy Instagram photos. But it’s clear they are far from back together, although this could be Bieber’s way of trying to make amends with his lovely ex. As for a response from the femae singer? These Selena Gomez bikini photos are clearly meant as a taunt toward Bieber: Look what you had and look what you lost. Tough luck, pal.

The Kardashians really are playing family feud these days. Kris Jenner is separated from Bruce Jenner. Khloe Kardashian is estranged from Lamar Odom. And, according to the latest issue of Life & Style , Kourtney Kardashian is none too pleased with Kim Kardashian. Insiders tell the magazine that Kourtney is aghast at Kim’s trip to Paris with Kanye West last week. Yes, it was her first time leaving daughter North West after giving birth in July… but it was still one time too many, according to Kourtney. The cover story alleges that Kourtney is peeved at her sister for abandoning a four-month old just to enjoy a few “wild parties, trashy outfits and fashion shows” and that Kim has to stop up and ACT LIKE A MOM ALREADY! Kim, of course, expressed how much she missed little Nori by posting a picture of North West on Instagram toward the end of the vacation. But that apparently wasn’t enough for Kourtney. Khloe Kardashian: Desperate to Save Lamar Odom

Forget her marriage. Khloe Kardashian is desperate to save Lamar Odom’s life. As we’ve documented in detail over the last couple days, Odom is reportedly in serious trouble: sources allege he is hooked on crack cocaine and disappeared for days toward the end of last week. But TMZ now says Khloe has tracked down her estranged husband and is doing all she can to get him back on the clean and sober track. Lamar Odom: Missing? On Drugs? Khloe and Lamar Divorce: Will it Happen? Last Wednesday, Kardashian attempted an intervention and kicked Odom out when he refused to get help. The couple is now essentially separated , but insiders say Khloe refuses to give up on Lamar. However, she will not consider a reconciliation unless he admits to his substance abuse issues and seeks assistance. So the relationship remains at a standstill. Khloe believes there’s hope for Odom and neither side has conferred with divorce lawyers. But the most important topic at the moment is Odom’s well being. Only once that is taken care of can these two even contemplate a healthy marriage again.

Rashida Jones and Rob Lowe to Depart Parks and Recreation

This is LITerally the worst news we’ve heard all week. In news initially broken by BuzzFeed and then confirmed by NBC, Rashida Jones and Rob Lowe are on their way out of Parks and Recreation. For reasons presumed budgetary reasons, the actors will depart the hilarious sitcom following Episode 13 of Season 6. “The news about Rob and Rashida is true,” executive producer Mike Schur said in a statement. “We’ve been working on their storyline (on and off) for four seasons now, and heading into this year, with the two of them contemplating parenthood, it felt like a natural time to move them into the next phase.” When we last saw Jones’ Ann Perkins (who has been with the series since its pilot) and Lowe’s Chris Traeger (who joined toward the end of Season 2), they had agreed to make a baby together. It’s unclear how the characters will be written out, but it’s safe to assume this parental mission will be accomplished and the pair will choose to raise their child outside Pawnee for whatever reason. Concluded Schur: “We absolutely love both Rashida and Rob, and will be sad to see them go.  Rashida was one of the very first people we knew we wanted in the cast, and as important as Ann is to [Amy Poehler’s] Leslie (and vice-versa), she’ll certainly never be far from Pawnee. Rob we initially thought we could only have for six or eight episodes, and we couldn’t be happier that he will have stuck around for 75 “They are wonderful, funny, committed actors, they’ve been a huge part of the Parks and Rec family, and we think we have a great Pawnee send-off in the works for them.

Rob Kardashian has a reason to get drunk today that has nothing at all to do with the Irish: This reality star is now 26 years old! Often overshadowed on his family’s E! series by sisters Kourtney, Khloe and Kim Kardashian , Rob made news toward the end of 2012 when he went on a Twitter rant against ex-girlfriend Rita Ora . He has more recently vowed to lose weight and, as you can see above, has an arm full of really ugly tattoos. Taylor Swift Lands in London; Harry Styles Reunion Imminent?

Might there be hope for Haylor after all? Taylor Swift touched down in London yesterday, with sources confirming Harry Styles in both in the city and has a couple days off. Coincidence?!? Yes, Swift’s rep tells E! News, explaining that his client is simply overseas to perform and pose for some magazine covers. “Once she disembarked, she was met by a bodyguard and a driver who took her straight into a central London,” a source says. “She is staying at a London hotel. She seemed excited to be here.” Swift and Style split toward the end of 2012, with one insider claiming Taylor was too prude for the One Direction star. And while neither side has spoken out since then, the female artist did Tweet a photo of herself in the studio not long afterward, with rumors of a Harry Styles breakup song hitting the Internet. Might it now need to be to put on hold?
