Pink is the Least Glamorous Person to do Glamour of the Day

She’s like some rough neck bitch you’d expect to find wrestling dudes in the backyard at the trailer park, and by wrestling I mean raping them. You know, just a rugged, masculine, arm wrestling beauty, who likes strap-ons and peeing in urinals as much as the next penis hating dyke. A penis hating dyke, in a dress, being a lady for a magazine of the day….and I feel some of you on the fence fags like it, cuz she’s the gateway girl to what you really want.

Nicki Minaj Blasts Mariah Carrey: Bitter! Insecure!

On last night’s American Idol performance show , Mariah Carey talked a little trash to Nicki Minaj, taunting her for never having a number-one single on the Billboard Hot 100. And now the pop star has fired back at the legendary diva. HARD. “Why a woman SO successful at her age, is still so INSECURE, and bitter,” Minaj Tweeted this afternoon, going on to reference the rumor that Fox was looking to replace Mariah with Jennifer Lopez. “All dem #1s but JLo phone ringin? Lol. I guess having a personality, being a secure woman, and giving genuine critique still trumps that.” Ooohh, snaps yo! We’d say this is more contrived ratings bait… but continuing the show’s continual decline in popularity, that seems hard to believe. So sound off now: Whose side are you on in the Nicki/Mariah feud?   Team Mariah Team Nicki View Poll »

Last night, just after Chris Kelly died , the hard rockers paid tribute to the memory of the rapper with a pretty cool cover of “Jump” at their St. Louis concert. Check out the video: Deftones – Jump Police believe that the star may have died after taking heroin and cocaine , although an official cause of death has not been published as of this time. Chris Kelly was just 34 years old. RIP.

Farrah Abraham Talks Sex Tape, Slams James Deen in New Keek Video

“What would you do?” Farrah Abraham asks her fans. In a message to fans on video sharing site Keek, Farrah explains why she sold her sex tape, and wants people to put themselves in her position. And no, not the positions James Deen had her in. Farrah Abraham Sex Tape Justification “Say you have been a single mother for four years, off and on, dating loser-ass boys who always try and sell information, lie to you, manipulate you.” “You have just realized you are an awesome person and you deserve someone,” adds the Backdoor Teen Mom star, never one to lack for self-esteem. “Now you’re 21, you’ve pretty much been crying every night because you’re single and alone. So, you make your own video, celebrate your awesome body, get your own sexy shots.” “So, the person you did this with has the urge to yell it out, when he should be professional and is not. But you have companies that are interested, so why not sell it.” “And that’s what I did.” Unbelievable. Despite the fact that she masterminded the whole Farrah Abraham sex tape plot, which James Deen blew the lid off of shortly after the tape was made. Deen says Abraham concocted a plot to have a “leaked” sex tape, and that he refused to comply, signing on to make a porn movie with her and nothing more. THG sources have confirmed this is the case, yet she continues to ramble on and on about how the tape was solely for personal use until Deen ran his mouth. Sure thing, Farrah. We totally believe that. Why not just own it? You made a porno for money and got paid a lot. Some may question your decision, but it was the plan all along, and it worked. Might as well be honest, right? You would think. In any event, the girl is definitely not inhibited when it comes to lying to people’s faces. Or having sex. Check out the (NSFW) Farrah Abraham sex tape photos .

‘Behind The Candelabra’: Soderbergh Bros Discuss Who’s ‘The Top’ In Liberace’s Bed

I’ve been sold on Steven Soderbergh’s Liberace movie   Behind The Candelabra   since the trailer for the HBO movie hit the web earlier this month. But if you need further convincing, the filmmaker drops some interesting details about the movie in a free-ranging discussion with his younger, gay brother Charley Soderbergh in Out magazine . Behind the Candelabra,  which premieres on HBO on May 26,  tells the story of the flamboyant pianist’s love affair with the much younger Scott Thorson.   Michael Douglas and Matt Damon play the star-crossed lovers, and the trailer, which I’ve posted below, makes the movie look like an over-the-top romp through the back pages of Las Vegas-style opulence. But it’s also reassuring to read Soderbergh tell his lookalike brother, who’s an Atlanta-based hair stylist, that Behind The Candelabra is not going to be an empty exercise in camp: ” I wanted the movie to be very generous to Lee and Scott. I took them seriously, and I took the relationship seriously. It was a real relationship that was derailed because of some very odd external forces, some of them social and some professional. But there was an extended period where they were fat and happy. And if Lee hadn’t worked in a business where he thought that was a problem, or being gay was a problem, I think there would have been a very different outcome. It’s compelling to watch the two of them together. It’s sort of a  Thelma & Louise  thing—they decide to jump off the cliff together. Another fascinating segment of the interview has the brothers Soderbergh discussing scenes from Behind The Candelabra in which Liberace and Thorson argue over porn and who will be “the top” and who will be “the bottom” in the bedroom. As Charley points out, the debates aren’t that different from ones he’s witnessed between straight couples. Out:  One of the most distinctive scenes, perhaps because it’s so rare to see it portrayed honestly in a movie, was the argument they have about who will be a top or a bottom. SS:  Whenever you’re in a sexual relationship that lasts long enough, at some point someone is going to hit on something that they want to do and the other person doesn’t want to do. That’s unfortunate, because it’s really hard to put that genie back in the bottle once it’s come out. If you’re lucky there’s some synchronicity that works out, and on the second Tuesday of every month, you get to do that. That’s absolutely a conversation straight couples have all the time. It doesn’t necessarily have the same significance, but oh, absolutely. CS:  I’ve been privy to conversations between a married male and female couple when one of them wants to try it and the other is balking. And the physical implications are the first thing they’re afraid of, and the social implications are the second thing. So we have two layers of fear. And I just stand there with a smile on my face, thinking,  I can’t wait to see how you work this out. SS:  It’s one of my favorite scenes in the film because it is so blunt and so funny. “Why am I the Lucy in this relationship?” CS:  “Because I’m the bandleader and have the nightclub act.” SS:   That’s [screenwriter] Richard [LaGravenese] really hitting one out of the park. But it is fascinating, because you have Scott saying, “I’m OK with  this , but I’m not OK with  that .” And Lee doesn’t understand, because to him it seems like hypocrisy. I find that really true to life, in the sense that our feelings about sexuality aren’t necessarily linear. Everybody’s got some dot on a line with 10 points on it, and one is out of sync or in the wrong order. It’s a very complex, powerful area of our lives, and it creates really fascinating emotions and delusions and omissions. And I thought,  What an interesting conversation, especially if Lee’s the one in the power position. CS:  Another part of that scene is, “I don’t know how you can watch that stuff,” referring to the porn on the TV. “How does he get it in his mouth?” I’ve talked to gay and straight couples who say, “I don’t know why you watch that stuff, it makes me feel unloved.” And the other one is like, “It’s no big deal!” The brothers also engage in a lively discussion of their childhood that includes a substantial discussion of the cult film, The 5,000 Fingers of Dr. T, which they watched every Christmas. It’s worth checking out. More on Behind The Candelabra :  WATCH:’ Behind The Candelabra’ Trailer — Will Movie Convey Liberace’s Cultural Impact? Follow Frank DiGiacomo on  Twitter. POLL: ‘Man of Steel’ Vs. ‘Star Trek Into Darkness’: Which Trailer Is More Powerful?

The marketing teams for Star Trek Into Darkness   and Man of Steel   have been killing it in the trailer department, and their latest efforts are no exception. In fact the trailers that each campaign put out for their respective movies on Monday are so strong that I want to put it to Movieline’s readers to decide which is the most powerful statement.  In one corner, you’ve got an epic Man of Steel clip that gives a stirring, almost patriotic look at the scope of the Superman reboot (and a glimpse of Lois Lane ).  In the other, Star Trek fans are shown just how high the stakes will be when Kirk leads the crew of the Enterprise to the brink of disaster in pursuit of Benedict Cumberbatch’s villain , whoever he turns out to be. I vote for Star Trek Into Darkness .  For me, the scene where cocky, brash Kirk apologizes to his crew, presumably for getting them in deep shit, is hugely effective and makes the story about human lives and relationships instead of special effects and phaser battles. Now, it’s your turn. Watch the two trailers below and vote. If you think there’s another trailer that I haven’t listed that should be included, leave it in the comments section.
