George Zimmerman Says He Is Homeless And Suffers From Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder This azzhole may have gotten off for killing Trayvon Martin, but he is paying for it now. According to Orlando Sentinel: George Zimmerman, the Neighborhood Watch volunteer who fatally shot Trayvon Martin, told Spanish-language television network Univision that he is homeless and suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. An English translation of the interview that will air Sunday was released to the media Saturday . Zimmerman will speak on a special edition of “Aquí y Ahora” at 7 p.m. Special correspondent Ilia Calderón spoke at length to Zimmerman, who shot the 17-year-old Miami Gardens youth in February 2012 in Zimmerman’s gated community in Sanford. Zimmerman tells Calderón that he was “100 percent” sure of his actions on the night of the shooting. Trayvon would have killed him if he hadn’t opened fire, Zimmerman says. “I know that for sure, yes,” he tells Calderón. Zimmerman says in the interview that he has canceled plans to participate in a celebrity boxing match. The plans for a fight, he says, “transformed into something that is not right.” Zimmerman goes on to say that he can’t have a “normal life,” wears a bulletproof vest when in public and doesn’t have a permanent home. He says that his family helps him “a lot.” “I’m totally homeless,” Zimmerman says. Later, Calderón asks how he has changed since the shooting: “I suffer from PTSD,” Zimmerman replies. This explains him wanting to catch fade in that cancelled “celebrity” boxing match. The man has no morals.

Malcolm Ausbon, a California man, says short-fused singer Chris Brown and three members of his posse jumped him at a 24 Hour Fitness last year. All, he says, because of a disputed foul during a pickup basketball game. Ausbon is suing Brown, his goons and 24 Hour Fitness for unspecified damages claiming assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence. The lawsuit states that when Brown, 24, refused to acknowledge the foul called on him by Ausbon around 11 p.m., Ausbon “expressed his dissatisfaction.” Chris allegedly replied that he was a member of the Bloods street gang. As Ausbon began to back away, members of the singer’s entourage stepped in and said, “If you f–k with Chris, you f–k with us,” the lawsuit states. According to Ausbon, Brown and three members of his posse jumped him at the gym and began to “strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp” his head and body. Ausbon ended up in the ER with a fractured rib and other injuries including cuts and bruises over his face and body, his lawyer Stephen Wegman said: “He was jumped, beaten and dazed, and at some point my client made a police report about the incident and is waiting for police follow-up. Police never followed up.” “Imagine going to play a game of basketball, and you get jumped by four guys because you call a foul,” he said. “This isn’t for fame or fortune. He’s got medical bills and issues.” Ausbon has suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder, distorted vision, dizziness, nervousness, embarrassment, fear and anxiety, the lawyer specified. “All a result of some famous guy thinking he’s above the law.” Wegman said he filed the civil lawsuit after a failed attempt to negotiate a private settlement with Brown’s legal team, who “didn’t want to communicate anymore.” “If Chris Brown isn’t willing to compensate (Ausbon) for what he did to him, I’m not going to back down. It will be for a jury to decide.” Brown is also fighting an unrelated criminal charge that he punched a man in Washington, D.C., last October, and is in anger management rehab as a result. He is still on probation after he pleaded guilty to beating pop singer Rihanna in 2009, agreeing to a no-jail, felony probation plea deal that’s now in jeopardy. He is due back in court February 28. For Chris Brown , or more accurately the people who cross Chris Brown, it appears the hits just keep on coming.

Selena Gomez left rehab just two weeks into a six-week program, according to a new report, failing to complete the course of treatment she checked in for. The 21-year-old ignored the advice of medical professionals and the strenuous objections of the rehab staff and walked out of there just 14 days in. Selena Gomez in Rehab: Why? In early January, Selena Gomez checked into rehab at The Meadows for what is believed to be problems with alcohol, pot and prescription Ambien. All of which can be traced back to her unhealthy relationship Justin Bieber, both in terms of her strained emotions and her exposure to his lifestyle. We only recently learned she sought treatment, though, and that’s largely due to the fact that Selena bailed so she could go the Sundance Film Festival. She was only in treatment for two weeks , and reportedly told her people she would return to the rehab facility after Sundance, only she didn’t do so. Gomez decided she was cured, apparently, and felt there was no reason to return. The Meadows doesn’t see eye-to-eye with her on that, though. The treatment program is 45 days for a reason, and with Selena bailing four weeks early, they don’t believe she has completed the therapy or recovered. Selena feels she completed the toughest week, the initial period which the facility calls “Survivor’s week” so everything is fine … the staff disagrees. Selena Gomez: Justin Bieber “Disgusting”! The Meadows, a facility that specializes in young adults struggling with trauma or addiction, may have a point, as she was “partying very hard” beforehand. Aside from staying out late, Gomez was into marijuana and pills, with friends and family members “increasingly worried that there might be a serious problem.” It just got to a point where she had to get away from the pressure of her career and those “who had become a bad influence on her,” an insider said. Bieber. A mole says that Justin and Selena would “smoke marijuana regularly” and that Gomez was left “broken-hearted” by her split from her fellow star. Sources close to Gomez say her camp went ballistic when they found out she was back together with Justin, and that she checked into rehab after that. The two reportedly got into a text message war (below) last month involving his wild ways, and his camp reportedly warned Justin to stay away from her . According to numerous sources, Selena Gomez did not cancel the Australian leg of her tour in December because she simply needed a break from performing. Ke$ha’s mother, Pebe Sebert, is opening up further about her pop star daughter’s eating disorder battle. As Ke$ha receives treatment for anorexia and bulimia at an Illinois facility, Pebe spoke with PEOPLE about the ” ridicule” and “disrespect” that led the singer to seek help. “I’ve watched my beautiful, self-confident, brilliant daughter be berated and ridiculed for her looks and weight to the point that she almost died,” Sebert revealed. Although Pebe has said the “Tik Tok” singer’s body issues stem all the way back to middle school, she points to producer Dr. Luke and former manager David Sonenberg as only fueling the fire . “One time on a conference call, Sonenberg was screaming, ‘You need to lose weight! I don’t care what you do … take drugs, not eat, stick your finger down your throat!'” she recalled. “Ke$ha was just weeping. She drove around afterward thinking about killing herself.” Dr. Luke denies Sebert’s allegations and offered his “utmost support” to the world famous performer. Sebert also spoke about difficult days leading up to her daughter’s decision to check in to get help: “She called me and admitted how much she’d been throwing up, and I just said, ‘Okay.’ I called some centers and Ke$ha agreed to talk to them and liked what they said. She basically cried until we got there three days later.” Pebe recently visited her daughter in treatment and a result of post-traumatic stress disorder has decided to check in herself to “heal along with her.” We wish this pair the best of luck throughout their treatment.

Like daughter, sadly, like mother. A week after Ke$ha checked into a rehab facility outside of Chicago to deal with an eating disorder, the singer’s mother has gone ahead and followed suit. Pebe Sebert tells People that she is entering the same program as her daughter, telling the magazine today: “I’m checking myself into Timberline Knolls today for post-traumatic stress disorder, at Ke$ha’s urging.” Sebert has been vocal over the past few days about the role music producer Dr. Luke played in her daughter’s struggles , dating back to when he referred to Ke$ha as a “refrigerator” on the set of a music video in 2011. “This whole Dr. Luke thing has almost torn our family apart and taken over my life, and Ke$ha wants me to heal along with her,” Sebert said in her statement. Ke$ha entered rehab on January 3, admitting she is “seeking treatment for my eating disorder … to learn to love myself again. Exactly as I am.” We wish mother and daughter the best of luck.

According to NY Daily News reports : Kelly Rhodes, 49, faces up to 15 years in prison after she left the body of Mary Gertrude Grenia, 89, wrapped in blankets outside of a Port Huron Township Goodwill store, the Times Herald reported. Prosecutors don’t believe Rhodes killed the woman, but said she may have neglected to care for her elderly mother, leading to her death. “I love her and miss her more than I ever could imagine,” Rhodes, originally from Salem, Ore., told the court during sentencing on Friday. The cold-hearted daughter displayed a “callousness that is frankly hard to fathom,” prosecutor Mona Armstrong said, when Rhodes dumped the body beside a Dumpster on March 12. The shocking crime was captured on surveillance video. “I understand I need to be punished for my poor decisions that were not sensible or logical at all,” Rhodes told the newspaper before her sentencing. The uncaring daughter reportedly took her sick and elderly mother out of a nursing home three years ago, but had fallen on hard times financially. The court didn’t accept the excuse and found her guilty of manslaughter, fourth-degree vulnerable adult abuse and removing a dead body without permission of a medical examiner. Grenia had heart and lung disease, and an autopsy showed no signs of trauma. Prosecutors believe Grenia died in her daughter’s truck before her corpse was dumped and left behind. “The bottom line is, (Grenia) was not provided that simple dignity she was entitled to at her age and after raising this particular defendant,” Armstrong said, the newspaper reported. The autopsy report conducted on the late Paul Walker reveals in detail how horribly his body was broken and burned in the crash that took his life. The actor’s entire body was charred through the skin and burned so badly that none of his organs were suitable for donation, according to TMZ. Paul Walker Autopsy Report Walker’s body was laying supine in the passenger seat in a “pugilistic stance,” or a defensive position, as if he were bracing himself for impact. The 40-year-old sustained multiple fractures on his body, including his jaw, collarbone, and left upper arm, along with various ribs and pelvic fractures. The report concludes that the actor’s cause of death was “combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries” sustained from the November 30 accident. Roger Rodas, the driver and Paul’s good friend who was also killed, suffered major head trauma with the top of his skull fractured and his brain exposed. No alcohol or drug traces were found in either man’s system. Investigators believe both men died almost instantly, despite reports of an escape attempt . Upon impact the Porsche GT spun 180 degrees, struck a tree and nearly tore in half before exploding in flames, claiming the lives of the two men. While various hoaxes have emerged, including a new one suggesting that Paul Walker faked his death , there is no merit to any of these theories. The star passed away, and tragically so, on that day, but hopefully fast enough that he didn’t feel any pain. He is, and will be missed dearly R.I.P.
