American actress Jessica Marie Alba, born April 28, 1981, has plans of adopting a child. Beautiful Alba, married to Cash Warren, has a 2 years old daughter named Honor Marie.  Alba wants to have a bigger family. “If you have the love, and the capacity to love children, you should just adopt. And I plan on doing it, ” says Alba, 28, who most recently appeared in Valentine’s Day. Space Shuttle Discovery Ready for Pre-Dawn Launch

Space shuttle Discovery will be launched at 6:21 a.m., at the International Space Station located in Cape Canaveral, Florida. This spaceship has seven crews that will deliver space parts and science experiments to the nearly completed space station. The rocket was fueled late Sunday, it was delayed because of a voltage spike in one of its fuel cells. If Discovery will arrive at the space station, there will be a total of thirteen (13) crews inside it. Four will be women (two are Japanese), one American and two Russians already arrive last Sunday. The US Geological Survey Earthquake news reports a CA earthquake that was reported to be mostly a 6.9 earthquake but in some areas as strong as 7.2 earthquake. The San Diego Earthquake as some call it was also felt in other areas such as Mexicali Baja California, Arizona, Caltech, and more. The KTLA news reports that this CA Earthquake was one of the stronger recent earthquakes in Southern California. The 6.9 Earthquake news from San Diego, Arizona, Mexicali, Baja, Mexico and CA earthquake reports that it was also felt out at the Aral Sea. There are no major injuries reported yet for this Earthquake today. But reports are still coming in form the Mexicali earthquake Baja California. The Arizona Earthquake and Caltech Earthquake has no reported major injuries for the earthquake April 4 2010 today. Holiday Recipe: Honey Baked Ham Heating Instructions

We’re here to share with you the recipe and  how to make one of the staple dishes during a family gathering, the Honey Baked Ham. What we will be sharing here as a recipe is an easy alternative to traditional Honey Baked Ham recipes out there so that even starters can be successful in cooking their own Honey Baked Ham. Ingredients: 1 10 lb. Ham ¾ cup sugar 12 pineapple slices 1 cup pineapple juice 10 cloves 12 cherries 1 cup water Directions: Preheat the oven at 300F Cover the ham with the lid or with heavy-duty foil. Place ham skin side up on a baking tray and bake for 90 minutes. Remove from oven and score the ham placing the cloves in groves. In a sauce pan, cook the pineapple slices with water and sugar until a glaze is formed. You can also add pineapple juice as an option. Pour the glaze over the ham and garnish with pineapple and cherries. Put the ham back into the oven and bake for another 30 minutes. Finally remove ham from oven and let sit for at least 15 minutes before carving; this will keep the juices in. So what will be the simple heating instruction technique for a Holiday Honey Baked Ham? Simply just heat the Honey Baked Ham like how it is labelled. (Yes, the time varies for heating holiday honey baked ham) Preheat the oven to 350°F. If the ham is labeled ‘fully cooked’ heat for 8 to 10 minutes per pound, or to an internal temperature of 140°F. If the ham is labeled ‘cook before eating,’ heat to an internal temperature of 160°F. Extra Tips: Before glazing a ham, remove all but about 1/4-inch of the fat. For a tasty, caramelized coating, sprinkle the fat of the ham with brown sugar which has been pressed through a sieve. Milwaukee Buck’s Andrew Bogut Suffers ‘Blow To The Elbow’ Injury

sports illustrated NBA Milwaukee Bucks’ center/forward star Andrew Bogut, born November 28, 1984, was badly injured on his elbow during Saturday’s game with Phoenix Suns. Bogut has to go undergo further tests to check on his physical status. According to Gery Woelfel of Jounal Times say Bogut’s X-rays showed no broken bones, only a slight elbow dislocation. Injury occured during the second quarter. Bogut badly crashed on the floor after his fateful dunk and rim-hanging.Bogut accidentally twisted his arm. He was taken to the hospital immediately after for treatment and X-rays. Amare Stoudamire was booed by Milwaukee fans but during the replay revealed Stoudamire’s contact was not severe. Andrew Bogut is currently the Milwaukee Bucks’ leading scorer (15.9 points) and rebounder (10.3 rebounds), so the team is hoping they won’t lose their star player right before the NBA Playoffs are set to begin. They previously lost their leading scorer Michael Redd to a knee injury which has sidelined him for most of the 2009-10 season. To help with the load they’ve relied on rookie point guard Brandon Jennings who has been brilliant in his first year, as well as veteran player Jerry Stackhouse. Matt James death shocked the Notre Dame Community because he is only 17, a student from Notre Dame student, a young man with bright future ahead of him. As of the moment, circumstances detailing his fall are still unknown. He was staying at the ho third floor balcony of a hotel in Panama City, Florida. The circumstances surrounding his fall are not known at this time. Matt James was staying at the hotel with friends while he was on spring break while the alleged accident happened.
