Mark your calendars, because in just a few short days, there will be yet another Duggar in the world. Well, technically there will be yet another Seewald in the world, but you get the picture. Jessa Duggar is currently 39 weeks pregnant with her second child , which means that she could go into labor at any time now. Exciting, right? And to mark the happy occasion, the 24-year-old shared a brand new photo of that adorable baby bump of hers . On the left is what she looked like at 39 weeks pregnant with her son, Spurgeon, and on the right is the bump she’s rocking now. Can this side-by-side comparison be used to determine whether the reality star is having a boy or a girl come February? Go ahead and get a good look at it, and use your superstitions or your grandmother’s passed-down wisdom or whatever it is … The bump does look different this time around, are we right? It’s a lot smaller, for one, and it looks to be a little lower too. Many people online, and most of Jessa’s family members for that matter, are taking that as a sign that she’s having a girl this time . Jana Duggar has insisted that she’s always said that the baby would be a girl, and Jinger’s husband, Jeremy Vuolo, has placed his bets in the “girl” camp as well. And Jeremy guessed that she was having a boy the first time around, so there’s a chance he has some sixth sense about this sort of thing. It has to be something supernatural, right? Like, he only had a 50% chance of being right, there’s got to be some kind of sorcery going on here. For what it’s worth, as we said above, a vast majority of Jessa’s Instagram followers are guessing she’s having a girl as well. A few of them did comment to say that they think she’s expecting another baby boy Seewald, so there is a contingent believing that. Then again, a few wondered if she was housing twins in that little bitty bump of hers, so we can’t really take their word for it. But there are two people who aren’t guessing: Jessa has said that she and her husband, Ben, say they already know the gender, but they are keeping the information to themselves. “We did the same thing with our last baby ,” she explained in a recent post. “We kept it a secret. My family doesn’t really care for it.” “But we have fun keeping it a surprise.” Hopefully if she’s been aware of the gender for a time now, she and Ben have been putting a lot of thought into the baby’s name. What name goes with Spurgeon? Is there a name in all of human civilization that goes with Spurgeon ? Does it matter if two names go together, for that matter? Michelle and Jim Bob certainly rode the “J” theme until the cows came home, coming up with 19 (!) names beginning with that letter. Jessa’s brother Josh and Anna Duggar, meanwhile, are 4/4 with “M” names (Michael, Marcus, Meredith and Mackynzie) thus far. Will Jessa also go with a theme? Kourtney Kardashian is, according to many wise, knowledgeable souls, the hottest Kardashian. Hotter than Kim, the OG Kardashian, hotter than Khloe with her Revenge Body, hotter even than Kendall Jenner, the supermodel, and Kylie Jenner, she of the incessant underwear selfies. And that’s largely because Kourtney is also the realest member of the family. Aside from breast implants that she got years ago (and that she’s always been honest about), she’s never had any noticeable plastic surgery. We’re looking at you … uh, the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clain. She’s also known to be blunt and sensible and mature and so many other good things that don’t seem to exist in her sisters. What we’re saying is that Kourtney Kardashian is the best, and we must all bow down to her hot, wonderful self. And we must bow down extra hard based on these new photos from the family’s vacation to Costa Rica. In case you missed it, the whole dang bunch is currently in Costa Rica for some fun in the sun. Well, the whole bunch except for Kanye West , who may not be going any any family vacations with the Kardashians ever again, if we’re to believe the rumors. Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna also sat this one out, for obvious reasons. “Obvious reasons” being the way they are always trashy and dramatic and awful . But Kris Jenner is there with all of her daughters, as well as her boyfriend, Corey Gamble. Kim has her two children, and Tyga’s there with his son, King. Scott is also in attendance, as are his three children with Kourtney. And now that we’ve come back around to Kourtney … check out this unbearably hot look she’s rocking down there in Central America: Super gorgeous, right? And are the high-waisted bottoms covering up the beginnings of a baby bump ? Perhaps. At this point, we’re still not sure what exactly is going on between Scott and Kourtney, but it seems like a good sign for their relationship if he’s on vacation with her, right? Another good sign: he shared this photo of Kourtney, side boob and all, on Instagram: The point of this whole thing is that while there will always be drama in this family, while there will always be heartache and animosity and uncertainty somewhere, we’ll always have the hot swimsuit pics. Donald Trump is officially a terrible person. Well, we've known he was terrible for a good long while now , but his latest move really just takes the whole terrible cake. In case you missed it, Trump just signed an executive order that many are referring to the “Muslim Ban.” The order prevents anyone from Syria, Libya, Iraq, Sudan, Yemen, and Somalia from entering the country. Refugees from these countries, people with visas, people with green cards who have families and careers in the U.S.? If they're abroad for any reason, they can't come back. Also worth noting: though the banning of refugees is temporary, in the future they will be given a “religious test” before entering the country. Christians will receive preference. Oh, and one more thing: Trump is fine with people from predominantly Muslim countries to which he has business ties. It's alarming, it's horrifying, and it obviously discriminatory. Steve Harvey Fires Back At Black Twitter For Dissing Trump Meeting Steve Harvey isn’t done talking about Cheeto Mussolini! The TV host recently shared his feelings after he was dragged to tacky suit hell for meeting with Cheeto Mussolini at Trump Towers reports FOX News . Harvey recently defended why he chose to meet with PEETOUS Trump and called out some of his fans for turning on him: “On a personal note, a lot of ya’ll hurt me,” he said on his radio show. “You really did. I didn’t expect the backlash to be so fierce.” Harvey said he felt it was important to meet with the president-elect Trump but now slams #BlackTwitter for dissing the meeting . Steve Harvey Slams #BlackTwitter For Hurting His Feelings After Trump Meet-N-Greet
Hey, did you want to roll your eyes so hard they pop out of your head, rendering you incapable of ever seeing Donald Trump and his croonies and their awful, scary faces every again? If so, then our brand new first lady has you covered. Melania Trump has been a bit of a wild card lately: is she just as terrible as her terrible husband ? Or do we need to free Melania, as the Twitter hashtag insists? It’s hard to say. But you know what’s not hard to say? Melania’s latest move is just plain absurd. Somehow, someway, this woman found herself on the cover of the February issue of Vanity Fair. But not just any Vanity Fair — Vanity Fair Mexico. This is her cover, and just in case you were confused, yes, she is eating a bowl of diamonds with a fork and spoon. It doesn’t make sense at all, but what makes even less sense is why she’s on the cover in the first place. Did the magazine somehow miss Trump’s feelings about Mexico ? Because he’s made them pretty clear. Coincidentally, this cover has been released just a couple of days after Trump signed an executive order pertaining to the construction of that infernal wall all along the Mexican border. And if all that wasn’t ridiculous enough, if you take a peek at that cover, they’re actually calling her “the new Jackie Kennedy.” As if . It should come as a surprise to absolutely one that a lot of people are upset about this cover which, as many people are pointing out on social media, came out at an awkward time. As one Twitter user phrased it, “The wife of a man that calls Mexicans ‘rapists’ is on the cover of Vanity Fair Mexico.” Another wrote “We demand Vanity Fair Mexico not to distribute their magazine with Melania Trump on the cover; it’s a mockery and humiliation for Mexico.” Others suggested that Melania appearing in this magazine — seriously, it’s entirely too bizarre — might be a “cry for help.” Whatever the reason may be behind this decision, it was clearly a terrible one for all involved. So in an effort to hold on just a bit longer, here is a bit of behind the scenes information about what we’ve seen for the past few days. [ madamenoire ] Here’s Why We Shouldn’t Be So Worried About The Wall Trump Proposes Across Mexico’s Border Each day disturbing news breaks out over President Trump and his determination to put provisions in place against immigration, planned parenthood, healthcare, and the environment (hence, the Dakota/Keystone pipelines), and it’s only the first week of his presidency. Just yesterday, Trump’s plans to implement a wall to prevent illegal immigration shocked many Americans, as the divisive rhetoric spewed during election season became a reality. According to the NewYork Times, Trump’s “crackdown” on illegal immigration begins with the immediate construction of a wall across the borders of Mexico and a significant decrease in legal immigration from countries where Islam is most prevalent. Refugees from Syria will also be barred from entering the United States — a complete opposite of the diplomatic and bipartisan sanctions put in place during the Obama administration. What makes matters worse is Trump plans to fund the wall on the backing of American citizens (i.e. tax increases) and then be reimbursed by the Mexican government. As this should come as no surprise, even the President of Mexico has rejected this proposal. [ madamenoire ] Drake Reportedly Eyeing The Late Night Talk Show Circuit Legendary University of Kentucky coach John Calipari invited Drake to his new podcast for a chat that ranged between basketball, the entertainment world, and other various topics. Coach Calipari’s Cal Cast podcast on Thursday (Jan. 26) and the bro-love fest was at its highest levels. However, the listen was refreshing to hear the Canadian superstar speak from a deep place of humility. The OVO boss spoke of his influences, such as Aaliyah, and shifted gears to discuss plans of some alternative career plans. He discussed his upcoming playlist project with Apple which will serve as a body of work that will, in his words, “bridge the gap” between his major releases in lieu of a mixtape.
