Fashion Police to Continue Without Joan Rivers: When Will It Return?

For E!, the show must go on. Two weeks after the death of Joan Rivers , the network announced on Friday that Fashion Police will return to the air without its beloved late star. “We are deeply saddened by the loss of Joan Rivers and, for the last two weeks, have turned our attention to honoring her memory on all of our platforms,” E! said via statement, continuing: “We have also thought long and hard about what Joan would have wanted as it pertains to the future of Fashion Police. We decided, with Melissa Rivers’ blessing, that Joan would have wanted the franchise to continue. “Fashion Police will return in 2015 commencing with Golden Globes coverage on Monday, Jan. 12. No further details will be announced at this time.” The weekly celebrity style roundup, we presume, will still be co-hosted by Giuliana Rancic, Kelly Osbourne and George Kotsiopoulos. Earlier this week,  Rancic had said she was uncertain about the show’s future and that E! was “looking at different scenarios.” On Friday evening, meanwhile, E! aired a 90-minute a “Fashion Police: Celebrating Joan” special. On the program, daughter Melissa Rivers talked about her mother’s impact, revealing that President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama sent her their condolences. “I received a hand-written note saying ‘Not only did she make us laugh, she made us think,'” the proud daughter said, a big smile on her face. Kendall Jenner: Nude on Instagram! (Again!)

At this point, Kendall Jenner nude photos are nothing new, but yesterday, the selfie queen and up-and-coming runway model posted a pic that might be her most revealing to date. Sure, Kendall is standing behind a curtain in the shot, but the intimate Instagram snap still doesn’t leave much to the imagination. Kendall didn’t post a caption for the photo, so we don’t know what inspired her to take her phone into the shower with her, but maybe it was a response to the recent  Photoshopped, fat-shaming tabloid cover that depicted Kendall sporting some fake cellulite. If so, it’s a brilliant PR strategy. Rather than hitting the roof and calling out the editors of Famous magazine (whatever that is) as the lying liars they are, she simply posted a tasteful shot of what she really looks like on her IG page. Sure, she’s only 18, but Kendall is the daughter of one of the most media-savvy momagers in history, so we wouldn’t put such a slick response past her. Between the cellulite scandal and the reports that Kendall is being bullied by other models , there’s no better time for her to subtly remind the world that she’s got enough clout to stop the Internet dead in its tracks with one grainy selfie. 34 Wildly Inappropriate Photos of Kendall Jenner 1. Game of Thrones: Which Supposedly Dead Character Will Return in Season 5?

If you haven’t seen the Game of Thrones season 4 finale , then be warned – spoilers lie ahead. Actually, even if you’re all caught up there are spoilers ahead, because based on what GoT actor Charles Dance revealed in an interview today, the fifth season may contain some surprises that none of us saw coming: 9 Shocking Game of Thrones Deaths 1. Viserys Gets Crowned Viserys was up there with King Joffrey in terms of douchebags we loved to hate. Even so, his death by molten gold is tough to watch. Dance plays ruthless badass and perennial Worst Dad Ever candidate Tywin Lannister on the series. He went out in shameful style at the end of last season – getting crossbowed to death by his least favorite son, Tyrion, while sitting on the toilet. While fans were to happy to see the vicious Tywin finally get what was coming to him, Dance says we can expect to see more of his character in season five: “I’m not completely missing out on the new series,” Dance told MTV recently. “More than that I’m not going to say…You haven’t seen the last of Tywin Lannister is all I’ll say.” Since Tywin is deinitively killed by Tyrion in George R.R. Martin’s books, Dance’s revelation means one of two things: Either, Tywin will return in flashback form (the most likely explanation), or showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss have decided to stray from their source material. It wouldn’t be the first time they did so – Weiss and Benioff’s decision not to have Catelyn Stark return as Lady Stoneheart angered plenty of GoT diehards – but having Tywin somehow return to the land of the living would certainly constitute the most major plot change they’ve made so far. Speaking of things that have pissed off fans, in other GoT news: Bran Stark and Hodor will not appear on the show next season. Of course, all we have to say about that is: “Hodor.” So watch Game of Thrones online at TV Fanatic to get some Bran in your diet, because you won’t be receiving any new updates on the psychic Stark until 2016 at the earliest.  Game of Thrones Characters In Real Life 1. Kaley Cuoco Talks Big Bang Bucks: You Learn Where To Go and How to Act!

Along with the other stars of The Big Bang Theory , Kaley Cuoco is making major bucks. Like, never work again after the show ends and still be able to build a yacht out of your empty Cristal bottles bucks. Kaley signed a $90 million contract to star in three more seasons of TBBT , so naturally the topic of cash came up when she and the rest of the cast sat down for an interview with People magazine ahead of the show’s upcoming eighth season. Based on their comments, it seems that even though they’re pulling in Two and a Half Men money these days, none of the core members of the Geek Squad have transformed into rock star warlocks from Mars yet: “You learn who to talk to where to go and how to act,” says Kaley. “If you don’t want to be photographed, don’t go to The Ivy, and where undergarments when you go out!” Sound advice, but there’s an irony in Kaley giving tips on how to avoid the paparazzi, in that by her own admission, it was Kaley’s relationship with Henry Cavill (and the fact that they were papped every time they left the house) that took her from sitcom supporting player to beloved Web celebrity. These days, of course, Kaley is married to Ryan Sweeting who had the good fortune to put a ring on it just months before Kaley inked her record-breaking contract. So is ex-tennis pro Ryan just a lucky, loving husband, or a shameless, gold-digging opportunist? The Mysteries of Laura: Worth Trying to Solve?

So… are The Mysteries of Laura worth taking the time to solve? NBC offered up a special presentation of Debra Messing’s new drama last night, which featured the former Will and Grace star as Laura Diamond, teased by the network as one bad mutha, putting criminals away during the day and dealing with two crazed twins at night. Unfortunately,  The Mysteries of Laura Season 1 Episode 1 painted this character instead as simply one bad mother. Watch The Mysteries of Laura Season 1 Episode 1 Online The tone shifted often on the pilot, with its opening few minutes depicting Messing’s law enforcement officer shooting off a criminal’s eat and then going home to find her sons peeing all over each other. (At least they inherited their mom’s good aim!) Then there’s Laura’s estranged husband, Jake, played by Josh Lucas. He has a history of indiscretions and can’t exactly be trusted, but he won’t sign the couple’s divorce papers, either. So Laura will be stuck with Jake at home AND at work because a twist ending (we won’t give it totally away here if you wish to watch The Mysteries of Laura online and see it for yourself) causes Jake to also become Laura’s new boss at work. AWKWARD! The whole show is a bit awkward, really, neither overly dramatic or funny. It doesn’t really know what it is. It also drives home the annoying stereotype that it’s just SOOOO tough for women to work and also act as mothers. Can’t we be done with this already? Teen Mom 2 Season 6: Will MTV Give the Green Light?

With Teen Mom 2 Season 5 drawing to a close in the coming weeks, speculation has already started swirling around a potential Teen Mom 2 Season 6. MTV is notoriously mum on these things. It took more than a year’s time for Teen Mom 2 Season 5 to make it to air after Season 4 came to an end. Meanwhile, the original Teen Mom will have been off the air for 2-3 years (!) by the time it returns sans Farrah Abraham in 2015. If that really happens. Any word on Season 6 may be a long time coming, in other words, but the success of Season 5 might lead to a relative rush job from the network. Last night’s Teen Mom 2 Season 5 Episode 23 proved once again that the baby mama drama is only getting more layered and interesting over time. We’re not even kidding. The co-parenting struggles, custody battles and new members of the Teen Mom family coming into the world make for great TV. Does the reality show still resonate with impressionable youths? Maybe, maybe not, since Jenelle Evans , Kailyn Lowry, Chelsea Houska and Leah Messer aren’t even teens anymore, as they were on 16 & Pregnant . At the same time, it’s become a compelling drama as the fab four have come of age, and it’s undeniably true that life hasn’t become any more of a walk in the park. Through it all, these girls – women, believe it or not at this point – are fighting to beat the odds and finish school (Kailyn Lowry and Chelsea Houska). That, or they’re welcoming new children (Jenelle Evans and Leah Messer ), while struggling to make it work with their exes (Leah, Kailyn and Chelsea). The celebrity factor doesn’t hurt, either, from a PR standpoint. There’s no shortage of coverage given the stars’ quasi-famous status, especially thanks to their own Twitter and Instagram feeds (Jenelle especially). It’s free publicity in an era of tight budgets. What’s not to love? MTV has to renew it, right? It has to know that if fans continue to watch TV online , this is a show that could continue to find its niche and even grow its audience. Arrow Season 3 Poster: A Team United

Arrow Season 3 may be just around the corner, but the first poster released in anticipation of this show’s return makes a pretty direct reference to what we’re gonna call The Arrow 5. Yes, the team has expanded now, as Oliver, Diggle and Felicity are joined in the following photo by Roy Harper (decked out in Arsenal gear), along with Laurel, who is in on Oliver’s big secret. Check out the dark and intriguing promotional picture now: What can fans expect from Arrow Season 3 Episode 1 , which airs on Wednesday, October 8? Following his victory last May, we’ll see Arrow as a hero to the citizens of Starling.   Crime will be down, people will feel safer and Captain Lance will even calls off the Anti-Vigilante Task Force. So, what will Oliver even have to do going forward? Basking in his major success, our hero will believe he can finally have a private life, actually asking Felicity out on a date. Rosie Perez and Nicolle Wallace: Cast on The View!

The long, in-depth search has finally come to an end. Deadline confirms that Rosie Perez and Nicolle Wallace have been chosen as new panelists on The View. Both will make their first appearances in this capacity on the September 15 season premiere. Perez is a veteran movie actress who we adored in White Men Can’t Jump; while Wallace served as communications director for George W. Bush. They will succeed former co-hosts Sherri Shepherd and Jenny McCarthy , who exited last month, and join Rosie O’Donnell and Whoopi Goldberg at the table of the ABC talk show. Wallace had been one of the rumored names for this position for awhile, but Perez is considered an unexpected choice. She did guest host the program back in February, however. And she has made arrangements to do The View while also starring on Broadway opposite Larry David this fall. What do you think of Perez and Wallace on The View?   Yay for Rosie! Yay for Nicolle! Janel Parrish and Lolo Jones to Go Dancing with the Stars

She may have just been killed off Pretty Little Liars (umm… belated SPOILER ALERT), but Janel Parrish will soon be back on the small screen. According to E! News, Janel Parrish (best known as Mona on the aforementioned ABC Family hit) is headed to Dancing with the Stars . She’ll be joined on the new season by Olympian Lolo Jones, the site also confirms, along with Antonio Sabato Jr., Jessie James Decker and maybe both Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray from The Bachelorette . Brant Daugherty, also of Pretty Little Liars fame, competed on the 17th season of Dancing with the Stars, while Jones joins a long list of Olympians who have appeared on the show, including last season’s winner Meryl Davis. The full cast for the new season will be revealed on Good Morning America on September 4, but we already know that Julianne Hough will be back on the program… … as a judge! Looks like those reports of Farrah Abraham’s strip club salary were accurate. The reality TV star turned porn actress, wannabe musician, aspiring restaurateur and erotic novel author has added a new notch on her career belt: Farrah is now one of the richest strippers in Austin, and she proved it by purchasing a baller $100,000 Mercedes-Benz with the proceeds from her nude gig. Yes, she is an actual stripper … and possibly an actual prostitute as well. Whether or not Farrah dabbles with businessmen in private has not been concretely established, but she sure as heck has been doing so in public. Abraham began stripping at the Palazio Gentleman’s Club in Austin in July and reportedly signed a contract with the high-end establishment for $544,000. She charges $2,500 for an hour or $500 for 10 minutes. Ten minutes . When you’re raking in that kind of coin just to give horny men a fleeting glimpse of what they can see for free online, you don’t roll up to the club in a Toyota Corolla. Abraham, not surprisingly, was the most Googled reality star of 2013. Of course, she did not appear on Teen Mom during that calendar year, but did make her porn debut, so that deck was stacked in her favor by all accounts. She also posed for photos such as these.
